Abstract

This research examines the impact of the home work environment, team interaction, and online training on employee productivity within the Indonesian education sector operating under a hybrid work model. A quantitative analysis was conducted, involving 160 employees from various roles within educational institutions. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3 software. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between the home work environment, team interaction, online training, and employee productivity. Conducive home work environments, robust team interactions, and effective online training programs emerge as critical factors in enhancing workforce performance in remote and hybrid work settings. The study contributes to a nuanced understanding of contemporary work dynamics and offers practical insights for organizational strategies aimed at fostering productivity in the Indonesian education sector.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of cultural factors, social norms, and social support on the spread of infectious diseases in communities in Indonesia through a quantitative analysis. The structural equation model (SEM) employed in this study examines the complex interplay between these sociocultural elements and their impact on the transmission of infectious diseases. Results indicate significant positive associations between cultural factors and the spread of infectious diseases, social norms and disease transmission, and unexpectedly, social support and disease spread. These findings challenge conventional assumptions, emphasizing the need for nuanced and culturally sensitive public health interventions. The study contributes valuable insights to the understanding of infectious disease dynamics within diverse communities and informs targeted strategies for effective mitigation.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis delves into the landscape of environmental sustainability research within Indonesia's built environment studies. As a nation undergoing rapid urbanization, understanding the trajectory of scholarly contributions addressing environmental issues becomes imperative. The study employs comprehensive data metrics, including publication trends, influential works, and potential research gaps, to offer a panoramic view of the field. Through clustering and overlay visualization, research trends are identified, and the top-cited documents shed light on influential works. The analysis also reveals less-explored areas, guiding future research directions. The comparison with previous studies enriches our understanding of the field's evolution. The implications extend beyond academia, providing practical guidance for policymakers and practitioners involved in shaping Indonesia's built environment sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between social media variables on student entrepreneurship interest, the family environment relationship with student entrepreneurship interest. This research method uses a quantitative survey. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire (Likert scale) via Google form and distributed via the WhatsApp group. The research was conducted in August - December 2022 with 100 research respondents at IPWIJA University, using a proportional random sampling technique and using the Solvin formula. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research use structural equation models (SEM) and statistical software SmartPLS 3.2.9. The restudy’s results showed positive and significant influence between family environment and social media variables on student interest in entrepreneurship. The practical implication of this research is that to increase students' interest in entrepreneurship, they must increase the variables of the family environment and social media
