Abstract

Masalah psikososial masih banyak terjadi pada anak usia prasekolah. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis penerapan buku permaianan trdisional mingkabau terdadap kecerdasan psikososial anak usia prasekolah. Jenis penelitian ini kwantitatif dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Penelitian dilakukan  di bebrapa Taman kanak kanak di Kelurahan Kuranji.  Sampel adalah Ibu dan anak prasekolah dengan jumlah sampel 123 orang. Intervensi berupa pemberian buku permainan tradisinal minangkabau untuk stimulasi perkembangan psikososial selama ± 1 bulan. Uji statistic digunakan disesuai kan dengan uji paired t/ t dependen. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebelum diberi intervensi rata rata skor perkembangan psikososial anak 12,731, dari skor tersebut temukan 35,8% abnormal dan setelah diberi intervensi skor perkembangan psikososial menjadi 11,243, ditemui 13 % abnormal. Hasil uji statistic terdapat pengaruh yang sugnifikan intervensi pemberian buku permaian tradisioal minangkabau dengan perkembangan psikososial anak prasekolah. Buku permanan budaya minangkabau diharapkan dapat  peningkatan berbagai dimensi perkembangan anak diantaranya perkembangan kognitif, kreativitas, kerjasama, dan perkembangan psikososial anak.

Abstract

Arts and culture buildings are one of the infrastructures needed by a village, because apart from being able to preserve culture and art, they can also increase cooperation. Before construction, buildings or public infrastructure must be planned properly according to predetermined specifications, therefore the planning process must be in accordance with the needs or desires of the village. Payung Village, which is one of the villages in Weleri District, Kendal Regency, plans to build an arts and culture building which will function as a place to increase art appreciation, entertainment education, accommodate performing arts which are the cultural products of a culture or society so as to stimulate and awaken creativity. artists and cultural figures in collecting and developing cultural values. In order for the planning to comply with the specifications, it is necessary to provide assistance in making the design and budget plan so that the building to be built will be in accordance with the expectations of the village government and the community. Abstract

Diarrhea in children can lead to dehydration, hypovolemic shock, hypokalemia, seizures, malnutrition, and even death. The role of mothers in preventing diarrhea is crucial and depends on their knowledge of handwashing with soap (HWWS), as this knowledge is an important factor. This study aims to investigate the relationship between mothers' knowledge of HWWS and the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers in the working area of the Andalas Health Center in Padang City. This observational analytic study employs a cross-sectional design, with data collection conducted from September 2023 to May 2024. The study population consists of 438 mothers who bring their children to the KIA outpatient clinic, with a sample of 88 participants selected using accidental sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and processed via editing, coding, entry, cleaning, and tabulation. Analysis utilized the Chi-square test (CI 95%). Preliminary results showed that 58 toddlers (65.9%) had diarrhea without dehydration, and a majority of mothers (53.4%) exhibited poor knowledge. A significant relationship was found between mothers' knowledge of HWWS and diarrhea incidence, with a p-value of (0.000). The conclusion is that higher levels of knowledge about HWWS are associated with a lower incidence of diarrhea in toddlers. Ongoing health education and outreach programs are recommended to improve community knowledge of HWWS.

Abstract

Projects are structured activities conducted within a specific timeframe to achieve defined objectives by utilizing allocated resources.. Projects are also limited by time by the contract agreement. If this is not implemented and handled properly, it will have a negative impact which will ultimately lead to failure to achieve the desired goals and objectives. During the process of achieving these goals, some limitations must be met. The concept of performance value is a method to measure project progress by using three key metrics: BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP. This method calculates the budgeted costs based on the work that has been completed or executed (budgeted costs of the work performed). The research process starts with actualization, data collection, conducting direct project interviews, and synthesizing the outcomes of the collected data. This study aims to determine the estimated cost and time involved, as well as to calculate the cost and time needed to complete the project work. Based on the methodological analysis of the 55th week of the Pekalongan University Building F construction project, the schedule deviation value (SV) is Rp. 0. These results indicate that the work performance reaches 100, compared to the plan. While the Cost Variance (CV) is Rp. 19,693,765,800, these results indicate that the work carried out with the costs used is the same as the planned contract even though it is carried out by an addendum. Project Completion Time (PDT) = 55 weeks estimated, which means it tends to be an additional 8 weeks, whereas completing the project on schedule takes only 47 weeks. Keywords: Income Value Method, ACWP, BCWP, BCWS, SV, CV, ECD

