Abstract

Permasalahan klasik seorang guru antara lain adalah terbatasnya dana yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat/merancang media pembelajaran. Umumnya, guru menggunakan dana pribadi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan media pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan. Hal inilah yang menjadi salah satu penghambat terciptanya media-media pembejaran yang kreatif dari para guru. Meskipun demikian, ketidakadaan dana bukan merupakan penghalang apabila guru dapat memanfaatkan bahan-bahan sekitar yang murah, seperti bahan dari barang bekas. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini akan dilakukan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran dari bahan bekas, sesi pertama adalah presentasi teoritik, dan sesi kedua adalah pendampingan pengambangan media secara mandiri bersama tim fasilitator (tim pengabdian). Sasaran pengabdian ini adalah guru sekolah dasar pada anggota gugus 2, Kecamatan Ringinrejo, Kabupaten Kediri dan dilakukan pada tanggal 13, 14, dan 15 Oktober 2017 di SDN Batuaji 2, Kecamatan Ringinrejo, Kabupaten Kediri. Materi dan pendampingan tentang pengembangan media pembelajaran dari bahan bekas ini dapat mengahasilkan output berupa produk media pembelajaran dari bahan bekas oleh guru. Guru memiliki wawasan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran dari bahan bekas, disamping itu guru memiliki pengalaman dalam melakukan kegiatan pengembangan media pembelajaran dari bahan bekas.Hasil angket kegiatan yang diberikan oleh guru menunjukkan bahwa materi yang disajikan masih kurang terutama tentang alternatif contoh media dari barang bekas yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan beragam permasalahan di kealas guru, sehingga diharapkan ada pengabdian masyarakat lanjutan untuk menindaklanjuti kekurangan dalam pengabdian masyarakat selanjutnya.

Abstract

Abstract: Development of Pop-Up Media Using Barcode Material on Ecosystems and Food Webs for Grade V Elementary School Students. The purpose of this study was to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of pop-up media in science learning material on the relationship between ecosystems and nets of class V SDN Sukorame 2 Kediri City. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) research method with the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study were teachers and fifth grade students at SDN Sukorame 2 Kediri City. There are two instruments used in this study, namely using a questionnaire and a test. The questionnaire is used to determine the validity of pop-up media using barcodes, material on pop-up media using barcodes, teacher and student responses. While the test is used to find out the effectiveness of pop-up media using barcodes. The results of research on the development of pop-up media using barcodes are as follows: (1) The results of the validity of pop-up media using barcodes get a percentage of 88.1%. very valid or can be used without revision. (2) The results of the post-test in a limited trial for pop-up media using barcodes obtained a classical completeness percentage of 80% and an extensive trial of 76.9% included in the very effective criteria. (3) The results of the teacher's response to pop-up media using a limited trial barcode obtained a percentage of 90.9% and a wide test of 92.7%. Student responses in the limited trial obtained a percentage of 96.8% and 95.6% in the wide trial. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian Research and Developmen (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas V SDN Sukorame 2 Kota Kediri. Instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ada dua yaitu menggunakan angket dan tes. Angket digunakan untuk mengetahui kevalidan Media pop-up menggunakan barcode, materi pada media popup menggunakan barcode, respon guru dan siswa. Sedangkan tes digunakan untuk mengetahaui efektifitas media pop-up menggunakan barcode. Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan media pop-up menggunakan barcode adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Hasil validitas media pop-up menggunakan barcode di dapatkan presentase 88,1%. sangat valid atau dapat digunakan tanpa revisi. (2) Hasil post-test pada uji coba terbatas untuki media pop-up menggunakan barcode di dapatkan presentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 80% dan uji coba luas sebesar 76,9% masuk dalam kriteria sangat efektif. (3) Hasil respon guru pada media pop-up menggunakan barcode diuji coba terbatas didapatkan persentase sebesar 90,9% dan uji luas sebesar 92,7%. Respon siswa pada uji coba terbatas didapatkan persentase sebesar 96,8% dan uji coba luas sebesar 95,6%. Abstract

The research article aims to explore the instances of code switching and code mixing found in the novel "Bercinta Dalam Tahajjudku" by Anshela. This novel exhibits the use of multiple languages, influenced by factors involving both speakers and their interlocutors. In this storyline, Jade and Rintis, being of the same age, frequently use informal language. Therefore, the occurrences of code switching and code mixing in "Bercinta Dalam Tahajudku" by Anshela can serve as viable educational resources for high school settings due to their alignment with linguistic, psychological, and socio- cultural aspects. This novel is suitable as supplementary material because the author's language is accessible for readers, especially students. Through instances switching between different languages and blending them, this novel aids in broadening students' perspectives and knowledge, providing insights into linguistic structures and elements. Abstract

This research examines the form of code switching and code mixing in the novel "Dear Allah" by Diana Feby. The aim is to describe the form of code switching in the novel. The results showed that there was code switching in the form of: a) Indonesian to Arabic switching and b) Indonesian to English switching c) Indonesian to Javanese switching. There are factors that cause code-switching in the novel "Dear Allah" by Diana Febi which is due to the presence of speakers or speakers, interlocutors or listeners, changes in the topic of conversation and the subject matter.

