Abstract

Keterlambatan proyek dalam pembangunan berpengaruh terhadap waktu pelaksanaan. Keterlambatan faktor kritis dalam proyek konstruksi, berdampak kerugian, menimbulkan persoalan sanksi denda dan pemutusan kontrak secara sepihak.Tujuan penelitian adalah mengindentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan dan menganalisis faktor yang paling dominan penyebab keterlambatan pekerjaan pembangunan gedung pada Kabupaten Sijunjung. Metoda yg digunakan metoda kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden berjumlah 70 responden. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian dan analisis faktor terhadap variable yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian terdapat 5 faktor penyebab keterlambatan yang terdiri dari faktor sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan peralatan, faktor bahan (material), faktor keuangan (financial), faktor lingkungan proyek, dan faktor manajerial. Secara keseluruhan kelima faktor mampu menjelaskan 74,672% penyebab keterlambatan pekerjaan pembangunan gedung pada Kabupaten Sijunjung. Faktor dominan penyebab keterlambatan pekerjaan pembangunan gedung pada Kabupaten Sijunjung adalah faktor sumber daya manusia dan peralatan sebesar 42,919%.

Abstract

Proyek konstruksi merupakan proyek yang berisiko dengan kompleksitas tinggi, menimbulkan ketidakpastian, dan pada akhirnya menimbulkan berbagai risiko. Tidak teridentifikasi dan tertanganinya faktor - faktor risiko dalam pelaksanaan proyek tersebut dapat mengakibatkan kendala dalam pencapaian tujuan proyek dibidang waktu (time), biaya (cost) dan kualitas (quality). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko penyebab keterlambatan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku konstruksi gedung di Kabupaten Sijunjung, melakukan penilaian tingkat risiko dan merencanakan respon risiko. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan identifikasi risiko yang dilakukan adalah melakukan studi literatur, penilaian frekuensi/probabilitas risiko dan penilaian dampak risiko menggunakan Severity Index dan Probability Impact Matrix. Sedangkan untuk merencanakan respon risiko dilakukan dengan melakukan studi literatur dan meminta pendapat ahli. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat 3 risiko dengan kategori risiko tinggi yaitu: 1. ketersediaan keuangan selama pelaksanaan/ penyediaan aliran kas yang cukup; 2. Tidak adanya dukungan keuangan dari bank untuk penambahan modal kerja; dan 3. Gangguan keamanan di lokasi proyek. Rencana respon yang didapat adalah dengan strategi mengurangi (mitigate), menghindari (avoid) dan mengalihkan (transfer) dan terdapat 7 rencana tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk menghindari keterlambatan sebagai dampak negatif dari risiko.

Abstract

Irrigation has a huge impact on meeting water needs for rice fields. Good irrigation needs to pay attention to irrigation management so that it can meet the water needs of the population's rice fields. In this research, the assessment of irrigation management performance is based on five variables, namely physical infrastructure, documentation, personnel, water user farmer associations, and planting productivity. Data collection was carried out by giving questionnaires to water managers and users and the results showed that the irrigation management performance of the Batang Timpeh Usau Irrigation Area was in very poor condition. This condition has an impact on the lack of harvest yields, the lack of farming per year, and the quality of the rice produced being less than optimal. Some improvement efforts that can be carried out include rehabilitating weir buildings, cleaning irrigation channels, assigning special personnel to manage irrigation networks, and providing outreach to the community.

Abstract

User satisfaction has an influence on customer retention, purchase intention and willingness to repeat business. Satisfied users tend to be loyal, while dissatisfied users tend to leave the transaction. The aim of the research is to analyze factors and determine the dominant factors in user satisfaction with Pariaman people's market facilities. Then look for solutions to increase user satisfaction at the Pariaman People's Market. The research method used was qualitative by interviewing informants. The results of the research found that the dominant factors in user satisfaction with the Pariaman People's Market facilities were: The condition and atmosphere of the market was not congested, all traders were of the opinion that the condition and atmosphere of the not congested market had not yet reached the level of user satisfaction with the Pariaman People's Market facilities

Abstract

The quality of road work determines the level of safety and comfort of road users. Many road construction works are found to be damaged before their design life, due to the low quality of the road work. Many factors influence the quality of road work. The aim of this research is to identify the factors causing the low quality of road work in Sijunjung Regency, to find the dominant factors, and to find solutions so that the quality of road work meets the established specifications. This research uses a combination approach (mixed methods). A quantitative approach is used to identify the dominant factors causing the low quality of road work in Sijunjung Regency, while a qualitative approach uses research and literature studies such as articles, journals, guidebooks and documents about the quality of road work. From the research results, it was found that the factors that influence the low quality of road work in Sijunjung Regency are Human Resources, Materials, Equipment, Finance, Work Methods and Environment. Meanwhile, the dominant factor that has the most influence is the material factor. Solutions that can be implemented include increasing control and supervision over the management and use of materials, as well as increasing the competence of workers and construction service businesses through outreach, technical guidance, education and training. In addition, it is necessary to provide sanctions or punishment in accordance with applicable regulations to contractors who are negligent in carrying out road work, so that irregularities do not occur again which will cause low quality of road work in the future.

