Abstract

Kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) merupakan salah satu tanaman penghasil minyak nabati yang penting. Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh petani kelapa sawit mandiri adalah ketersediaan benih berkualitas rendah yang terbukti memiliki daya tumbuh yang rendah. Hal ini disebabkan salah satunya, terutama dalam hal ketersediaan nutrisi. Pupuk organik merupakan alternatif penggunaan mikroorganisme tertentu dalam jumlah banyak untuk menyediakan unsur hara dan membantu pertumbuhan tanaman, salah satunya adalah pupuk kandang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan perlakuan dosis kotoran sapi untuk pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit. Pupuk organik merupakan alternatif penggunaan mikroorganisme tertentu dalam jumlah banyak untuk menyediakan unsur hara dan membantu pertumbuhan tanaman, salah satunya adalah pupuk kandang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan perlakuan dosis kotoran sapi untuk pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah penelitian universitas STIPAP Sumatera Utara Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah penelitian kampus STIPAP Medan Medan Sumatera Utara. Waktu penelitian dimulai dari bulan April sampai Juli 2018. Penelitian menggunakan RAK Non Faktorial (Desain Leluhur Kelompok), dengan 4 perlakuan, dan 6 ulangan sehingga jumlah bibit sebanyak 24 bibit. Dengan susunan taraf perlakuan yaitu : S0 : Kontrol (Pupuk NPK 16:16:16), S1 : Pupuk Kandang Sapi (Dosis 600gr/polybag), S2 : Pupuk Kandang Sapi (Dosis 1,5kg/polybag), S3 : Sapi Pupuk Kandang (Dosis 2,4kg/polybag). Hasil perlakuan dosis kotoran sapi dengan kontrol pupuk NPK tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter yang diamati. Pada perlakuan S2 (1,5 kg/polybag) dosis terbaik kotoran sapi ditunjukkan dengan pengaruh tertinggi terhadap tinggi benih yaitu 52,38 cm, dan pengaruh tertinggi pada jumlah daun 12,17 helai, dan batang 11,85 cm. berat basah 111,48 gram dan berat kering 30,05 gram

Abstract

Herbisida Gus-Bensol merupakan pemberian nama dari suatu pencampuran lima bahan kimia yaitu garam, urea, sabun colek, bensin dan solar. Berdasarkan hasil uji awal yang dilakukan, herbisida Gus-Bensol memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan sebagai herbisida alternatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh herbisida Gus-Bensol terhadap pengendalian gulma berdaun sempit dan tingkat kematian gulma di perkebunan kelapa sawit.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada areal praktek perkebunan kelapa sawit Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan (LPP) kampus Medan. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni sampai dengan Agustus 2018. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) 2 faktorial, yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan ulangan sebanyak 3 kali. Pengujian parameter disusun pada daftar sidik ragam dan dilakukan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) dengan taraf 5% . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kandungan dalam herbisida Gus-Bensol dapat membunuh gulma berdaun sempit. tingkat keracunan gulma paling tinggi terdapat pada 7 Hari Setelah Aplikasi (HSA) pada perlakuan G1P3 : Imperata cylindrica + 75 ml / liter Gus-Bensol yaitu 70,88 % pada hari ke 7, G2P3 Setaria palmifolia + 75 ml / liter Gus-Bensol yaitu 70,65 % pada hari ke 7dan yang terkecil pada G1P0 Imperata cylindrica dan G2P0 Setariolia palmfolia yaitu 0,71 % (kontrol). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat konsentrasi herbisida Gus-Bensol mempengaruhi besarnya tingkat kematian gulma berdaun sempit di perkebunan kelapa sawit. Daya racun yang ditimbulkan oleh herbisida Gus-Bensol bersifat kontak karena terlihat dari bercak-bercak dan terbakarnya bagian gulma yang terkena herbisida Gus-Bensol.

