Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang minat belajar siswa dan manajemen pembelajaran matematika di SMAN 1 Kualuh Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Siswa-siswi di SMAN 1 Kuauh Selatan memiliki minat belajar pada mata pelajaran matematika yang beragam, diperlukan peran guru dalam membangkitkan sikap positif dan merancang pembelajaran matematika dibutuhkan agar perlahan-lahan dapat menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa terhadap matematika; 2) Untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa guru lebih mengoptimalkan dalam merencanakan komponen komponen yang ada dalam RPP yaitu tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, sumber belajar, dan penilaian pembelajaran; 3) Pengorganisasian yang dilakukan dalam menunjang kegiatan belajar matematika diantaranya yaitu pengorganisasian kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana, guru, serta pengorganisasian siswa; 4) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika dilakukan dalam tiga kegiatan yaitu kegiatan pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup dengan tetap menjaga perhatian siswa agar fokus dalam pembelajaran; 5) Evaluasi pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan jenis evaluasi formatif dan sumatif.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the leadership strategy of the Tahfidz Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Insan Madani in improving the quality of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership's efforts in improving the quality of the students of the Tahfidz Qur'an Insan Madani Islamic Boarding School. This type of research uses qualitative methods in descriptive form. The source of this research data was obtained in two ways, namely the first primary data source, namely the main data that the researcher obtained directly in the form of direct information from the leadership of the cottage and the second secondary data source, namely the data obtained indirectly through literature studies such as books, thesis journals and websites. internet related to the title of the researcher. The results showed that the leadership strategy of the Tahfidz Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Insan Madani in improving the quality of students. This can be seen from the efforts of the leaders of the Insan Madani Islamic Boarding School by improving the quality of students in the process of implementing the daily program of santriawan and female students. The efforts to improve the quality of students carried out by the leadership of the Insan Madani Islamic Boarding School in improving the quality of students are: (1) Programs for deepening reading of the Qur'an, (2) strengthening educational programs to strengthen the character of students, (3) implementing daily activity programs namely as a supporter of the formation of the quality of students.

Abstract

A system is a set of components or elements that interact with each other to achieve a goal. The learning principle is a guide for teachers in implementing effective learning conditions. There are two characteristics of the teaching systems approach, namely the systems approach and the teaching and learning process to make it easier for students to learn. The method that can be used to determine the quality of the educational process is a systems approach. Through a systems approach, you can see all aspects of the impact of a successful process. Learning is called having a system because it contains components that are interrelated and influence one another. Teachers, students, learning materials, methods, media, facilities and infrastructure are the components included in the study. The availability and effectiveness of each of these components will determine the success or failure of a lesson.

Literacy is the ability to read and write. Even so, the notion of literacy can still be developed further, because literacy which only consists of reading, writing and arithmetic is now not enough, but must also include reading and writing as previously mentioned, numeracy literacy, scientific literacy, financial literacy, information and communication as well as cultural literacy and citizenship. This article aims to evaluate the implementation of the School Literacy Movement program at SMAN 1 Kualuh Selatan Labuhan Batu Utara. This type of research is descriptive evaluation research where data is collected mainly through surveys, namely interviews, observation and distribution of questionnaires to research subjects.
