Abstract

Selling price decisions that are often inappropriate by MSME business actors are caused by their tendency to set selling prices without considering correct calculations and accounting principles, but relying more on their estimates. The purpose of this service activity is to increase the understanding of MSME actors about the calculation of Cost of Goods Produced (COGS) to determine selling prices more precisely. The method used in this activity is through training and direct assistance to business actors to calculate the cost of goods produced by their business and determine the selling price of their products. The evaluation results show an increase in understanding and skills of Culinary MSME actors in Bengkong Sadai Village, Batam City after the implementation of this activity, as seen from the way they now calculate the cost of goods produced before setting the selling price of their products.

Abstract

Patients who undergo treatment at a dental clinic will certainly evaluate and assess all aspects that occur because the patient feels firsthand what is provided by the clinic. Patients certainly have the right to give an assessment of what is experienced when treatment at the Kemina Dental Care dental clinic. This study aims to determine the effect on facilities, social interactions and service quality on Kemina Dental Care dental clinic patients. This research was conducted using a survey method with a Google Form questionnaire to patients at the Kemina Dental Care dental clinic and analyzed by multiple linear regression using the SPSS For Windows Version 25.0 application, namely by processing descriptive analysis data, and multiple regression analysis. The number of samples used was 100 patients who received treatment at the clinic. The results showed that facilities, social interaction and service quality have a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction at the Kemina Dental Care dental clinic. This research is expected to illustrate that patient satisfaction can be used as a direction to continue to prioritize patient needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Thai Ndt Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan yaitu pada bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan April 2025. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT. Thai Ndt Indonesia. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang responden, yang kesemuanya adalah karyawan tetap. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan alat Quisioner. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Kuantitatif. Adapun varibel penelitian ini terdiri atas tiga variable bebas yaitu Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja serta Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variable terikat. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Uji Anova menghasilkan angka F hitung sebesar 136.121 > F tabel 2,87 dengan tingkat signifikansi (angka probabilitas) sebesar 0,05. F hitung > F tabel maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Maka koefisien regresi Disiplin Kerja, Pemberdayaan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Employee development greatly affects the development of the organization. Professionally developed employees can bring various benefits to the organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource development and leadership on employee performance with organizational commitment as a moderation variable in Batamindo Industrial Park companies. Human resource development aims to increase employee knowledge in terms of knowledge and practice skills through education, training, non-training and learning tasks. Furthermore, employee performance is the quality of work results, quantity of work, attendance and teamwork ability. This study uses a qualitative approach with a correlational associative research method by distributing questionnaires to employees June-July 2023 using a google form. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling involving 100 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and data was processed using Smart PLS 3. The results of this study show that leadership variables and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. Human resource development does not have a significant effect on employee performance, this is due to HR development that is not implemented properly or without a mature plan so that it does not have a significant impact. Poor execution and lack of support from management. Organizational commitment is proven to be able to strengthen the influence of leadership and human resource development on employee performance.
