Abstract

This study aims to implement the method of controlling the supply ofmedicines at the RS.X Pgarmacy Installation in Martapura, because it is less precise inestimating the demand resulting in the purchase of excess stock. Therefore, this studyaims to know and analyze the control of drug preparations on RS.X Pharmacy Installation by applying the Economic Order Quantity method and determining thecorrect forecasting.Implementation of this inventory control using EOQ method, calculation ofOrder Frequency, Booking Interval, Safety Stock, Reorder Point, and MaximumInventory. Service Stock used is 99%. Inventory costs can be determined by calculatingthe relevant costs, such as: purchase costs, ordering costs, and storage costs.After processed and then analyzed the comparison of inventory cost calculationresults between using EOQ methodwith business entity policy. The result 8% savingsusing EOQ method.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the effect of interaction between Djakarta Warehouse Music Project music festival with its consumer using social media to emotional attachment of consumer of the music festival, brand relationship quality between consumer and music festival, and word of mouth that willing to share by consumer of Djakarta Warehouse Music Project. Social media used in this research is facebook, youtube, instagram, path and twitter. The target of respondents in this study is the tourists who have attended the Djakarta Warehouse Project festival. The choice of respondents is intended for information or data obtained for research needs in accordance with the reality (objective). The data obtained in this study comes from the primary data is by distributing questionnaires to consumers. The sample specified in this research is 150 respondents. Data processing methods used in this study include using validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, research model test, structural model test and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20.0 and Amos v.20.0 This research got result that interaction between Djakarta Warehouse Project and its consumer by using social media can improve emotional attachment and brand relationship quality which finally influence word of mouth from its consumer.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this research is to know the effect of service quality through dimensions tangible features, flight schedules, service provided by ground staff, service provided by flight attendant, and online services to low cost carriers’ (LCC) customer satisfaction. It was found that flight schedules and online services have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. While tangible features, the services provided by ground staff and flight attendants do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study was a replica of study by Eng et al. (2012). The results of this study showed two out f five hypotheses wereconcistent with study by Eng et al. (2012).

Abstract

The design of this dosage management information system has the purpose to support PT. Oasindo Raya in making the decision on the process of buying and selling to be more effective and efficient, The drafting is necessary because PT. Oasindo Raya still uses the conventional way of managing its business especially in the recording process so that it becomes less effective and efficient regarding the process of buying and selling its products. A stock management information system is needed to develop the company better in its operational processes. With the design is expected to produce the information needed for decision making quickly and appropriately in order to develop the business of PT. Oasindo Raya in the future. This design applies System Development Life Cycle with 8 stages and uses the addition of Electronic Data Proccessing (EDP) that is with Software Inventory that requires hardware, software, users and database used to run well as expected. The draft regulates the recording of the process of purchasing, selling, inventory stock at the beginning and ending and all the processes related to the stock of both out and coming in PT. Oasindo Raya. The design of this management information system shows that the addition of EDP can improve the operational process of PT. Oasindo Raya is more effective and efficient because all the necessary information can be known quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The step of production process at CV. Pakis Karunia in Gresik, based on the type and amount of disability during the paper bag production process the company has experienced losses from the amount of production per month. Therefore, this study can be used to know implementation of quality control using seven tools. Analysis of quality control using seven tools such as check sheet, histograms, pareto diagrams, cause-effect diagrams, and control diagrams. The tools will be implemented into the CV. Pakis Karunia in Gresik. The results of histogram showing proportion defect in many variants. Fromcause-effect diagram the analysis, it can be seen the factors that cause defects in products derived from materials, machinery, human, work methods and environment, so that company can take corrective action to overcome it. From the analysis of the map control indicates that production is outside of the limits of control.

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this study is to determine whether the quality of the restaurant has a affect to customer satisfaction or customer recommendation in Guilin chinese food restaurant Surabaya. The quality of restaurant is measured through the experience of eating perceived by customer in the restaurant as a whole. This study was analyzed using multiple ordinary least square (OLS)regression, binary logistic regression, and sobel test via the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 18.0 for windows.The results of this study found that restaurant service, physical atmosphere and overall quality has a positive and significant impact on restaurant quality. As well as the quality of the restaurant has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. From customer satisfaction comes up the customer recommendation, where satisfied customers will be willing to recommend Guilin chinese food restaurant Surabaya to others. Thus, the results of the study support the concept of the theory about the impact of restaurant quality to customer satisfaction or customer recommendation.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) simultaneously and partially on employee performance of PT Suling Mas Tri Tunggal Abadi. This research uses a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis method. The samples used are employees who have subordinates such as managers and supervisors. The number of samples that used in this study were 55 employees. The results showed that there is a strong relationship between the application of TQM with employee performance in PT. Suling Mas Tri Tunggal Abadi. Total Quality Management (TQM) proved to affect the employees simultaneously and partially on the PT. Suling Mas Tri Tunggal Abadi.

Abstract

PT.X is A a construction company. The warehouse is 1500 m2 large. In the initial condition, the warehouse item has not been organized, the laying of products are still mixed and products have not been grouped. This causes the workers having difficulties to identifying the product and to pickup the products. There is damaged on packaging and product which need to be repair cause by imprecise material handling. Based on this problem, relayouting and choosing the right material handling needs to be done. In the new layout design has been determined the partition of storage areas as well as additional areas. There is an increase in warehouse capacity by 120 pallets from the previous 1129 pallets to 1249 pallets. Installation of label systems can be a solution in answering the issue of tracking goods. The use of unit load such as pallets and wooden crates is a solution to the efficient loading and unloading process and reduces manual handling that may be hazardous to workers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of social media Instagram on the attitude and behavioural intention of Indonesian tourists in choosing a tourist destination. The results of this study indicate the influence of social media Instagram on the attitude and behavioural intention of Indonesian tourists in choosing a tourist destination. There are 4 of 9 unsupported hypotheses. The supported hypotheses state that the model is clearly theoretically influential. For the unsupported hypotheses show that social media for the choice of tourist destinations does not only use Instagram but can be through other social media such as Facebook, Youtube, Google, and Tripadvisor.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the difference of perception of logistic service quality level and the influence of logistic service quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in Lotte Wholesale Waru and Lotte Wholesale Mastrip. To measure customer satisfaction and customer loyalty then used Logistic Service Quality which measured by 2 dimension that is Logistic Service Quality Operational and Logistic Service Quality Relational. In this causal research used quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents divided by 100 respondents from Lotte Wholesale Waru and 100 Respondents from Lotte Wholesale Mastrip who is a customer in Lotte Wholesale Waru and Lotte Wholesale Mastrip. Data analysis technique used is anova test and multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the anova test shows that there is different perception of logistic service quality level at Lotte Wholesale Waru and Lotte Wholesale Mastrip, besides the result of research using multiple linear regression analysis is variable Logistic Service Quality have positive linear influence to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty.
