Abstract

This article will discuss the problems faced in implementing the implementation of integrated quality management in SMP IT Wahdatul Ummah Metro City in improving the quality of graduates. The purpose of this study is to develop an effective quality management system starting from planning, implementation and evaluation to improve the quality of graduates at the IT Wahdatul Ummah Middle School in Metro City. This qualitative research was conducted through interviews with a sample of participants. The goal is to gain a better understanding of their experiences with mental illness. This research includes data on principals, vice principals for curriculum, vice principals for student affairs, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation. Both methods provide valuable information that can be used to improve the quality of life of residents in a particular area. Another way to check the validity of data is to use source triangulation. This can be done by looking at different sources of information to see if they support each other. If data is found to be invalid, it may need to be revised or completely rewritten. Data analysis in this study includes triangulation and reference materials. Triangulation is a data analysis method that uses various sources of information to form a more accurate picture. Reference materials are documents or sources of information that can be used to help corroborate or support data analysis. this study found that the implementation of integrated quality management can improve the achievement of school goals starting from the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages are all important aspects of this process. Setting the school's vision, mission and goals is an important part of improving student achievement and the quality of graduates. Programs and activities must be oriented and focused on improving student achievement and meeting customer needs and satisfaction. Continuous improvement in all areas of the school's services is essential to ensure that the school remains focused on its goals.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of the use of YouTube social media on the morals of elementary school age children. In the current digital era, YouTube has become a very popular platform among children to access various entertainment and educational content. This research aims to obtain evidence of a causal relationship between the independent variable, namely Social Media (X) and the dependent variable, namely the Morals of Elementary School Age Children (Y). The research method used in this research is quantitative. Data collection tools use questionnaires, documentation and observation. The research will be carried out in Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. The population used was 248 people and the sample used was 50 people taken by random sampling. Data analysis uses classic assumption tests, namely normality and homogeneity tests and hyposcription tests use simple regression tests. The research results show that based on the results of linear regression testing the influence of using YouTobe social media on children's morals, it can be concluded that there is an influence. This can be seen based on the SPSS output, it is known that the significance value (Sig.) of 0.012 is smaller than the probability of 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of social media use on students' morals. The contribution of social media to the morals of elementary school aged children can be seen from the Model Summary output. It is known that the R Square value is 0.648. This value means that the influence of using YouTube social media on students' morals is 64.8%, while 35.2% of children's morals are influenced by other variables. . Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of YouTube social media greatly influences students' morals, both good morals and bad morals.

Abstract

Sebagai strategi alternatif, Total Quality Management (TQM) diterapkan di sekolah untuk meningkatkan standar dan memastikan konsistensi. Total Quality Management, juga dikenal sebagai Manajemen Mutu Terpadu, adalah paradigma perbaikan berkelanjutan yang dapat membekali setiap sekolah dengan serangkaian strategi dunia nyata untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan mereka di sini dan sekarang dan di masa mendatang. Karena meningkatnya persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan Islam, Total Quality Management (TQM) mulai menunjukkan tanda-tanda kedewasaan di sejumlah lembaga tersebut. Delapan (8) hal yang menjadi landasan Total Quality Management, yaitu : Pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan fakta (Factual Approach to Decision Making), Perbaikan secara terus menerus (Continual Improvement), Pendekatan sistem (System Approach), Keterlibatan Seluruh Partisipan stickholder (People Organization), Kepemimpinan (Leadership), Mengutamakan Ketercapaian Kepuasan Masyarakat (Customer Focus Organization), dan Hubungan dengan outcome yang saling menguntungkan (Mutually Beneficial Relationship). Jika sekolah Islam serius menerapkan prinsip-prinsip umum Total Quality Management tersebut, mereka akan mampu bersaing dengan sekolah lain di tingkat nasional dan internasional. Aset terbesar sistem manajemen mutu adalah perencanaan yang dipikirkan dengan cermat, praktis, terukur, dan teratur yang mendasarinya, serta pola kerjanya yang mapan mengacu pada prosedur yang baik yang dipilih langsung oleh organisasi. Selain itu, sistem dana pemantauan dinilai pada setiap fase operasi untuk menentukan di mana peningkatan dapat dilakukan untuk lebih meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Makalah ini berupaya untuk mengadvokasi penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) di lingkungan pembelajaran formal dan informal Islam

