Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to develop a math learning tool to train grade fourth students to creative thinking. This development research uses 4-D model that is definition, design, and development, while stage of distribution is not executed. Data collection technique uses observation, test, and questionnaire. Subject in this research is grade fourth students of SDI Raden Patah Surabaya school year 2015/2016. Result of validation indicates that the learning tool overall obtains minimum score of 3 with valid category and can be used with a few revision. Teachers ability in conducting learning fulfills minimum score of 3 with good performed category. Activity of students overall is in accordance with a determined ideal time and behavior of doing/finishing problem solving is the most dominant behavior. N-Gain Score: 72% of the students is in high category, 28% of the students is in medium category, and none of the students who obtains N-Gain Score in low category. Data of students respond indicates that the majority of the students (79.52%) enjoy learning of problem solving based fraction. Based on the result of the research, as a main base, it can be concluded that the developed learning tool can be stated as a valid, practice, and effective learning tool. Implication of the research that can be drawn is that learning of problem solving based fraction can train the students to creative thinking. The learning tool of problem solving based fraction can be alternative to train the grade fourth students of SDI Raden Patah Surabaya to creative thinking on the topic of fraction. Keywords: Problem Solving, Creative Thinking. ABSTRAK                                                                                          Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran Matematika untuk melatih berpikir kreatif siswa kelas IV SD. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model 4-D yaitu pendefinisian, perancangan, dan pengembangan, sedangkan pada tahap penyebaran tidak dilakukan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dan angket. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDI Raden Patah Surabaya Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Hasil dari validasi menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran secara keseluruhan memperoleh skor minimal 3 dengan kategori valid dan dapat digunakan dengan sedikit revisi. Kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran memenuhi skor minimal 3 dengan kategori terlaksana dengan baik. Aktivitas siswa secara keseluruhan sesuai dengan kriteria waktu ideal yang ditentukan dan perilaku mengerjakan/menyelesaikan pemecahan masalah adalah perilaku yang paling dominan. N-Gain Score 72% siswa pada kategori tinggi, 28% siswa pada kategori sedang, dan tidak ada siswa yang mendapat N-Gain Score pada kategori rendah. Data respon siswa menunjukkan mayoritas siswa (79,52%) senang terhadap pembelajaran pecahan berbasis pemecahan masalah.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebagai dasar utama dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dapat dinyatakan sebagai perangkat pemebalajaran yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Implikasi penelitian yang dapat ditarik adalah pembelajaran pecahan berbasis pemecahan masalah dapat melatih keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa. Perangkat pembelajaran pecahan berbasis pemecahan masalah dapat menjadi alternatif untuk melatih berpikir kreatif siswa kelas IV SD pada topik pecahan. Kata Kunci: Pemecahan Masalah, Berpikir Kreatif.