Abstract

ABSTRACT Concrete is a building material used to support loads in building construction which is composed of cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, water and additional materials if any. The fine aggregates used are stone ash, geritan wood and weleri sand. to find out how the compressive strength compares using the two fine aggregates. This research uses 5 variations of concrete types with each variation having 3 samples with the concrete quality plan being K225 or f'c 18.63 MPa, with a mixture of 100% stone ash, 75% stone ash and 25% weleri sand, 50% stone ash and 50% weleri sand, 25% stone ash and 75% weleri sand, and 100% weleri sand. The compressive strength obtained in this research is still in accordance with the planned compressive strength, whether using stone ash or weleri sand. For the use of 100% stone ash, the compressive strength of concrete aged 28 days is 24,179 MPa, while using weleri sand has a compressive strength of 23,106 MPa. So it can be concluded that the tensile strength using stone ash is higher than using weleri sand

Abstract

The cases of vaccine-preventable diseases (PD3I) in Padang City in 2023 were 21 cases of acute flaccid paralysis (AFP), 133 cases of measles, and 5 suspected cases of diphtheria. Family involvement is essential for ensuring children receive complete immunization, including knowledge, attitude, and family support. The aim of this study is to identify factors associated with the completeness of basic immunization administration in children in the Dadok Tunggul Hitam Village Work Area. The study design is an observational analytical cross-sectional study. Data collection took place from August 2024 to June 2025. The study population consisted of 194 mothers with children aged ≥15 months to 24 months, with a sample size of 63 using cluster random sampling. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires and document review, with data processing involving editing, coding, entry, cleaning, and tabulation. Analysis was conducted using the Chi-square test (CI 95%). The results showed a significant association between mothers' knowledge (p-value = 0.000) and family support (p-value = 0.027) with the completeness of basic immunization in children, and no association between mothers' attitudes (p-value = 0.140) with the completeness of basic immunization. It is recommended that health education and outreach activities be conducted in a systematic, comprehensive, and sustainable manner to improve public knowledge about basic immunization for children. These efforts can be carried out in collaboration with health promotion officers at the Dadok Tunggul Hitam Community Health Center through regular and scheduled health education.

Abstract

Dampak ASI eksklusif cakupannya rendah, beresiko meningkatnya diare, pneumonia, dan mortalitas bayi.Pemberian ASI Eksklusifmerupakan intervensi efektif makanan ideal, bersih, antibodi untuk kekebalantubuh bayi. Pemberian ASI eksklusif belum sesuai dari target Kementrian Kesehatan ASI eksklusif hingga 80%. Cakupan pemberianASI eksklusif nasional tahun 2020 sebesar (66,06%) dan pada Puskesmas Lubuk Begalung Padang sebesar (50,8%).Tujuan penelitian menganalisis masalah pemberian ASI eksklusif di Lubuk Begalung Padang tahun 2022  berhubungan dengan pendidikan, pekerjaan dan dukungan suami.Populasi semua ibu mempunyai bayi umur 6-12 bulan.Sampel semua populasi dijadikan sampel 45 orang. Instrumen digunakan Kuesioner.Metode penelitian survey dan pendekatan cross-sectional. Analisis  identifikasi pemberian ASI eksklusif berhubungan dengan Pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan dukungan suami.Hasil penelitian didapatkan (62.2 %) ibu yang tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif, (60%) ibu Pendidikan rendah,  (71.1%) ibu tidak bekerja, (62.2%) suami mendukung ASIeksklusif. Ada hubungan antara pendidikan ibu dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif, Ada hubungan antara dukungan Suami dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif dan tidak ada hubungan antara pekerjaan dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif.