Abstract

The implementation of the Fishbowl discussion learning method in the Fiqh subject has proven effective in creating a more active, participatory, and reflective learning environment. By dividing students into two groups—the inner circle for discussion and the outer circle as observers—this method encourages students to express ideas more confidently, listen attentively, and develop analytical thinking and communication skills. The learning process is no longer teacher-centered, but rather driven by dynamic student-to-student interactions, which directly enhances understanding of Fiqh concepts and positively impacts learning outcomes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was conducted through classroom observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of learning activities. The data were analyzed thematically to identify implementation patterns, supporting factors, and challenges faced in applying the Fishbowl method in class XI B at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin. The results of this method’s implementation show a significant increase in student engagement, both intellectually and emotionally. Students became more enthusiastic about participating in lessons, gradually got accustomed to discussion-based learning, and began to internalize Fiqh values in their daily lives. Academic performance also improved alongside the growth in students’ confidence to present and defend their arguments. Nevertheless, the implementation of this method still encountered challenges such as time constraints during learning sessions, unequal speaking abilities among students, and the lack of facilities that support optimal discussion-based learning in the classroom. Several challenges that arise during the application of the Fishbowl method can actually be mitigated through appropriate strategies. Effective time management, forming small discussion groups, and employing inclusive and supportive teacher approaches are all helpful in overcoming these obstacles. As a result, this method can still be applied effectively despite existing limitations. This suggests that the success of the Fishbowl method heavily relies on the teacher's preparedness and the flexibility of implementation strategies in real classroom situations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the lalaran method is carried out, the extent to which it is effective in improving students' memory and understanding, and the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were middle-class female students who had studied the As-Sabrowi Book. The results of the study showed that the application of the lalaran method was able to improve students' memory of the rules of nahwu, facilitate reading, and facilitate understanding of the meaning of sentences. In addition, this method also forms an attitude of discipline, perseverance, and enthusiasm for learning in students. The supporting factors for the implementation of this method are student discipline and support from teachers, while the inhibiting factors are boredom and time constraints. Overall, the lalaran method has proven effective in improving memory and understanding of nahwu science at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Kepribadian adalah keseluruhan cara seorang individu bereaksi dan berinteraksi dengan indivisu lain. Kepribadian adalah sifat, watak atau watak yang dibedakan dari dalam diri seseorang yang bersumber dari bentukan yang diperoleh dari lingkungan sekitar sebagai keliarga dan juga bawaan sejak lahir. Ada dua tipe kepribadian yang umumnya dimiliki manusia, salah satunya akan secara alami melekat sebagai sifat atau karakteristik bawaan sejak lahir, yaitu Introvert dan ekstrovert. Penelitian ini akan mengulas fenomena siswa Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin kelas XI MIA 1 yang memiliki kepribadian Introvert dan kepribadian Ekstrovert di dalam menyenangi pembelajaran di madrasah . Untuk mengkaji fenomena tersebut, maka peneliti memiliki pendekatan yang penulis gunakan adalah enelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa: (1) mata Pelajaran yang dominan diminati oleh peserta didik Introvert antara lain yaitu mata pelajaran yang bersifat hafalan, kesenian, dan keagamaan; (2) Sedangkan mata pelajaran yang dominan diminati oleh peserta didik Ekstrovert yaitu mata pelajaran yang bersifat ekspresif, analitis dan dialogis. (3) Perbedaan dan kesamaan peserta didik Introvert dan peserta didik Ekstrovert dalam menguasai pelajaran yang diberikan di Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin sebenarnya dari segi perbedaanya: antara peserta didik Ekstrovert dan Introvert terletak dari cara mereka menerima ilmu, yang mana jika Ekstrovert lebih lebih condong meminati cara lisan dan komunikasi secara langsung antara peserta didik dengan pendidik dan pendidik dengan peserta didik lainnya. Sedangkan peserta didik Introvert lebih menguasai pelajaran dengan cara tidak langsung, melainkan dengan cara mengandalkan media komunikasi sebagai perantaranya

