Abstract

Abstract: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a vital sector that contributes significantly to the Indonesian economy, but often face internal obstacles, particularly in terms of governance and financial management, which are not yet orderly. Although the population's financial literacy is quite good, practical understanding in the field, especially among MSMEs, is still low, exacerbated by a lack of digital literacy skills to take advantage of the rapid development of financial applications. Therefore, this community service activity aims to improve the competence of MSMEs in business and financial management through the use of digital technology. The methods used include observation and interviews to identify needs, followed by basic financial management training and intensive assistance in using the Moni application. Moni was chosen because it is designed to be intuitive, affordable, and provide real-time financial analysis. The results of the activity show a positive and significant impact on MSME partners, who previously faced problems with manual recording and mixing of finances, but are now gradually adopting digital transaction recording, indicating an increase in awareness and competence in managing business finances using technology.

Abstract

Mathematical understanding is essential for supporting students in solving problems, thinking logically, and developing self-confidence. However, many students at Madrasah Aliyah continue to experience difficulties in understanding mathematical concepts. These difficulties arise not only from low learning interest, the dominance of rote memorization, and the abstract nature of mathematics, but also from the lack of contextual relevance that connects mathematical ideas to students’ cultural experiences. To address these issues, a peer tutoring strategy within ethnomathematics-based problem-based learning (PBL) was implemented. This approach allows students to collaborate with peers while engaging with culturally relevant contexts, making learning more meaningful. This study aims to examine the implementation of the strategy and evaluate its effect on students’ mathematical understanding in terms of gender. A mixed-methods approach with an embedded design was employed, in which quantitative data served as the primary component for analyzing treatment effects, while qualitative data from observations and interviews were used to support and explain gender-related differences in the quantitative findings. The research involved 32 students at a Madrasah Aliyah in Bandung. Data were collected through questionnaires, tests, observations, interviews, and documentation; quantitative data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA and correlation tests, and qualitative data through triangulation. The two-way ANOVA results showed a significant main effect of the peer tutoring strategy in ethnomathematics-based PBL on mathematical understanding, as well as a significant interaction between learning strategy and gender, with female students outperforming male students. Improvements in self-confidence and cultural awareness were qualitatively observed rather than measured formally. These findings indicate that ethnomathematics-based PBL with peer tutoring offers a contextual and collaborative approach that effectively enhances students’ mathematical understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional anak-anak melalui aktivitas bermain berkelompok di Pusat Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Nurul Insan, Kecamatan Labuan, Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan strategi yang efektif, termasuk modeling, penguatan positif, dan pembentukan kebiasaan perilaku sosial yang baik, dikombinasikan dengan aktivitas bermain kelompok seperti peran-peran, permainan konstruktif, dan permainan tradisional. Aktivitas-aktivitas ini membantu anak-anak mengendalikan diri, meningkatkan empati, membangun motivasi, dan memperkuat keterampilan sosial. Peran guru sebagai fasilitator aktif memberikan arahan, dukungan emosional, dan penguatan positif, sehingga anak-anak merasa aman dan termotivasi untuk mengekspresikan diri. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara strategi guru dan aktivitas bermain berkelompok merupakan cara efektif untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional pada masa kanak-kanak, yang menjadi landasan penting bagi perkembangan sosial dan emosional mereka di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of the lattice method in improving students' ability to complete multiplication operations in class V of MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, as well as to describe the advantages and disadvantages of this method. The approach used in the study is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of 31 students of class V. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction steps, data presentation, and conclusion drawing using models from Miles and Huberman. The results indicate that the application of the lattice method makes it easier for students to understand the concept of multiplication through visualization in the form of grids. Students appear more excited, thorough, and confident when solving multiplication problems when compared to traditional methods. The learning outcome data showed a significant increase: the number of students who achieved complete scores increased from 5 students to 16 students, while students who did not complete decreased from 17 to 5 students. These findings are supported by interviews with teachers and students who stated that the lattice method is more interesting, structured, and can reduce errors in recording numbers or summation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital payment, kualitas produk, dan social media marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada kedai kopi di Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen kedai kopi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital payment berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kemudahan, kecepatan, dan keamanan transaksi non-tunai mampu meningkatkan kenyamanan konsumen dalam bertransaksi. Kualitas produk juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen serta menjadi variabel dengan pengaruh paling dominan, yang menegaskan bahwa cita rasa, tampilan, dan konsistensi mutu produk merupakan faktor utama dalam membentuk kepuasan konsumen kedai kopi. Sementara itu, social media marketing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, yang menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas pemasaran melalui media sosial belum mampu memberikan dampak langsung terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan, digital payment, kualitas produk, dan social media marketing mampu menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi kepuasan konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pelaku usaha kedai kopi dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran dan pelayanan yang lebih efektif guna meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital payment, product quality, and social media marketing on consumer satisfaction at coffee shops in Bekasi Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to coffee shop consumers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software.The results indicate that digital payment has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, suggesting that transaction convenience, speed, and security enhance consumers’ comfort in making payments. Product quality also has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and is identified as the most influential variable, highlighting that taste, product appearance, and consistency play a crucial role in shaping consumer satisfaction at coffee shops. Meanwhile, social media marketing does not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, indicating that social media promotional activities have not directly influenced consumers’ satisfaction levels.Simultaneously, digital payment, product quality, and social media marketing explain a substantial proportion of the variance in consumer satisfaction. The findings of this study are expected to provide practical insights for coffee shop owners in developing effective marketing and service strategies to enhance consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence, media sosial, dan inovasi produk terhadap keberlanjutan usaha di Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 100 pelaku usaha, yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha. Sebaliknya, media sosial dan inovasi produk terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan inovasi produk sebagai faktor yang paling dominan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keberlanjutan usaha lebih ditentukan oleh kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam berinovasi serta memanfaatkan media sosial secara efektif, sementara adopsi teknologi Artificial Intelligence belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal.