Abstract

The Ministry of PUPR is committed to building infrastructure in Indonesia by implementing sustainable development by prioritizing the concept of green buildings that are efficient, save energy, water and materials. Therefore, in supporting this, the planning process for the construction of the kajen main market of the Pekalongan Regency Government expects the application of building planning, one of which meets the standards of Green Building (BGH) or commonly known as green building. This BGH Performance Analysis is carried out so that the Development can meet BGH criteria that can reduce environmental impacts. This research discusses how BGH performance at the technical planning stage and the achievement of the green building category based on Permen PUPR No. 21 of 2022. The research was carried out on the planning of the construction of the Kajen main market in Pekalongan Regency. The scope of the achievement level of the green building category is based on the Kajen main market development planning data. And the scope of the discussion is based on the Circular Letter of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Number 01/SE/M/2022 concerning Technical Guidelines for Green Building Performance Assessment. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in analyzing data on Green Building Criteria. In this research explore, search, and find facts in the field then processed or presented in accordance with existing facts. The parameters used in the assessment of green buildings or green buildings are based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Number 21 of 2022. The results of the green building assessment of the Kajen Main Market obtained points of 117 with a percentage of 64.4% and entered the BGH Pratama level.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pada dunia konstruksi memberikan kemudahan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi. Bermacam usaha dilakukan untuk mempercepat dan memudahkan tanpa mengurangi kualitas dari pekerjaan, bahan bangunan, dan konstruksinya. Termasuk dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan pelat lantai dengan menggunakan panel lantai untuk mempercepat dan memudahkan pekerjaan pelat lantai bangunan bertingkat. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan anggaran biaya pekerjaan pelat beton konvensional dengan panel lantai dan mengetahui selisih biaya pekerjaan pelat lantai beton konvensional dan panel lantai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan Puskesmas Petungkriyono Kabupaten Pekalongan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu biaya pelaksanaan panel lantai lebih murah yaitu sebesar Rp 96.814.615,65 dibandingkan dengan pelat konvensional dengan nilai Rp 162.879.434,07 dengan selisih biaya sebesar Rp. 66.064.818,42 atau sekitar 59,44% lebih murah menggunakan panel lantai dibandingkan pelat lantai beton konvensional. Kata Kunci : Pelat lantai beton konvensional, panel lantai, perbandingan anggaran biaya, selisih biaya

Abstract

Abstract Based on the source, aggregates can be divided into two, namely natural and artificial. Along with the increasing development of infrastructure using concrete structures, the demand for fine aggregate in the form of sand has also increased, so innovations have emerged to use artificial fine aggregate in the form of stone ash. Stone ash is a material that comes from the process of breaking down and filtering natural rock produced from crushed stone industry waste with a size of less than 0.5 cm. Stone ash was chosen as a building block for concrete because Pekalongan City frequently experiences tidal floods, resulting in the flooding of old and newly built buildings, such as roads and houses made of concrete. Concrete structures generally harden quickly and dry easily, therefore concrete curing is carried out so that the water content of the concrete does not decrease quickly, thereby producing good quality concrete. The concrete curing process is an important method for maintaining concrete quality because it not only maintains the moisture content on the inside or surface of the concrete, but also ensures that the concrete produced is of the desired quality. This research was carried out using experimental methods and was carried out at the Construction Engineering Laboratory, Pekalongan University. The objects of this research include testing materials with fine aggregate in the form of stone ash and making concrete samples to determine the effect of seawater curing on the compressive strength of concrete. The compressive strength results for well water treatment were 18,064 MPa for 14 day old concrete and 22,867 MPa for 28 day old concrete. Meanwhile, concrete treatment with sea water has a compressive strength of 16,400 MPa for 14 day old concrete and 20,416 MPa for 28 day old concrete. From these results it can be concluded that treating concrete with sea water can affect the compressive strength value of concrete. Keywords: Compressive Strength, Rock Ash, Sea Water
