Abstract

Manufacturing industry productivity is a basic element in Indonesia's economic progress, so it is needed to accelerate Indonesia's economic growth. The advantage of the Manufacturing industry sector is that it has forward and backward linkages between sectors so that through manufacturing industry development, Indonesia higher economic growth. This research examines and analyzes the sources of manufacturing industry productivity growth in Indonesia for the 2010-2022 period. The research method used is panel data regression. The estimation results show that based on the panel data regression results the selected model is the FEM model so that all independent variables (raw materials, labor, energy, and capital) have a significant positive effect on the output of the Indonesian manufacturing industry. The estimation results in this study also found that labor and capital are inelastic.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan untuk peningkatan kemanfaatan program serta kendala yang dihadapai DSH Klaten dalam pelaksanaan program beduk sedekah subuh. Penelitian ini menggunaka penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen yang digunakan DSH yaitu dengan menerapkan empat fungsi manajemen perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), pelaksanaan (actuating) dan pengawasan (controlling). Kendala yang dihadapi DSH dalam program beduk sedekah subuh adalah adanya rolling para karyawan dan strategi dalam mempertahankan donatur.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki meningkatnya pemanfaatan pasar online oleh mahasiswa Ekonomi, yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh insentif pengiriman gratis dan tingkat kepercayaan terhadap pilihan pembelian online mereka. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh promosi pengiriman gratis dan kepercayaan terhadap pasar online terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa Ekonomi. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei, yang menargetkan populasi mahasiswa Ekonomi yang terlibat dalam belanja online, dengan sampel 100 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul diuji dengan regresi berganda untuk mengevaluasi dampak variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi pengiriman gratis dan kepercayaan terhadap pasar online memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online, dengan promosi pengiriman gratis memiliki pengaruh yang agak lebih besar. Studi ini menyarankan agar pelaku pasar online secara sengaja menyediakan pengiriman gratis dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen melalui layanan berkualitas untuk mendorong keputusan pembelian. Penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya bertujuan untuk memperluas cakupan populasi dan memasukkan lebih banyak karakteristik yang dapat memengaruhi keputusan belanja online.

Abstract

Amandemen atau Perubahan ketiga Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 telah melahirkan lembaga Mahkamah Konstitusi yang bertugas sebagai pelindung atas pelaksanaan amanat konstitusi dan menjamin terlaksananya hak konstitusional bagi setiap warga negara Indonesia. Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi bersifat final dan mengikat sehingga seharusnya dapat berlaku juga secara konsisten terhadap permasalahan yang sama. Sementara itu, jika Mahkamah Konstitusi adalah sebagai the guardian of contitution, di sisi lain Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 adalah sebuah konstitusi negara Indonesia yang harus dijaga dan dijamin pelaksanaannya oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi. Dalam upaya menunjang pendidikan yang bermutu, pemerintah mengalokasikan anggaran minimal pendidikan sebesar 20% dari Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara dan Daerah sebagaimana termaktub dalam UUD 1945. Namun sayangnya anggaran pendidikan sebesar 20% pada Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) dan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) hanya formalitas. Sementara itu, sejak tahun 2005 Mahkamah Konstitusi pernah memutus beberapa pengujian terkait anggaran minimal pendidikan. Diantaranya Mahkamah Konstitusi membatalkan dan menjadikan ketentuan ‘bertahap’ menjadi tidak berlaku. Tetapi diwaktu yang sama, Mahkamah Konstitusi juga memutus tidak dapat menerima (niet ontvankelijk verklaard) pengujian Undang-Undang Nomor 26 Tahun 2004 yang belum menerapkan anggaran pendidikan minimal 20% pada APBN 2005. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif didapati bahwa pertimbangan dan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi turut mempengaruhi upaya mewujudkan anggaran minimal 20% bagi pendidikan. Hingga saat ini menurut Neraca Pendidikan Daerah yang diterbitkan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud), masih banyak Kota dan Kabupaten yang mengalokasikan kurang dari 10 persen APBD untuk pendidikan. Third Amendment of the Constitution 1945 of the Republic of Indonesia has established a Constitutional Court which asks for protection of the implementation of the mandate of the constitution and guarantees the implementation of constitutional rights for every Indonesian citizen. His verdict against the end and binding can finally be applied also against the end of the same. Meanwhile, if the Constitutional Court is the guardian of the constitution, on the other hand the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia is the constitution of the Indonesian state which must be safeguarded and approved by the Constitutional Court. To support education, the government allocates a minimum education budget 20% of the State and regional Budget. However, the education budget of 20% of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) and the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) are only formalities. Meanwhile, since 2005 the Constitutional Court has decided on several trials related to the minimum education budget. Among them, the Constitutional Court canceled and made the 'gradual' provision invalid. But at the same time, the Constitutional Court also decided that it could not accept (niet ontvankelijk verklaard) the review of Law Number 26 of 2004 which had not implemented a minimum education budget of 20% in the 2005 State Budget. By using the normative legal research method, found that the considerations and decisions of the Constitutional Court also influence efforts to realize a minimum budget of 20% for education. Until now, there are still many Cities and Regencies that allocate less than 10 percent of the APBD for education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of implementing Challenge-Based Differentiated Learning supported by a STEM website, analyze the influence of self-efficacy on critical thinking, and describe students’ critical thinking skills in relation to self-efficacy. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, a sequential explanatory design, and simple random sampling. Class VIII B served as the experimental group implementing the CB-DL model, and VIII A as the control group implementing problem-based learning, with each group consisting of 33 students. The results showed that the CB-DL model was effective in improving critical thinking skills, as indicated by an increase in the average pretest score from 65.15 to 83.33 on the posttest and a Cohen's D of 0.57. In addition, self-efficacy has a significant effect on critical thinking skills with a value R2 of 0.3542. Subjects with high self-efficacy met all six indicators of critical thinking skills, including interpretation, analysis, evaluation, inference, explanation, and self-regulation. Those with moderate self-efficacy did not meet the self-regulation indicator, and those with low self-efficacy did not meet the explanation and self-regulation indicators. These findings confirm that the CB-DL supported by a STEM website, along with self-efficacy reinforcement, can optimize students’ critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Abstract Psychological tests or psychological tests are a diagnostic effort with specific measuring tools created by psychologists to reveal a picture of a person's potential or to distinguish a person's behaviour from others through particular problems. Not all psychological tests can be easily computerized, and an accounting application can be easily modelled mathematically. At the very least, it must be admitted that at this time, there are very few psychological tests in Indonesia that are well computerized. It will be troublesome if the test is intended for recruitment purposes, especially if the company concerned needs the test results as quickly and accurately as possible. Seeing this background, the author wants to help and provide easy solutions by utilizing the internet media, a field of information and media that is very useful for everyone. The C4.5 method is applied to classify personality test questions, interest aptitude tests, SPM tests, and arithmetic tests to produce accurate calculations for the classification of psychological test questions. With the information system for the psychological test questions using the C4.5 method, it is hoped that the public can more easily access the simulated psychological test questions easily and quickly.
