Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Dan Fleksibilitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Era New Normal Pada Pt. Torganda Kandir Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Direncanakan, penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan mulai dari November 2022 hingga Januari 2023 di PT. Torganda Kandir Medan, yang berlokasi di JL. Abdullah Lubis No.26, Babura, Kec. Medan Baru, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara 20153. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Torganda Kandir Medan, dengan sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Torganda Kandir Medan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penggunaan kuesioner yang akan didistribusikan kepada karyawan sebagai responden. Selain itu, wawancara juga dilakukan dengan karyawan PT. Torganda Kandir Medan. Metode ini Digunakan peneliti untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang perusahaan berdasarkan laporan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Data primer dalam penelitian ini mencakup hasil wawancara dengan karyawan PT. Torganda Kandir Medan dan pengisian kuesioner yang diberikan kepada perusahaan tersebut. Sementara itu, sumber data sekunder melibatkan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, secara parsial variabel Kompetensi Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Torganda Kandir Medan di era New Normal. Begitu pula, secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Torganda Kandir Medan di era New Normal. Selain itu, secara parsial variabel Fleksibilitas Kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Torganda Kandir Medan di era New Normal.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine whether customer satisfaction has a partial positive and significant effect on increasing sales at PT. Jaya Anugerah Sukses Abadi (Brastagi Supermarket). Does service have a partial positive and significant effect on increasing sales at PT. Jaya Anugerah Sukses Abadi (Brastagi Supermarket). Do customer satisfaction and service simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on increasing sales at PT. Jaya Anugerah Sukses Abadi (Brastagi Supermarket). This study uses multiple linear regression. The sample research was conducted using the "Accedential Sampling" method, which is a sampling method by choosing who happens to be there/met. In sampling, this study uses the Zikmund formula so that the sample is 100 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The results of the study show that customer satisfaction has a partial positive and significant effect on increasing sales at PT. Jaya Anugerah Sukses Abadi (Brastagi Supermarket). Service has a partial positive and significant effect on increasing sales at PT. Jaya Anugerah Sukses Abadi (Brastagi Supermarket). Customer satisfaction and service simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on increasing sales at PT. Jaya Anugerah Eternal Success (Brastagi Supermarket).

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in the study is whether the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, whether the influence of work discipline on employee performance, whether the influence of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office TMP Belawan, this study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance, to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office TMP Belawan. The methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression, and hypothesis test. Data were measured or processed using SPSS, with samples using questionnaires distributed to 72 employees at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office TMP Belawan. The results of this study indicate that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The job satisfaction and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether job training and human resource development (HRD) have an impact on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Labuhan Batu Regency. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to all employees. The sampling technique uses the SPSS program. The population used is 66 respondents where the entire population is sampled. The techniques used in this study use data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis tests and hypothesis tests. The results obtained are job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Labuhan Batu Regency and Human resource development (HRD) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Labuhan Batu Regency, as well as job training and human resource development (HRD) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Labuhan Batu Regency.
