Abstract

Bloom's Taxonomy is a conceptual framework that serves as a fundamental basis for developing competency-based learning, especially in the field of Islamic Religious Education. By applying this framework, the learning process can be structured to maximize the development of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies in students. In this article, we describe how Bloom's Taxonomy can be used as the main foundation in designing effective and measurable learning to achieve holistic religious education goals. Through this approach, it is hoped that students will not only be able to understand theoretical concepts but also apply religious values in their daily activities.

Abstract

Pegawai merupakan aset penting dalam organisasi yang membutuhkan kesejahteraan psikologis untuk dapat bekerja secara optimal, termasuk kemampuan mengelola stres dan menerapkan strategi coping adaptif di lingkungan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil asesmen awal terhadap pegawai Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, ditemukan bahwa sebagian pegawai mengalami tingkat stres kerja yang berada pada kategori sedang–tinggi, yang berpotensi memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis dan kinerja. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan psikoedukasi mengenai manajemen stres kerja sebagai upaya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pegawai dalam mengelola tekanan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah seminar psikoedukatif yang dilengkapi dengan pre-test dan post-test pada 24 orang pegawai yang berasal dari berbagai unit kerja. Kegiatan dilakukan mulai dari tahap asesmen, persiapan, hingga pelaksanaan seminar. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada skor pemahaman, dengan nilai Z = 4,288 dan p < 0,001 yang mengindikasikan terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara pemahaman peserta sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti psikoedukasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa seminar psikoedukatif efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pegawai mengenai manajemen stres kerja secara adaptif.

Abstract

Character building is a key focus of elementary education, aimed at developing students with noble character, independence, and responsibility. One approach is to implement the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children, encompassing religiousness, discipline, honesty, responsibility, caring, hard work, and love for the homeland. This study aims to analyze the role and implementation of the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children in strengthening the character of elementary school students. The method used was a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that consistent and integrated implementation of the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children in learning activities, daily routines, and school culture can improve students' attitudes of discipline, responsibility, honesty, social awareness, and religiosity. Furthermore, teacher involvement and support from the school environment are crucial factors in the success of character building. Therefore, the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children can be an effective strategy for building positive character in students sustainably.