Abstract

This study examines the adaptive crisis management model and the institutional resilience of Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung, an Islamic educational institution operating amid rapid disruption. The research analyzes pesantren crisis responses, identifies internal factors shaping institutional resilience, and explores the role of Islamic values in sustaining long-term stability. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving kyai, teachers, administrators, dormitory supervisors, and senior students, and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña interactive model. The findings show that crisis responses are characterized by adaptive and collaborative management, rapid coordination, flexible structural adjustments, and strong spiritual–transformational leadership. Institutional resilience is reinforced by a deeply embedded organizational culture, structured mentoring, and high human resource commitment, which support continuity and shared responsibility during crises. Islamic values such as tawakal, patience, discipline, and musyawarah function as psychological stabilizers and normative guidelines that shape behavior and decision-making under pressure. However, the pesantren continues to face challenges, including limited formal crisis procedures, uneven technological literacy, and gaps in early risk detection. Overall, the study suggests that pesantren resilience is best conceptualized through a hybrid model integrating traditional Islamic values with modern crisis management principles to strengthen preparedness and long-term institutional sustainability.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze strategies for strengthening moral values as a preventative measure against radicalism at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design to explore strategies for strengthening moral values as a preventative measure against radicalism at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School in South Lampung. Subjects included the boarding school leadership, teachers, students, and parents involved in the instilling of moral values. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of Islamic boarding school activities. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns, themes, and relationships between strengthening moral values and preventing radicalism. Data validity was maintained through triangulation of sources, techniques, and participants. This methodology emphasized both theoretical and practical aspects, so that the research results provide an empirical contribution to the development of character education-based preventive strategies that are applicable and contextual in Islamic boarding schools. The results of this study indicate that strategies for strengthening moral values as a preventative measure against radicalism at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School. Findings indicate that cultivating moral values through daily activities, such as congregational prayer, Quran recitation, and social participation, fosters ethical awareness and tolerance among students. The role of teachers and mentors as moral role models has been shown to motivate students to emulate positive behavior and avoid the influence of extreme ideologies. Furthermore, active leadership oversight through monitoring, personal guidance, and religious counseling enables early detection of potential radicalism and strengthens the internalization of noble morals. This integrative strategy confirms that religious practice, social interaction, and moral leadership simultaneously shape the character of students who are resilient, tolerant, and critical of the influence of radicalism, providing a new empirical contribution to the literature on character education and radicalism prevention.ABSTRAKTujuan utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi penguatan akhlakul karimah sebagai upaya preventif terhadap radikalisme di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi strategi penguatan akhlakul karimah sebagai upaya pencegahan radikalisme di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Lampung Selatan. Subjek penelitian meliputi pimpinan pesantren, guru, santri, dan orang tua yang terlibat dalam pembiasaan nilai moral. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi kegiatan pesantren. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis tematik untuk menemukan pola, tema, dan hubungan antara penguatan akhlakul karimah dan pencegahan radikalisme. Validitas data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan anggota. Metodologi ini menekankan aspek teoritis dan praktis, sehingga hasil penelitian memberikan kontribusi empiris bagi pengembangan strategi preventif berbasis pendidikan karakter yang aplikatif dan kontekstual di lingkungan pesantren. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi penguatan akhlakul karimah sebagai upaya pencegahan radikalisme di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pembiasaan nilai moral melalui kegiatan harian, seperti shalat berjamaah, tadarus, dan partisipasi sosial, menumbuhkan kesadaran etis dan toleransi antar-santri. Peran guru dan pembina sebagai teladan moral terbukti memotivasi santri meneladani perilaku positif dan menjauhi pengaruh ideologi ekstrem. Selain itu, pengawasan aktif pimpinan melalui monitoring, bimbingan pribadi, dan konseling religius memungkinkan deteksi dini terhadap potensi radikalisme, sekaligus memperkuat internalisasi akhlakul karimah. Strategi integratif ini menegaskan bahwa praktik religius, interaksi sosial, dan kepemimpinan moral secara simultan membentuk karakter santri yang resilien, toleran, dan kritis terhadap pengaruh radikalisme, memberikan kontribusi empiris baru bagi literatur pendidikan karakter dan pencegahan radikalisme.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative method through a case study design to examine in depth the role of strengthening teacher competence in building student focus on learning Fiqh in class VII A MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin. Research informants involved Fiqh teachers, students, the principal, and homeroom teachers who were selected purposively based on their direct involvement in the learning process. Data collection was conducted through participatory observation in the classroom, in-depth interviews, and review of relevant learning documents. Data were analyzed using an interactive analysis approach that included the stages of data sorting, organizing findings, and formulating conclusions on an ongoing basis, while data validity was maintained through triangulation and confirmation with informants. This approach enabled the researchers to obtain a comprehensive picture of the contribution of teachers' pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies in supporting student learning. The results of the study indicate that strengthening teacher competencies plays a strategic role in improving student focus on Fiqh subjects. The pedagogical aspect, which is realized through varied, interactive, and contextual learning, is able to encourage active participation and maintain student concentration. The professional dimension of teachers, in the form of mastery of Fiqh substance and systematic delivery of material that is relevant to students' experiences, facilitates understanding of the subject matter.