Abstract

This study aims to develop a competency-based human resource development system for teachers at Salafiyah Islamic boarding schools in the Riau Islands. It employs Research and Development (R&D) with a Design-Based Research (DBR) approach, adapting the Martin Tessmer model, which includes stages such as preliminary study, product design and expert validation, and product trials. The research uses qualitative data, collected through questionnaires assessing the validity and development of competencies for Islamic boarding school teachers. The study finds that Salafiyah Islamic boarding schools in the Riau Islands currently lack a systematic and sustainable competency development system for their teachers. The validity of the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School Teacher Competency Development product was assessed by education, language, and Islamic education experts. The material experts rated the product with an average score of 96%, indicating it is very valid. Language experts gave it a score of 72%, which is considered valid. Media experts rated it with an average score of 92%, also classified as valid. The results of the test showed good results through three stages of trials, namely one-to-one, small group, and field test, each of which obtained a percentage value of 82%, 87% and 90% in the very good category. This proves that the product produced is suitable for use by pesantren.

Abstract

This study raises the importance of interactive learning media based on Macromedia Flash Professional 8 in developing the quality of economic learning at SMAN Jambi City. The main problem in this research is how to use interactive learning media based on Macromedia Flash Professional 8 in developing the quality of economic learning? As in the initial observations, it is known that teachers are still unfamiliar with the name of the macromedia flash application and still use a lot of learning media such as power points, videos and pictures. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research approach. The results showed that interactive learning media based on macromedia flash professional 8 system materials and payment instruments in class X economics lessons can make learning quality/quality. This was conveyed by the teacher that this media was in accordance with the learning objectives. The material presented in this learning media is also complete including pictures, videos, and audio so that students are interested and more enthusiastic in the learning process. In addition, students are also motivated to make learning more active. Penelitian ini mengangkat tentang pentingnya media pembelajaran intrekatif berbasis macromedia flash professional 8 dalam pengembangan  mutu pembelajaran ekonomi di SMAN Kota Jambi. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis macromedia flash professional 8 dalam pengembangan mutu pembelajaran ekonomi? Sebagaimana pada observasi awal diketahui bahwa guru masih asing mendengar nama aplikasi macromedia flash dan masih banyak menggunakan media pembelajaran seperti power point, video dan gambar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis macromedia flash professional 8 materi sistem dan alat pembayaran pada pelajaran ekonomi kelas X dapat menjadikan pembelajaran menjadi berkualitas/bermutu. Hal ini disampaikan oleh guru bahwa media ini telah sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Materi yang disajikan dalam media pembelajaran ini juga lengkap mecakup gambar, video, dan juga audio sehingga siswa tertarikdan lebih antusias dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu siswa juga termotivasi sehingga menjadikan pembelajaran lebih aktif.

Abstract

Dalam kajian ini penulis berupaya mengangkat isu-isu mengenai pengaruh kompetensi dan reward terhadap berpikir kesisteman dalam pendidikan islam (studi pada tenaga kependidikan di MAN 3 Batanghari). Ketertarikan penulis untuk mengkaji tema ini yaitu hal apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhinya. Selanjutnya, dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan ini lebih dideskripsikan dan diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan kondisi bidang penelitian. Selain itu penulis juga menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Dan hasil dari kajian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh kompetensi terhadap berpikir kesisteman dalam pendidikan islam berdasarkan dai tindakan seorang kepala madrasah yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi setiap individu harus berkualitas dan memiliki sifat tanggung jawab terhadap tugas yang diberikan. Selanjutnya reward berpengaruh terhadap berpikir kesisteman dalam pendidikan islam. Berdaasrkan hasil kinerja tenaga kependidikan di MAN 3 Batanghari masih rendah dan sistem reward belum belum di prioritaskan. Sehingga pelayanan kinerja kepada para tenaga guru kurang maksimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang hasil belajar peserta didik di MTs Dharma Wanita Kota Jambi dengan menggunakan metode card sort pada mata pelajaran fiqih di kelas VIII. A. Dari hasil observasi didapatkan bahwa hasil pembelajaran fiqih di MTs Dharma Wanita masih kurang baik, hal ini dikarenakan kurang tepatnya pemilihan metode pembelajaran, guru masih menggunakan metode konvensional dalam mengajar, sehingga peserta didik tampak bosan dan kurang aktif ketika pembelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus dan masing- masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan soal tes dan lembar observasi sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode card sort dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran fiqih. Hal ini dilihat dari keaktifan peserta didik ketika proses pembelajaran menggunakan metode card sort, dan juga hasil penilaian belajar peserta didik disetiap siklusnya. Pada pra siklus ketuntasan peserta didik hanya sebesar 44,44%, pada siklus I sebesar 55,55%, dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 83,33%. Dengan demikian metode card sort dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran fiqih.

