Abstract

State Elementary School has adopted the S.Id Microsite Platform as part of efforts to improve education quality through digital-based learning. This platform serves to accelerate the dissemination of information, expand access to learning materials, and enhance communication among school stakeholders. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method with principals, teachers, and students as research subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the utilization of the S.Id Microsite follows structured stages, starting with preparation and training, and continuing with daily use in teaching and learning. Its implementation is supported by strong school commitment, adequate infrastructure, and the platform’s ease of access and communication features. However, challenges remain, including unstable internet connectivity, limited digital literacy among some teachers and students, as well as device shortages and time management constraints. To address these obstacles, schools need to improve technology access, strengthen digital literacy, and manage the platform more effectively. Overall, the S.Id Microsite has contributed positively to learning innovation and provides a promising step toward the digitalization of education at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Upaya Penerapan Disiplin Yang Dilakukan Di Taman Kanak-Kanak Primadika School Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Tehnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui Observasin, Wawancara dan Dokumetasi. maka penelitian ini dapat peneliti simpulkan ada beberapa poin yaitu: 1) Penerapan Disiplin Anak Sejak Dini di Taman Kanak-kanak Primadika School Kabupaten Muaro Jambi; 2) Penerapan Disiplin di Taman Kanak-kanak Primadika School Kabupaten Muaro Jambi; 3) Kendala Menerapkan Disiplin di Taman Kanak-kanak Primadika school Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dan; 4) Upaya penerapan disiplin di Taman Kanak-kanak Primadika School Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Disiplin peserta didik adalah merupakan tata tertib atau peraturan yang harus dilakukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari untuk melatih watak peserta didik atau seseorang yang terdapat dalam lembaga kependidikan atau sekolah

Abstract

The focus of this research is to basically describe and discover the concept of Islamic boarding school management based on the development of facilities and infrastructure in the management of thejauharul Falah Al-Islami Islamic boarding school in Sungai Terap Kumpeh Ulu Muaro Jambi. A significant problem is that no guidelines have been created to regulate the implementation of programs related to Islamic boarding school facilities and infrastructure. The descriptive-analytical approach in this research took three phases, namely: explanation of theory, description of facts in the field, analysis of the suitability between theory and practice. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model and data validity techniques use data triangulation. The research found that the development of facilities and infrastructure in the management of the Jauharul Falah Al-Islami Islamic Boarding School in Sungai Terap Kumpeh Ulu Muaro Jambi, starting from planning as the initial foundation and as an important point in determining the success or failure of a program, organization, implementation and supervision as a support for planning has not optimally followed modern management principles. This can be seen from the fact that there are no planning documents that are factually easy to access. The results of this research are the impact of the development of facilities and infrastructure on the quality of Islamic boarding school management, improvements and additions to facilities increase learning comfort, learning effectiveness, administrative efficiency, as well as the positive image of Islamic boarding schools in the eyes of the community, which has an impact on increasing the number of new student registrants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkatkunjungan dan kepuasan pasien dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi kepercayaan pasien serta moderasi pengalaman sosial pasien pada UPTD Puskesmas Tanjung Selor. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory, melibatkan 100 responden pasien yang diperoleh melalui teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square (SEMPLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kunjungan dan kepuasan pasien. Kepercayaan pasien terbukti memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kunjungan dan kepuasan. Selain itu, pengalaman sosial pasien memoderasi secara signifikan hubungan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien, namun tidak signifikan dalam memoderasi hubungan kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kunjungan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang selaras dengan penguatan kepercayaan serta pengalaman sosial positif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan dasar.