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui rancangan studi kasus untuk menelaah secara mendalam peran penguatan kompetensi guru dalam membangun fokus belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Fiqih di kelas VII A MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin. Informan penelitian melibatkan guru Fiqih, peserta didik, kepala madrasah, serta wali kelas yang ditentukan secara purposive berdasarkan keterlibatan langsung dalam proses pembelajaran. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan partisipatif di kelas, wawancara mendalam, serta penelaahan dokumen pembelajaran yang relevan. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan analisis interaktif yang mencakup tahapan pemilahan data, pengorganisasian temuan, dan perumusan simpulan secara berkelanjutan, sementara keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi dan konfirmasi kepada informan. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti memperoleh gambaran komprehensif mengenai kontribusi kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, sosial, dan kepribadian guru dalam menopang perhatian belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kompetensi guru memiliki peranan strategis dalam meningkatkan fokus belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Fiqih. Aspek pedagogik yang diwujudkan melalui pembelajaran yang variatif, interaktif, dan kontekstual mampu mendorong partisipasi aktif serta menjaga konsentrasi siswa. Dimensi profesional guru, berupa penguasaan substansi Fiqih dan penyampaian materi yang sistematis serta relevan dengan pengalaman siswa, mempermudah pemahaman terhadap konsep yang abstrak. Sementara itu, kompetensi sosial yang tercermin dalam komunikasi terbuka dan sikap apresiatif terhadap siswa berkontribusi pada terciptanya iklim kelas yang nyaman dan partisipatif. Keterpaduan ketiga kompetensi tersebut menegaskan peran guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran yang adaptif terhadap karakteristik dan kebutuhan siswa, sehingga pembelajaran Fiqih berlangsung secara lebih efektif, bermakna, dan mendukung penghayatan nilai-nilai Fiqih secara optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of company promotion and reputation on people's decisions to use the Hajj and Umrah travel services of PT. Amara Tour Travel in Lampung. This study hopes to provide an empirical understanding of how these two factors interact to shape rational and reflective consumer decisions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to explore the influence of PT. Amara Tour Travel's promotion and reputation on people's decisions to use Hajj and Umrah travel services in Lampung. Informants were selected purposively, including pilgrims who have used the services, prospective pilgrims, and company management. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation of promotions and the company's track record. Analysis was conducted thematically with source triangulation to maintain validity, so that the findings illustrate the community's decision-making process and the relevance of trust-based marketing strategies. The results of this study indicate that people's decisions to use PT. Amara Tour Travel's Hajj and Umrah travel services are influenced by perceptions of promotion, company reputation, and the interaction between the two. Informative, transparent, and consistent promotion helps prospective pilgrims understand the service, reduces uncertainty, and provides a sense of security. A company's reputation, reflected in testimonials, customer experience, and official certifications, builds trust and strengthens public confidence. The interaction of promotions and reputation fosters more confident and informed decision-making. A communication strategy that integrates these two factors increases trust, minimizes doubt, and fosters loyalty. The conclusion underscores the importance of consistent promotions and a strong reputation to support positive decisions and sustainable business growth.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi dan reputasi perusahaan terhadap keputusan masyarakat dalam menggunakan jasa perjalanan ibadah haji dan umrah pada PT. Amara Tour Travel di Lampung, dengan harapan dapat memberikan pemahaman empiris mengenai bagaimana kedua faktor tersebut berinteraksi dalam membentuk keputusan konsumen yang bersifat rasional dan reflektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh promosi dan reputasi PT. Amara Tour Travel terhadap keputusan masyarakat menggunakan jasa perjalanan ibadah haji dan umrah di Lampung. Informan dipilih secara purposive, meliputi jamaah yang telah menggunakan jasa, calon jamaah, dan manajemen perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi promosi serta rekam jejak perusahaan. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik dengan triangulasi sumber untuk menjaga validitas, sehingga temuan menggambarkan proses pengambilan keputusan masyarakat dan relevansi strategi pemasaran berbasis kepercayaan. Hasil Penelitian ini Menunjukkan Bahwa Keputusan masyarakat dalam menggunakan jasa perjalanan ibadah haji dan umrah pada PT. Amara Tour Travel dipengaruhi oleh persepsi terhadap promosi, reputasi perusahaan, dan interaksi keduanya. Promosi yang informatif, transparan, dan konsisten membantu calon jamaah memahami layanan, mengurangi ketidakpastian, dan memberikan rasa aman. Reputasi perusahaan, tercermin dari testimoni, catatan keberangkatan, dan sertifikasi resmi, membangun kepercayaan dan memperkuat keyakinan masyarakat. Interaksi promosi dan reputasi memperkuat pengambilan keputusan yang lebih yakin dan terinformasi. Strategi komunikasi yang mengintegrasikan kedua faktor ini meningkatkan kepercayaan, meminimalkan keraguan, dan mendorong loyalitas. Kesimpulan menegaskan pentingnya konsistensi promosi dan reputasi yang kuat untuk mendukung keputusan positif dan pertumbuhan bisnis berkelanjutan.