Abstract

Artikel ini berisi tentang analisis implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) ditinjau dari keuangan pesantren (pesantren). Pendidik dan tenaga pendidik di pondok pesantren, khususnya yang berpenghasilan rendah dengan keikutsertaan sumbangan tamatan pesantren. Fokus utama dalam analisis ini dilihat dari segi pengelolaan keuangan dalam konteks MBS di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Rahman Jakarta. Artikel ini mengungkapkan bagaimana alumni diberdayakan untuk mencapai tujuan pondok pesantren melalui metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh wisudawan. Pengelolaan keuangan di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Rahman ditinjau dari sumber penerimaan keuangan dan pelaporan keuangan berdasarkan persetujuan Bapak Kyai Ponpes Daarul Rahman yang memenuhi kaidah baku penggunaan keuangan pondok pesantren.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi sebagai sumber belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Ihyaul Ulum Dukun Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif pada siswa kelas XI MA Ihyaul Ulum Dukun Gresik. Berdasarkan hasil data yang didapatkan, terdapat pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi sebagai sumber belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI. Penggunaan teknologi informasi disini yakni penggunaan smartphone ataupun komputer sebagai sumber belajar. Hal ini disimpulkan dari hasil analisis data menggunakan independent samples t-test bahwa p-value=0,000<0,05=?. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap prestasi belajar nilainya sebesar 91%, persentase tersebut termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the limited research on the transformational leadership style of school principals. Transformational leadership is mostly researched on company leaders. This research aims to describe previously published research on transformational leadership of school principals. This research uses a literature review method, with the main source being articles that have been published in the journals Sinta 1 and Sinta 2. Search for articles using the keywords transformational leadership and “kepemimpinan transformasional”. Data analysis was carried out deductively, inductively, interpretatively, comparatively and historically. The research results show that thirteen variables are influenced by the principal's transformational leadership. Three variables moderate the influence of transformational leadership on other variables. A transformational school principal can be a source of inspiration for teachers and education staff.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the differences in academic stress levels among students based on their learning styles at SMPN 1 Candi. The subjects of this research are 8th-grade students from the advanced class. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through a questionnaire that had undergone validity and normality testing. Before to the F-test, the data was analysed using the homogeneity test to ensure similarity of variance between groups. The F-test was then used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the analysis showed a significant difference in academic stress levels between students with different learning styles. The findings provide important insights for educators in adapting learning methods to reduce students' academic stress, especially in advanced classes.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter adalah elemen penting dalam membentuk peserta didik agar memiliki nilai moral, sikap positif, dan kebiasaan baik sebagai landasan hidup. Era digital menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter, yang membutuhkan pendekatan inovatif agar pengelolaan pendidikan karakter di sekolah dapat berjalan efektif. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana sekolah dapat mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pendidikan karakter untuk mendorong penggunaan media digital secara bijaksana oleh siswa sambil menanamkan nilai-nilai inti seperti integritas, tanggung jawab, dan empati. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menganalisis penelitian dan kerangka kerja yang ada dalam manajemen pendidikan karakter di era digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital, perilaku etis dalam berinternet, dan pemikiran kritis adalah komponen penting dalam mempersiapkan siswa untuk berinteraksi di lingkungan digital dengan bijaksana. Selain itu, kerja sama antara pendidik, orang tua, dan komunitas diperlukan untuk mendukung lingkungan yang kondusif bagi pengembangan karakter. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai praktik dan strategi untuk meningkatkan pendidikan karakter yang selaras dengan tuntutan era digital, guna membentuk generasi yang bertanggung jawab dan etis di dunia digital.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the school principal's strategy in improving student achievement through an achievement development program. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Gresik, which is the favorite school in Gresik district. Hundreds of SMAN 1 Gresik students have won various competitions at district, provincial and national levels. Various kinds of achievements, both academic and non-academic, have been achieved every year. This research aims to explore more deeply the principal's strategy for improving student achievement through achievement development. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology with a case research type. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. After verification, restatement, or reduction of the data obtained, conclusions are presented. Conclusion,that the achievement development program implemented at SMAN 1 Gresik to improve student achievement through the principal's strategy in planning, organizing, implementing and supervising is very effective in preparing students to take part in various achievement events, both academic and non-academic, both at district, provincial and national levels. Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of principals' instructional leadership and work culture on teacher performance through a literature study approach. This research method uses a literature study method with a narrative review model. The research results show that effective instructional leadership from the principal has a positive impact on teacher performance and effective instructional leadership from the principal creates a better work culture. With good instructional leadership, school principals can encourage improvements in teacher performance through appropriate supervision, direction, and support. In conclusion, showing that the influence of instructional leadership is significant in building a positive work culture and supporting increased quality of performance in the school environment. Abstract

This study examines the application of the situational leadership style by principals to enhance teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Gresik. The research utilized a literature review approach, involving data collection, identifying data sources, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that the principal's situational leadership style, encompassing dictating, selling, participation, and delegation, tends to be participative. This participatory approach enables teachers and staff to be more involved in school activities. Moreover, the principal's situational leadership style has a substantial impact on teacher performance. As a result, an improved situational leadership style from the principal can enhance teachers' effectiveness in carrying out their responsibilities. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) can foster entrepreneurial spirit among students. The Pancasila Student Profile is a character education concept aimed at developing Indonesian students who practice the noble values of Pancasila. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Gresik. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In this study, data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instruments used in this study include interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documentation guidelines. Data analysis technique uses Huberman's model with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) can build students' entrepreneurial spirit through creativity and innovation, collaboration and leadership, as well as social responsibility and ethics. The values of Pancasila instilled through the project provide a strong foundation for students to develop ethical and responsible entrepreneurship. The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project has proven to provide meaningful learning experiences, thus preparing students to face the challenges of the real world.