Abstract

The implementation of ihsan in life is very urgent, this is because ihsan will bring happiness in birth and mind. Systemic thinking will encourage something to produce according to expectations. This behavior can be realized by activating all kinds of elements that exist in an institution. The existence of Ihsan will make a person careful in acting and cultivate self-confidence from within while invoking divine rida, so as to increase motivation and quality in an educational institution. Systemic thinking requires motivation from the inside (intrinsic) and from the outside (extrinsic) to realize the components present in the systemic thinking device. So, the implementation of the Ihsan concept is very urgent to be applied to educational institutions. This can be applied through systemic thinking. So that in the end, with the realization of the concept of ihsan, it will provide motivation to institutions in thinking systemically to improve the quality of education. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of influence between variables to be used in future research. The results of this study are 1) The urgency of Ihsan affects motivation; 2) Systemic Thinking affects Motivation ; 3) The urgency of Ihsan affects the Quality of Education 4) Thinking System affects the Quality of Education and 5) Motivation affects the Quality of Education.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and influence of relationships or influences between variables. This article reviews the Factors influencing Educational Standards , namely: Costs , school environment and Curriculum , a literature study of Human Resource Management. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of influence between variables to be used in future research.   The results of this literature review article are: 1) Costs affect educational standards; 2)  the school environment  affects the Educational Standards; and 3) The curriculum affects the Education Standards.

Abstract

This article reviews the factors that influence the professionalism of educators, namely: pedagogical competence, professional competence and social competence, a literature study of Human Resource Management. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of influence between variables to be used in future research. The results of this literature review article  are: 1) pedagogic competence affects the professionalism of educators; 2) Professional competence affects the professionalism of educators; and 3) social competence affects the professionalism of educators.

Abstract

The development of educational institutions in Indonesia has been influenced by various things that are quite important in order to realize the vision, mission, and goals of educational institutions. One of them is the potential for external factors, which also affect important capabilities and strategies in decision making. The external problems of education in Indonesia today are very complex. This is due to the complex reality of the external dimensions of education itself which include social, political, economic, cultural, and even global dimensions. From these dimensional problems, three focuses of problems emerge, namely the problems of globalization, social change, and the economy. In organizing an educational institution that has the aim of compiling a pattern of activities in order to achieve common goals is strongly influenced by external and internal factors. For this reason, the purpose of this study is how to analyze the potential external factors of Islamic Education Management that can affect the process and quality of educational institutions. From the results of the literature review, several potential external factors consist of elements outside the organization / institution, most of which cannot be controlled and influential in decision making, so that the third focus of problems on the educational dimension greatly affects the External Potential of Islamic Education Management.

Abstract

Kontribusi aspek sosial dan budaya dalam aplikasi kebijakan pendidikan nasional Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang inklusif, relevan, dan mampu mencerminkan keberagaman masyarakat. Pendidikan di Indonesia tidak hanya berfokus pada pengembangan intelektual, tetapi juga pada pembentukan karakter dan penguatan nilai-nilai sosial budaya. Dalam konteks ini, kebijakan pendidikan nasional harus memperhatikan keberagaman etnis, agama, bahasa, serta norma sosial yang ada di masyarakat. Kebijakan seperti yang tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional No. 20 Tahun 2003 dan kebijakan terkait lainnya mengintegrasikan pendidikan berbasis kearifan lokal, kesetaraan gender, dan inklusi sosial untuk menjamin akses pendidikan bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat, tanpa diskriminasi. Selain itu, pengembangan kurikulum yang memperkenalkan nilai-nilai sosial dan budaya, termasuk pendidikan karakter dan toleransi, juga menjadi bagian penting dari kebijakan ini. Meskipun demikian, implementasi kebijakan ini masih menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pemerataan akses pendidikan, ketimpangan sosial, dan konflik budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali sejauh mana aspek sosial dan budaya mempengaruhi kebijakan pendidikan nasional Indonesia yang termaktub dalam perundang-undangan, serta menganalisis dampak positif dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kebijakan pendidikan telah berusaha untuk menciptakan sistem yang lebih inklusif dan menghargai keberagaman budaya, tantangan dalam implementasi masih perlu diatasi agar tujuan pendidikan nasional dapat tercapai secara optimal.