Abstract

Proses pengangkutan hasil produksi sangat diperlukan sarana jalan yang baik untuk mengejar waktu target produksi. Kondisi jalan yang buruk dapat mempersulit dan memperlama proses pemanenan buah dari areal panen ke tempat pengumpulan atau TPH dan saat menuju pabrik atau PKS. Pengamatan dilakukan di Afdeling II PT. Fajar Agung terletak di kecamatan Pegajahan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Luas areal perkebunan di perkebunan Afdeling II Bengabing memiliki luas 763,95 ha. Pada tahun 2016 biaya pemeliharaan jalan di kebun Afdeling II Bengabing sebesar Rp. 40.761.251 dengan biaya rata-rata/ha tahun 2017 sebesar Rp. 17.565 pada tahun 2018 sebesar Rp. 22.912 dan tahun 2019 sebesar Rp. 12.887. Rata-rata per meter tahun 2016 sebesar Rp514 tahun 2017 sebesar Rp671 dan tahun 2018 sebesar Rp377

Abstract

The productivity of oil palm plants is influenced by genetic factor planting materials, soil, climate, cultivation and plant maintenance. Nursery is the first step to prepare the prime plant material. In the implementation of the nursery, fertilization is one important maintenance factor and should be done with reference to 4T (Exactly Types, Dosage, Time and Method). Loss of fertilizer is an important thing to be controlled. This research is a conservation action by packing fertilizer in sachet bag and conservation treatment. The research was conducted in January 2019 – July 2019 at STIPAP. The study used a non factorial randomized block design with S one sowing system, S two, S three, and S four sachet systems of different sizes using conservation. The best treatment is the application of gauze sachet system (S four = 638 mesh) with conservation increasing the growth of seedling height (91,36 cm), stem diameter (50,80 mm), increasing chlorophyll (55,62 cci), increasing root wet weight 99,73 (44%) and canopy dry weight 55,10 (44%).

Abstract

Oil palm is a plantation crop that has an important role in Indonesia today. This plant is a plant that produces vegetable oil and its derivative products. This study aims to determine the effect of solid decanter waste application on the vegetative growth of oil palm seedlings (Elaeis guineensis Jacq). This research was conducted in the research area of the Medan College of Agricultural Agribusiness (STIPAP) from January - July 2020. This study used a non factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of S0: Without decanter solid treatment, S1: 0,5 kg decanter solid, S2: 1,0 kg decanter solid, and S3: 1,5 kg decanter solid. Parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, stem girth, leaf chlorophyll content, shoot wet and dry weight, root wet and dry weight. The data obtained were analyzed statistically with analysis of variance (ANOVA) with further test of LSD 5%. The treatment of decanter solid application has a significant effect based on statistical tests on the vegetative growth of oil palm seedlings, namely on the height of the seeds and stem circumference with the value of F-count seed height > F-Table 0,5% at 8 MSA and F-Count on stem circumference > F- Table 0,1% at 16 MSA and 20 MSA, while the number of leaves, shoot wet and dry weight, root wet and dry weight and leaf chlorophyll content showed no significant effect

MONANG ANTONIUS PURBA. 2020. THE EFFECT OF GOAT DIRTY ON THE VEGETATIVE GROWTH OF OIL PALM BIBT (Elaeis guineensis jacq) IN PRE NURSERY USING HYDROPONIC METHOD. Final Project of STIPAP Student of Plantation Cultivation Program. This research was supervised by Mr. Aulia Juannda Djs, S.Si., M.Si and Mrs. Ingrid Ovie. Y. Sitompul. This research was conducted in the STIPAP MEDAN greenhouse. When this research was conducted in April - July 2020. This study used the Hydroponic Method and used a completely randomized design as data processing. This research was conducted to determine the development of oil palm seedlings every 2 weeks. The vegetative growth of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) in the pre-nursery using the hydroponic method using goat manure has no significant effect on most of the parameters observed except for plant height which has a significant effect. From the average observation of the effect of goat manure on the vegetative growth of oil palm seedlings (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) in the pre-nursery using the hydroponic method, it can be seen that the highest effect obtained is on the 2500ppm treatment, namely on plant height (19.85 cm), stem girth. (2.63 cm), and the number of leaves (3.31 cm). Meanwhile, the average yield of leaf chlorophyll and leaf width obtained the best results from the 1500ppm treatment, namely 24.99 cm stem girth and 3.39 cm leaf width. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of this study is that the dose at the 2500ppm treatment is right for use in the hydroponic method and it is hoped that this research can be developed by looking for other organic fertilizers to be combined with goat manure with the best dose, so that the nutrient content that has been added is more complete. there is. And continued research was carried out at the Main Nursery (MN).

