Currently, libraries need to integrate so that they can take advantage of the technology that is currently available. The existence of technology will provide convenience in the process of using library techniques that are more structured in terms of ease of knowing how the existence of a library is needed by its users. The type of research that the author uses is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The existence of the internet in the library is an interesting thing that must be put to good use by students to improve the quality of their services. This new phenomenon will change the service principles that have been adhered to by libraries, namely enriching collections and increasing number of users to come to the library. Searching for information via the internet is very useful for information seekers, because they can browse information relatively quickly and precisely. This research uses a type of qualitative research that requires as much information and data as possible to achieve research objectives. This type of research is a case study because this research is carried out in depth with an institution and with a narrow subject. As a case study, the data collected comes from various sources of literature. This research results that the quality of the internet network in the UINSU Library has an important role in the student learning process. Especially students who don't have their own laptops, they can do their assignments at the UINSU Library. It is also very important when they do group assignments, they can use the space provided to do their group assignments. Keywords: Information Search, Library, Internet Network

Domestic library cooperation network is intended as a type of network that occurs in libraries so that cooperative relationships between other libraries are established in an effort to fulfill what is needed by users so that they can satisfy users and the purpose of library services can be achieved. The method used to carry out this research is to conduct a literature study which is further developed in a qualitative descriptive form so that the contents of the journal will provide a more in-depth explanation. The school library collaboration network is very important considering that the school library is seen as a library that lacks attention, both in terms of collection, arrangement, space, or even the librarian. Given the constraints of the library in general regarding its collection, within the scope of the school, the library is only known as a place to store student textbooks. Then the arrangement is not in accordance with the standard national classification rules, where in the school library the collection is arranged based on color or size. Then a room far from a place that should be able to preserve collections. Then the librarians, most of whom are school librarians are picket teachers, or Indonesian language teachers, or teachers who are about to retire, not librarians who are professions capable of managing libraries properly. So that all aspects in the library are arranged based on the teacher's thoughts, not based on standards that have been set as a quality library. By establishing cooperation between school libraries, it will maintain or even increase the existence of libraries in the public eye. This study aims to explain how librarian professional ethics work as professionalism for the librarian profession. This research method uses the literature review method, from various journals and other written sources that support the discussion of article content. The result of this discussion is that the librarian code of ethics must be understood by members of the profession so that members of the librarian profession carry out their duties for users, colleagues, members of other professions, and the public. As stated in the Librarian Code of Ethics, librarian members are expected to be able to apply the rules written in the Librarian Code of Ethics and practice them in carrying out their duties. This study discusses Children's Service Strategies in Fostering Children's Interest in Reading at the Binjai City Library and Archives Service. The goal to be achieved from this research is to find out how the child service strategy is in the Binjai City Library Service. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. By using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were librarians at the Library Service who the researchers had chosen according to the criteria for research subjects.The results showed that the child service strategy carried out by librarians at the Binjai City Library Service was carried out using several child service activities in the form of reading tours, reading corner services for toddlers in Binjai City, mobile library services specifically for children, reading terrace services in Binjai City, collaboration with PKK mothers. and Promotions. Where the promotion is carried out using brochures and social media, namely Instagram.

This research aims to find out the role of reading corners in improving children's reading at the Pakpak Bharat Regency Library and Archives Service. The role of reading corners in increasing children's interest in reading, supporting factors and inhibiting factors in increasing children's interest in reading in Pakpak Bharat Regency. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. In this research, data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data analysis carried out in this research used data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the reading corner has played an active role in increasing interest in reading because the children there take the time to visit the reading corner. The supporting factor for the role of the reading corner is the existence of facilities in the reading corner and the inhibiting factors in increasing interest in reading in the reading corner include some visitors to the reading corner not being able to look after their books after reading, so some books are damaged.

Digital-based libraries play a role in disseminating information to all levels of society, taking into account the information needs of digital society. The aim of this research is to determine the strategy of the Central Aceh Library and Archives Service in Digital-Based Library Management regarding provision, provision of facilities and infrastructure, and human resources. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The findings in this research are that the Central Aceh library and archives service has not yet fulfilled a digital library management strategy that covers the entire general public. Where their funds are still very minimal to manage digital libraries. Facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate mean that the library cannot keep up with the rapid development of the times. And inadequate human resources make the progress of digital libraries a bit time-consuming.

This study aims to determine whether librarians are friendly and gentle in carrying out their duties as librarians in the character of work culture at the Library and Archives Service of North Sumatra Province. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. In this research data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. While the data analysis technique goes through four stages including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The location of this research was conducted at the Library and Archives Service of North Sumatra Province. The results of this study indicate that in the application of librarian ethics in the formation of the character of work culture, they have applied their ethics well as librarians according to the rules in the library. Such as librarian ethics in social interaction, librarian ethics with colleagues, librarian ethics in serving users and librarian ethics with superiors. And as for the obstacles to librarians in applying librarian ethics such as lack of communication, unresponsive service and the attitude of librarians.

This study aims to determine the utilization of the BI Corner collection as a source of information for economics faculty students and to find out what are the obstacles in utilizing the BI Corner collection at the Asahan University Library. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely describing by way of illustrating the use of the BI Corner collection in the library. Informants in this study were 10 people consisting of students of the economics faculty at Asahan University. The data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis technique in this study was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. While the technique of checking the validity of the data in this study is source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the use of various BI Corner collections is to meet information needs such as finding references for course assignments and making journal articles. bored while on campus by utilizing the existing facilities at the BI Corner. The obstacles in utilizing the BI Corner collection are the difficulty in finding the required collection because it is not listed in the OPAC, never adding a collection from 2019 so the collection is just that - that's all, there are economics faculty students who don't know the existence of the BI Corner at the Asahan University Library and there is no special librarian who manages the BI Corner so that the management and procurement of BI Corner library materials does not go well. This has resulted in the utilization of the BI Corner collection as a source of information for economics faculty students at the Asahan University Library.
