Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to look at the determinants of the cost of capital for a company. This study conducts a literature review with the aim of identifying the factors that affect the cost of capital for a company. The study shows that profitability, liquidity, tax, growth, size, and age of the company are some of the major determinants that affect the cost of capital of the company. The study further shows a positive correlation between the cost of capital and profitability, liquidity, growth, size, and age of the company. The capital arrangement of the company is determined based on the pecking order theory and the trade-off theory while keeping in mind the cost elements associated with it. In Indonesia, economic stability and political stability are the major determinants that determine the cost of capital for a company. These determinants affect the availability and cost.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the local economy, serving as a solution to unemployment. Remarkably, they manage to survive in various economic conditions. However, many operate solely based on business instincts and do not consider the evolving business landscape. Therefore, it is essential to provide information through communication and education. This is especially relevant for MSME entrepreneurs in the Pedurungan Tengah neighborhood in Semarang, particularly those in the culinary/food industry. Outreach efforts should focus on communicating and delivering the latest information, especially regarding online marketing, both in terms of sales and promotions. Abstract

Community service is an activity that aims to help certain communities in several activities. This activity is one part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, a mentoring activity for the preparation of an accounting information system application using Microsoft Excel. This mentoring activity starts from analyzing problems to preparing financial reports for the ground handling unit Kokapura using the Microsoft Excel application. The choice to use the Microsoft Excel application is because this application is already available in Microsoft Office and the use of Microsoft Excel has been widely practiced in the community.The results of this activity are expected to record transactions and prepare financial reports for the ground handling unit in accordance with SAK ETAP, more accurately and the process will be faster. Keywords: Cooperatives, Accounting Information Systems and Financial Statements

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and extensive training on employee performance, as well as to examine the moderating role of skill variety in these relationships. The research method employed is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to senior high school (SLTA) teachers in Semarang City and analyzed using partial hypothesis testing and moderation regression analysis techniques. The research results indicate that self-efficacy and extensive training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, skill variety strengthens the relationship between self-efficacy and extensive training on performance. These findings suggest that organizations need to pay attention to the development of self-efficacy and provide comprehensive training, as well as encourage skill variety to optimize employee performance.Keywords: Self-Efficacy, Extensive Training, Employee Performance, and Skill Variety.

Abstract

Store brands are a form of strategy used in competing for retailers in a market that is increasingly competitive. Based on previous research, there are several factors that influence buying interest, namely Store Image Perception, Perceived Risk, and Store Brand Price Image. This study aims to see the influence of the influence of Store Image Perception, Perceived Risk, and Store Brand Price Image Image Intention on Super Indo Majapahit supermarkets. The research method used in the study Statistics Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) for Windows 16.0 with regression analysis and path analysis for the mediating variables. The technique used to study the data is a survey using a structured questionnaire. The population and samples in this study were visitors or buyers of Super Indo Majapahit supermarkets with the results of 89 respondents who can be used in this study. The results of the study indicate that Store Image Perception has a significant positive effect on Store Brand Purchase Intention in Super Indo Majapahit consumers. Store Brand Price Image has a significant positive effect on Store Brand Purchase Intention for Super Indo Majapahit consumers. Store Image Perception has a significant negative effect on Perceived Risk on Super Indo Majapahit consumers. Store Brand Price Image has a significant negative effect on Perceived Risk on Super Indo Majapahit consumers. Perceived Risk has a significant negative effect on Store Brand Purchase Intention for Super Indo Majapahit consumers. Store Brand Price Image significantly influences Store Brand Purchase Intention through Perceived Risk mediation at Super Indo Majapahit. All hypotheses have a significant effect except Store Image Perception which has no significant effect on Store Brand Purchase Intention through the mediation of Perceived Risk at Super Indo Majapahit because tstatistic (1.591) < ttable (1.663).Keywords: store brand, image, price, risk, purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and organizational learning on the quality of strategic assets, and also the effect of the quality of strategic assets on the performance of the Cirebon halal food SMEs. This research was conducted on the Cirebon Typical Halal Food UMKM, the respondents used were 200 respondents. The data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) program version 23.0. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on strategic asset quality shows a CR value of -0.338 and with a probability of 0.735, testing the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance shows a CR value of 2.499 and with a probability of 0.012, market orientation towards strategic asset quality shows a CR value. of 2.344 and with a probability of 0.035, market orientation to business performance shows a CR value of 2.362 and with a probability of 0.031, testing organizational learning on strategic asset quality shows a CR value of 4.881 and with a probability of 0.001., testing the effect of organizational learning on business performance shows a CR value of 1.351 and with a probability of 0.177, the effect of strategic asset quality on business performance shows a CR value of 2.067 and a probability of 0.039. Kata Kunci : Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar, Pembelajaran Organisasional, Kualitas Aset stratejik, Kinerja Bisnis

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance, analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance, analyze the simultaneous effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that serves to explain the description of the object of research through primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires, then the data from the questionnaires were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee performance, this shows a value of 0.000 <0.05, the work motivation variable has a significant influence on employee performance, this is also evidenced by a value of 0.000 <0.05. Work environment variables and work motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the results of 0.000 <0.05.\Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance, to analyze the effect of work ability on employee performance, to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance, to analyze the effect of motivation, work ability and work environment simultaneously on employee performance at the Semarang City Social Service. The population in this study were Civil Servants at the Semarang City Social Service, totaling 50 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the census method, where the entire population is used as a sample. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this analysis indicate that motivation has no effect on employee performance by proving that t.count 0.497 < t.table 1.67866, and a significance value of 0.622 > 0.05, work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Social Service The city of Semarang. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Price, Product Quality and Service Quality have an affect on Customer Satisfaction study on Incoe battery PT Meka Adipratama at Semarang.This research is a survey research. The population in this study were customers from PT Meka Adipratama. The size of the research sample taken was 75 people determined by the Slovin formula. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method, which is a sampling method with certain criteria. The method of analysis using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test includes normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Price, Product Quality and Service Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on Incoe battery PT Meka Adipratama at Semarang.
