Abstract

In organizing an event there will be various divisions involved including the logistics division, one of the success factors of an event is the supply of goods from the logistics division, the logistics division will provide goods and distribute them to other divisions, the application of time management is one aspect that needs to be Paying attention to managing time properly will produce maximum results, so that the supply of goods by the logistics division will be more effective. This research discusses how the implementation of time management by the logistics division at the event Bingen Festival 2022. The research method used is qualitative research. Sources of research data conducted are from interviews and documentation. From the results of the study it was concluded that the logistics division has implemented several aspects of time management but there are still indicators that become notes for the logistics division that can be applied in the future.

Abstract

Tata kelola menawarkan potensi besar untuk pengelolaan destinasi pariwisata. Tata kelola pariwisata mengeksplorasi konstituen destinasi pariwisata dan berfokus pada pemberian arahan dan batasan destinasi. Namun, baru-baru ini, telah diperdebatkan bahwa bentuk tata kelola kolaboratif dan asosiatif antara pengelola pariwisata dan pihak terkait lainnya semakin penting dalam mendorong pariwisata yang berkelanjutan dan peka lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tata kelola kolaboratif menuju desa wisata yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan, diantaranya: (1) visi dan misi pengembangan Desa Wisata; (2) permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam mewujudkan visi dan misinya; dan (3) tata kelola kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang berusaha memahami sudut pandang, pemikiran, pengalaman para stakeholder mengenai tata kelola kolaboratif menuju desa wisata yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan di Desa Wisata Ngargoretno Kabupaten Magelang Jawa Tengah. Arah pengembangan Desa Wisata Ngargoretno adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Visi desa wisata memiliki peran yang strategis sebagai bingkai yang mempersatukan langkah semua pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat untuk berkolaborasi, bersinergi dalam mengelola desa wisata. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan desa wisata menuju desa wisata yang mandiri, berdaya saing, dan berkelanjutan adalah semangat/spirit untuk berinovasi terhadap tantangan ke depan dan aksesibilitas.

Abstract

Background : Orthodontic elastic is one of the tools used in orthodontic treatment. Based on the type of material, orthodontic elastics are divided into latex & non-latex. Clinically, orthodontic elastic has decreased tensile strength which can be influenced by various factors including salivary pH and the use of toothpaste. The content of SLS in toothpaste can increase the pH of saliva, causing a decrease in tensile strength. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate on the elastic tensile strength of latex and non-latex orthodontics. Method : This is an experimental laboratory research with post-test only control group design. The research samples consisted of 15 samples of orthodontics elastics latex and 15 samples of orthodontics elastics non-latex of AO brand with diameter ¼ inches. The samples were divided into 3 groups with latex and non-latex variations in each group, the samples was soaked for 24 hours. Tensile strength was measured using Imada Motorized Tensile Test MV 110 .The statistic used one way Anova test. Result : One way Anova test showed that there was no significant difference between the control group, detergent toothpaste group and non-detergent toothpaste group with p = 0,757 (p > 0,05) for latex and p = 0,382 (p > 0,05) for non-latex. Conclusion : Detergent and non-detergent toothpaste did not affect the tensile strength of orthodontic elastic latex and non-latex.