Abstract

Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Padang Pariaman unit kerja yang mengelola sumber daya air adalah Bidang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air (PSDA). Pada PSDA banyak ditemukan proyek irigasi yang terlambat. Adapun penyebab keterlambatan proyek irigasi tersebut rata-rata diakibatkan karena pengaruh cuaca yang buruk pada saat pelaksanaan pekerjaan, sehingga sering tertundanya bahkan terhentinya pekerjaan dilapangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendapatkan faktor apa yang menjadi penyebab keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi bidang PSDA di Dinas PUPR Padang Pariaman, faktor dominan dan solusi penanganan agar terhindar dari keterlambatan proyek pada masa yang akan datang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian secara kuantitatif yaitu dengan menyebar kusioner kepada para responden. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat 6 faktor yang menjadi penyebab keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi bidang PSDA di Dinas PUPR Padang Pariaman yaitu faktor tenaga kerja, faktor karakteristik tempat (site characteristic), faktor manajerial (managerial), Faktor Lingkungan Kerja, faktor bahan (material), dan faktor Keuangan (financial).

Abstract

The success of a project is the primary goal for companies engaged in construction services. The aim of this study is to identify the factors influencing the main success of contractors in road construction projects in West Sumatra Province and to propose solutions for improving contractor performance in future construction projects using the POAC method. This study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires to collect data. The research results reveal six key factors affecting the primary success of contractors in road construction projects in West Sumatra Province: Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Workforce factors.Keywords: Success, Project, Factors, POAC

Abstract

A construction project can be said to be successful if it is completed on time, on budget and meets the specified quality. Many factors influence the success of a project, one of which is resource management. In the road construction project in South Solok Regency, the percentage of delays in completing the road project is relatively high in the medium-scale category. The purpose of the study was to identify human resource factors and dominant factors that cause delays in the implementation of road construction projects in South Solok Regency. This study will be conducted on a medium-scale road project from 2022 - 2023 on contractors who experienced delays in the implementation of road project work in South Solok Regency. In this study, purposive sampling techniques were used and questionnaires were distributed to respondents, then KMO and Bartlett tests, validity tests, reliability tests, MSA tests and rankings were carried out. The results of the analysis showed that the Project Manager, Site Manager, Site Engineer, and Executor factors were identified factors and this was proven by the analysis stages that had been carried out. The dominant factor causing delays in road construction projects in South Solok Regency based on the results of the ranking analysis, namely the Project Manager factor with an average value of 1.38519 with a standard deviation of 0.48093.

Abstract

In an interview with the field supervisor and technical implementing officers of activities involved in the implementation of construction work in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Padang Pariaman Regency, the current condition of small-qualified construction service providers tends to have weaknesses in management, mastery of technology, capital and limited experts and skilled workers so that it affects product quality, punctuality of implementation and efficiency of human resource utilization, and capital. The purpose of the study was to identify factors that influence the performance of small-qualified construction service companies in Padang Pariaman Regency and their dominant factors. The research method used is a qualitative quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to respondents, where the non-probability sampling method (no-random sample) was used in taking respondent samples. The results of the questionnaire were processed using SPSS factor analysis. The results of the study found 5 factors that influenced the performance of small-qualified construction service companies in Padang Pariaman Regency, namely managerial/organizational factors, external factors, equipment factors, economic factors, and human resource factors. The dominant factors that influenced the performance of contractors in Padang Pariaman Regency were managerial and technical factors with a % of variance value of 14.404%.

Abstract

This research has very important relevance because it investigates the impact of Human Resource Competencies, which include Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes, on asset procurement performance in the Kerinci Regency government landscape. Given the important role of resource management in public administration, this research aims to provide valuable insights for optimizing asset procurement strategies. Using a methodical approach, the research began with careful tabulation of data from 50 respondents representing various government departments. Statistical analysis, including KMO and Bartlett's tests, validates the correlation of competency factors, while the classical assumptions of the regression model ensure the robustness of the study. These findings show that there is a significant influence of Human Resource Competency on asset procurement results. Rigorous testing of validity, reliability, and classical assumptions increases the credibility of research results. The coefficient of determination shows a strong relationship between competency factors and procurement efficiency. In conclusion, this research contributes not only to the academic understanding of this subject but also offers practical implications for improving resource management strategies in public administration, thereby providing a foundation for future studies in this important domain.