Abstract

Language is a means of communication that is used by each individual. Language is something that is needed and has a very important role as an expression of the existing soul. This study aims to analyze code-switching and code-mixing in the Glen Anggara story novel by Luluk HF. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative which is carried out using document studies. The type of this research is in the form of fragments or quotations in the novel. The technique used in this research is the reading then note technique which is related to code switching and code mixing in the novel Glen Anggara Story by Luluk HF. The results of this study indicate that the Glen Anggara story has 54 quotes about code-switching and 16 quotes about code-mixing. But what is most dominant is the code switching in Glen Anggara's novel by Luluk HF which mixes Indonesian with English, Javanese, Korean and Arabic. However, the most dominant among the languages used for code switching in the novel is a mixture of Indonesian and English.

Abstract

This study analyzes code switching and code mixing in the novel "Senja&Pagi" by Alffy Rev. The aim of research on code-switching in languages is to understand and analyze the phenomenon of using more than one language or variations of languages in certain conversations or communication contexts. There is an external form of code switching in the form of language switching which includes: a) Indonesian to Arabic switching and b) Indonesian to English switching, and there is also internal code switching, namely c) Indonesian to Javanese switching. In the novel "Senja & Pagi" by Alffy Rev there are factors that cause code switching due to the presence of a speaker or speakers, interlocutors or listeners, changes in subject matter and topics of conversation.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the forms of code-switching and code-mixing in Anif Khasanah's novel Selamat Tinggal Pagi Selamat Datang Senja. The purpose of this research is to explain the use of code switching and code mixing in the novel Selamat Tinggal Pagi Selamat Datang Senja. This research succeeded in explaining that there was code switching in the form of Indonesian into Javanese, translating Indonesian into English, Indonesian into Arabic. The background of this code switching is the speaker and listener. Not only code switching, there is also code mixing in the form of words, code mixing in the form of clauses and code mixing in the form of phrases. Factors that cause code-mixing in the novel Selamat Tinggal Pagi Selamat Datang Senja are the desire to explain the identity of the variety, and change the topic of conversation. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the forms of code switching and code mixing in the novel "Don't Go Lara" by Mira W. This research uses qualitative research methods. The qualitative type chosen is descriptive. This type was chosen because research data is described descriptively which requires solving based on existing data, analyzing and interpreting. It is impossible for language variations to occur in a society because there are no differences between people. Sociolinguistics is concerned with the use of a particular language, while sociology focuses on the social factors that influence a language or dialect. The focus of analysis in the field of sociolinguistics is who speaks, what language is used, to whom it is spoken, when and for what purpose it is spoken, and what the topic of conversation is. Dedi was standing on the other side of the road. Lara waved at him. "yesss...!" Dedi exclaimed while jumping high with joy. Based on the dialogue, it shows that the word yes comes from English which means yes. So it can be concluded that the word yess is a form of code switching from Indonesian to English. “Heru is not a profiteer! He's a salesman!” Based on the dialogue excerpt, it shows that there is a mixing of two languages ​​in one sentence, namely Indonesian and English. So it can be concluded that someone can use two languages ​​in one dialogue or can be called code mixing.

Abstract

This study analyzes code-mixing phenomena in the novel Berandal Bandung by I.A.A-Djiiwaraga using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research aims to identify forms and functions of code-mixing involving Sundanese and English languages within the Indonesian narrative context. Data collection was conducted through documentation study by reading, noting, and classifying code-mixing instances throughout the 330-page novel. The analysis reveals that Sundanese code-mixing dominates with high frequency, particularly in pronouns (urang, maneh) and adjectives (kasep, geulis), while English code-mixing appears in specific contexts related to technology, business, and emotional expression. Code-mixing functions as: (1) ethnic and cultural identity markers, (2) group solidarity builders, (3) prestige and modernity symbols, (4) emotional expression tools, and (5) referential needs fulfillment. The findings demonstrate that code-mixing in modern literary works serves multidimensional functions reflecting linguistic dynamics, cultural identity, and contemporary social reality in multilingual Indonesian society.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini diadakan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada walimurid SDN Kerep terkait pembuatan, pembuatan label, penentuaan harga pokok penjualan, laba/rugi, dan strategi pemasaran permen jelly. Pihak yang terlibat dalam kegiatan meliputi: 1) Dosen sebagai pemateri 2) Mahasiswa sebagai tim pendukung pelaksanaan acara. 3) walimurid SDN Kerep sebagai peserta pelatihan. Hasil dari pelatihan pembuatan permen jelly berbahan dasar toga yaitu 70% peserta mampu membuat jelly berbahan dasar toga. Sedangkan 30% peserta belum menguasainya. Pada pelatihan pembuatan label produk, sebanyak 55% peserta mampu membuat, mendesain label serta dapat mengimplementasikan dalam pemasaran produk usahanya. Begitupun pada pelatihan HPP dan laba/rugi diketahui 21 peserta sudah mampu menyusun laporan, sedangkan 19 peserta masih merasa kebingungan dalam menyusun laporan. Seluruh peserta juga antusias dalam mengikuti sesi strategi pemasaran. Walimurid SDN Kerep sangat merasa senang dan puas dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini. Mereka meminta agar pelatihan serupa dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan karena sangat membantu walimurid SDN Kerep dalam menjalankan usahanya.