Abstract

The Sukoharjo sub-district is one of the sub-districts in the city center, but the income of the population who are farm laborers reaches 1,485 people, and the others reach 1,883 people. In this village there are also 44 small industries engaged in the production of snacks. One of these small industries has formed a joint business group called KUBE "Sari Enak" which is currently still growing. This research was carried out by applying a dryer application aiming to provide an appropriate technology that is easy, cheap and efficient for the community. The method used in the application of this tool is the application of a rambak dryer and the provision of materials/theories regarding the technology of the rambak dryer. The results of community service activities in the form of this dryer application can save processing time in the process of drying sea fish crackers. In addition to keeping the marine fish crackers hygienic from the start of the production process to drying. So that with this tool cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the contributors to the resilience of the national economy during the 1998 crisis and absorb a lot of informal labor, so they receive government attention and guidance, especially in the field of taxation. However, due to weak access to information by MSMEs, in general they do not necessarily understand and understand the benefits of fulfilling tax obligations, how and the methods that must be carried out in fulfilling them, and the risks that can be faced if MSMEs ignore the Government Regulation. MSME business actors in Panca Mukti Village are growing quite rapidly. Most of the businesses they are involved in are plantations, dairy cows, and home-based businesses such as shops, stalls, and food businesses. Nevertheless, their ability to manage finances is still very limited. Most of the business owners in Panca Mukti Village do not have financial records/reports, so they also do not have an NPWP and an understanding of taxes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran keamanan siber terhadap ancaman phishing di lingkungan organisasi. Menggunakan Gophish sebagai alat utama, kami melaksanakan simulasi phishing untuk menilai tingkat kesadaran dan respons karyawan terhadap serangan phishing. Kampanye ini melibatkan perancangan email phishing, pengiriman kepada target, dan pemantauan hasilnya. Dari total 75 karyawan yang menjadi peserta simulasi, 13,3% membuka email phishing, 13,3% mengklik tautan di dalam email, dan 8% memasukkan informasi pribadi ke dalam halaman phishing palsu. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada tingkat kesadaran yang cukup, masih terdapat celah signifikan dalam kemampuan karyawan untuk mendeteksi serangan phishing. Hanya 86,7% dari karyawan yang dapat mengidentifikasi dan melaporkan email phishing dengan benar. Gophish terbukti efektif dalam mengelola dan memantau kampanye phishing, dengan fitur-fitur seperti pelacakan klik dan laporan analitik yang memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang interaksi karyawan dengan email phishing. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya pendekatan proaktif dalam pelatihan dan kampanye kesadaran phishing. Organisasi disarankan untuk mengimplementasikan pelatihan yang lebih intensif dan berulang, serta menggunakan alat seperti Gophish untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan dalam menghadapi ancaman phishing. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya strategi yang terencana untuk memperkuat keamanan siber secara keseluruhan di lingkungan organisasi.

Abstract

This research focuses on formulating strategies to support the digitalisation of MSME training and coaching institutions in Indonesia, a crucial sector that supports national economic growth. Through the use of survey methods and secondary data analysis, the research identifies key factors that influence digital adoption in these institutions and formulates effective strategies to overcome barriers. The results show that training and coaching that focus on the specific needs of MSMEs, as well as the integration of information technology, can improve the digital competence and operational effectiveness of MSMEs. A post-training coaching strategy, identified through QSPM as the more attractive option, is recommended to be implemented to optimise the growth potential of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

In today's digital era, server security is a top priority for many organizations. Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) such as Fail2ban, have proven effective in protecting servers from threats by monitoring logs and blocking suspicious IP addresses. This paper discusses the implementation of Fail2ban integrated with Telegram notifications, how it works, testing, and results showing improvements in detecting and responding to attacks. Server ssh brute force attacks pose considerable risks to web servers and have potentially severe consequences. Implementing strong preventive measures, continuous monitoring, and leveraging Telegram notifications for real-time alerts significantly improved the organization’s security posture. These combined efforts ensure robust and responsive detection of brute force attacks. Fail2ban was able to quickly discover the IP address from which the attacker performed the brute force attack and took preventive action by blocking the attacker's Ip for 3 failed login attempts within a specified time limit of 3600 s.

Abstract

Social engineering is a psychological manipulation technique used by attackers to exploit human weaknesses in information security. This research aims to identify the challenges organizations face in protecting themselves from social engineering attacks and offer effective solutions. Through analysis of case studies and relevant literature, it was found that a lack of employee awareness and training is one of the main causes of the success of these attacks. In addition, many organizations still rely on inadequate technology to detect threats. To address these issues, this paper recommends implementing regular training programs, strengthening security policies, and using advanced technology. With this comprehensive approach, organizations can strengthen their defences and reduce the risks associated with social engineering. Organizations should prioritize continuous education programs, foster a culture cantered on security, and establish protocols that encourage alertness. Moreover, robust access controls, defined incident reporting processes, and the use of technology like behavioural analytics can further reduce the risks posed by social engineering.

Abstract

Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) pose a significant challenge in modern cybersecurity by leveraging persistent and sophisticated methods to compromise organizations. These threats employ advanced techniques such as encrypted communication, polymorphic malware, and log tampering, to evade detection, exfiltrate sensitive data, and disrupt critical infrastructure. Such characteristics often render conventional security measures ineffective in mitigating or preventing such attacks. This study adopted an experimental approach to assess the application of Wazuh, an advanced open-source security platform, in countering APT attacks. By simulating attack scenarios and analyzing real-time logs from diverse sources, Wazuh demonstrated strong intrusion detection capabilities, identifying attack patterns such as brute force attempts and unauthorized directory access. The findings underscore Wazuh’s effectiveness in enhancing organizational resilience by enabling rapid detection and response to suspicious activities. This research highlights how integrated log analysis can address the stealthy nature of APTs. Future studies should explore the integration of machine learning with platforms like Wazuh to further enhance automated and predictive threat detection capabilities, thereby strengthening defenses against evolving strategies of APTs.
