Abstract

Transformasi digital pada lembaga pendidikan vokasional memerlukan perencanaan arsitektur enterprise yang mampu menyelaraskan proses bisnis dengan teknologi informasi. NCL Madiun sebagai lembaga pendidikan vokasional di bidang perhotelan dan kuliner masih menghadapi beberapa permasalahan, seperti belum terintegrasinya sistem informasi antar divisi, proses promosi yang masih dilakukan secara manual, potensi duplikasi data, serta pengelolaan keamanan data yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Enterprise Architecture menggunakan Framework TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) untuk mendukung transformasi digital organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan SWOT, Value Chain, dan GAP sebagai dasar penyusunan arsitektur bisnis, data, aplikasi, dan teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perancangan Enterprise Architecture mampu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan integrasi proses bisnis, data, aplikasi, dan infrastruktur teknologi. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan meliputi pengembangan Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing, Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru, Sistem Informasi Akademik, Sistem Informasi Keuangan, Modul Pengelolaan Magang, Database Penyaluran Kerja, Database Alumni, serta penguatan keamanan dan integrasi data antar divisi. Blueprint arsitektur yang dihasilkan diharapkan menjadi acuan implementasi transformasi digital sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses bisnis, kualitas layanan, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan di NCL Madiun.

Abstract

Industry  4.0 develops in Indonesia and the Covid-19 Pandemic, all business process activities are required to be able to adapt by digizing service. For SDN Babadan 01 itself, the business process is still using the old method which requires all processes to be carried out directly face to face such as registration of new students and is not yet effective. Therefore the design of Management and Academic Information System  is needed to support the business processes that are carried out. With the creation of a Management Information System and Academic Information System, it is hoped that it can help facilitate all academic  and non-academic matters at SDN Babadan 01. For data collection , interviews and literature studies were used. This study uses the Zachman Framework which consist of 6 columns and 6 rows. Based on the research that has been done, the design of SIAKAD and SIM at SDN Babadan 01 has resulted. This design can be used as a reference for application developers.

Abstract

In digital era technology development and information growing so fast, so it can’t be denied for all aspects and especially in education already using technology to support activities. The world of education really need a technology and information to support learning activities to improve the quality better of learning, making it easier to interact teacher with student for learning resource sharing activities and sharing theory. E-Learning is a solution that can be used to support learning activities. So,in this research aims to develop E-Learning which is expected to help teacher and  students in managing class schedules, study material, quiz, attendance, and exam especially at SDN 01 Manisrejo Madiun City. The method using Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM) and UML for system design. From this study resulted in a proposed system analysis and design development system which can be developed into a complete system.