Abstract

Mung bean plants include legume plants whose roots have root nodules which are a symbiosis between the roots and Rhizobium japonicum bacteria. Root nodules function to fix free nitrogen elements, besides that they can also fertilize the soil because they can save the use of NH3 available in the soil and provide nitrogen elements to the soil.Rhizobium is a genus of soil bacteria that are able to symbiotize with plants. There are many types of Rhizobium bacteria, especially in soils with high organic matter content. This study was conducted to determine the compatibility of Rhizobium japonic in mung bean plants (Vigna radiata L) with Rhizobium sp grown on Mucuna bracteata land. To determine the effect of some phosphate fertilizers on the modulation of mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) The results showed that the application of Rhizobium japonicum on mung bean (Vigna radiata L) with Mucuna bracteata land did not show a significantly different adjustment (compatibility) to the height and number of plant leaves. The P0 treatment showed significant differences in the root nodule parameters of the P1, P2 and P3 treatments. Phosphate fertilizer with 50% RP TSP content is the best composition.

Abstract

Fruit Set merupakan istilah yang sering sekali digunakan dalam dunia perkebunan kelapa sawit dimana arti dari fruit set itu sendiri adalah rasio/perbandingan buah yang jadi akibat dari penyerbukan serangga penyerbuk E. kamerunicus Faust terhadap buah keseluruhan dalam satu tandan termasuk buah yang partenokarpi/mantel. Fruit set yang baik pada tanaman kelapa sawit adalah diatas 75%, semakin tinggi nilai Fruit Set maka berat serta ukuran tandan akan semakin meningkat. Tugas Akhir Ini Membahas Tentang Evaluasi Fruit Set Tandan Buah Segar Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) Pada Tanaman Perlakuan Infus Akar Berbahan Aktif Asefat. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Melakukan Evaluasi dan mengetahui Dampak Yang Ditimbulkan Dari Penggunaan Insektisida Asefat Secara Infus Akar Terhadap Pembentukan Fruit Set Tandan Buah Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2023 sampai dengan Februari 2024 yang berlokasikan di kebun praktek institut teknologi sawit indonesia (ITSI).

Abstract

Physical damage to the fruit affects the quality of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) of palm oil. Gibberellin (GA3) is known as a growth hormone that is able to extend cells and is widely usedin maintaining the shelf life of several types of fruits. This study aims to study the effect of gibberellin dosage, the effect of gibberellin application on the physical quality of oil palm freshfruit bunches. The research was carried out at the North Julok Rayeuk Garden, PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I. The research period was 10 days, in March 2021. This study used a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) method and 6 replications with a total of 2 samples and a total sample of 48 samples. Parameter testing is compiled on a list of variances and statistical analysis is carried out which tests the average difference with Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) then further tests are carried out using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5% level. The results showed that the treatment dose of Gibberellin G1 (15 ml/L water) had a significant effect on reducing fruit loss and had no significant effecton the value of freefatty acids. Keywords: Elaeis guineensis Jacq,Gibberellins(GA3),physical quality

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the application of liquid organic fertilizer in cow urine on the vegetative growth of oil palm seedlings in early nurseries. This research was conducted in the experimental garden of ITSI Medan. This research was conducted for 3 months. Starting from August 2021–October 2021. This study used a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) method consisting of 5treatments with 5 replications, so the number of samples was 25 seeds. Parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, shoot wet weight and root wet weight. The data obtained were statistically analyzed by DMRT and ANOVA tests. The results of this study indicate that the application of liquid organic fertilizer cow urine has an effect on the vegetative growth of oil palm seedlings in early nurseries with the best dose of 20 ml cow urine. The standard gave some significant and very significant effects on stem height, stem diameter, number of leaves, but had no effect on wet weight and dry weight. Keywords:urine, pre nursery, poc
