Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a crucial role in the Indonesian economy. However, MSMEs often face a number of obstacles caused by certain factors, such as low levels of education, lack of understanding of information technology, and unreliability in presenting financial reports. The aim of this service activity is to provide training to MSMEs who are members of the OKE OCE Melawai program regarding simple bookkeeping using the Excel application, in accordance with SAK UMKM standards. This activity involves several stages, including a pre-assessment questionnaire, tutorial, practical training, and a simple accounting assessment. In the initial investigation stage before implementing community service activities, it was discovered that the majority of OKE OCE Melawai MSMEs still used manual ledgers to manage their accounts, which ultimately affected the quality of financial reporting. A total of 46 MSMEs assisted by OKE OCE Melawai participated in this activity enthusiastically. The activity went well, and it is hoped that it will produce Microsoft Excel-based financial reports as the output of this community service. Thus, it is hoped that OKE OCE Melawai's MSMEs can improve their basic skills and understanding in the field of accounting, and be able to present quality financial reporting data using Microsoft Excel according to accounting standards.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of entrepreneurship education and e-commerce utilization on students' entrepreneurial interest at Pelita Bangsa University within the digital era. Using a quantitative approach and a survey method, data were collected from 100 students who had completed entrepreneurship courses and had experience utilizing e-commerce platforms. The results, analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), indicate that entrepreneurship education significantly fosters a creative mindset and enhances entrepreneurial motivation. Simultaneously, e-commerce proficiency facilitates market accessibility, thereby increasing students' inclination toward digital entrepreneurship. These findings emphasize the critical interplay between entrepreneurship education and e-commerce in shaping entrepreneurial aspirations. The study contributes to the literature by providing actionable insights for educational institutions to design more robust entrepreneurship curricula and e-commerce training programs, ultimately fostering a generation of skilled digital entrepreneurs in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the relationships between corporate image, service quality, customer relations, and behavioral intentions among 185 Gojek users in Indonesia. The results indicate positive perceptions of corporate image, service quality, customer relations, and behavioral intentions, with reliability and validity tests confirming strong construct consistency. Service quality was found to significantly influence both customer relations and behavioral intentions, while corporate image did not show a direct effect. Indirectly, service quality positively impacted behavioral intentions through customer relations, highlighting the greater importance of service quality in shaping customer behavior over corporate image

Abstract

Abstract

The requirement for electricity increases with the growth of the human population. The existing power plants have not been able to fulfill all electricity requirements, especially in remote areas. The small long-life pressurized water reactor (PWR) is one of the solutions and innovations in nuclear technology that can produce electrical energy for a long time without refueling. This study aimed to analyze the neutronic of small long-life PWR that using Thorium-Uranium dioxide ((Th-U)O2) fuels with enriched Uranium-235 (U-235) and the addition of Gadolinium (Gd2O3) and Protactinium-231 (Pa-231) as the burnable poisons. The SRAC Code with the JENDL-4.0 nuclear data library had been used for the calculation method. In this study, the geometry of the two-dimensional (R-Z) reactor core with different fuel volume fraction was analyzed. Moreover, variations of the Uranium-235, Gadolinium, and Protactinium-231 fractions in the fuels were carried out. The result in this study was a PWR 420 MWt design using 60% Uranium dioxide fuel with enriched Uranium-235 of 10%-11%-12% and the addition of 0,0125% Gadolinium and 1,0% Protactinium-231 as the burnable poisons that could operate for thirteen years without refueling. The small long-life PWR design could produce a power density of 85,1 watts/cc with the reactivity for less than 4,6% dk/k.
