Abstract

This study discusses teachers' perceptions of the implementation of the national assessment as an evaluation tool for the education system at MIN 1 Batanghari. This study aims to: analyze teacher perceptions of the implementation of the National Assessment at MIN 1 Batanghari, identify the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the minimum competency assessment, character survey, and survey of the learning environment, identify the efforts made by teachers in the context of implementing the minimum competency assessment, character survey, and surveys of the learning environment. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained through interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data, namely explaining all the results of interviews, presenting data in narrative form, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's perception of the national assessment is positive (good) this is indicated by the opinions of the teachers. Constraints in the implementation of AKM and character surveys include student factors, there are still a small number of students who are slow to operate IT and do not understand the meaning of the questions. Infrastructure factor. The obstacle in implementing the learning environment survey is that some teachers find it difficult to understand the form of questions contained in the instrument. Efforts made by teachers in implementing AKM and character surveys are with schools seeking to complete facilities and infrastructure, training students to operate computers and equipping students with discussion of questions, familiarizing daily reading literacy activities through reading activities in the library, making reading gardens and maximize the function of the reading corner. Efforts made by the teacher in the survey of the learning environment are doing exercises on how to fill out the survey.

Abstract

This research reveals Malay cultural kinship in the ASEAN region, especially in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam which can be seen in the exchange of students or santri from several allied countries who study or study in neighboring countries, such as Malaysian and Bruneian students. Darusalam who studied and memorized the Koran at Ma'had Al-Mubarak Al-Islami Litahfizhil Quran Al-Karim Tahtul Yaman Jambi. The large number of students from the neighboring country in Jambi is not only an element of kinship and cultural closeness among allied nations but also have their own motivation because of the kinship. This research will look at how the condition of Ma'had Al-Mubarak Al-Islami Litahfizhil Quran Al-Karim Tahtul Yaman Jambi and the motivation of these students so they choose and feel at home studying in Jambi. This motivation consists of a number of affinities such as language, religious schools or sects as well as customs and culture, so that they feel comfortable and feel at home studying in Jambi. Ma'had Al-Mubarak Al-Islami is interesting because it is the destination for students from Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam to study in Jambi. Keywords: Kinship, Culture, Motivation, Students, Santri

Quality in the context of education is a process to do it right the first time andmake continuous improvements from setting the vision, mission, purpose, operation, monitoring, and evaluation of substances intended for meaningful education, that begins from input-process and out-put, up to the level of outcome. In the world of education, including the madrasa, community satisfaction will be realized when the madrasa’s’ quality has a continuous benefits for society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berpusat pada latar belakang yang diberikan dan bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi efektif dalam mengelola OSIS di sekolah guna membina hubungan yang kuat antara lembaga pendidikan dan masyarakat. Secara khusus fokus penelitiannya adalah pada manajemen siswa yang mencakup berbagai aspek seperti bimbingan dan pengembangan, keterlibatan OSIS, partisipasi dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan inisiatif yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan Implementasi manajemen OSIS di SMA Negeri 2 Muaro Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif sedangkan pendekatan penelitiannya adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian berupa studi deskripsi, data, dokumentasi yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan bagian kesiswaan serta OSIS, dan hasil wawancara yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan beberapa informan yang berdasarkan dengan fokus penelitian. Sumber data penelitian dari informan yang ada di SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi meliputi Pembina OSIS, Wakil Pembina OSIS, Perangkat Kepengurusan Osis dan Anggota OSIS. Teknik pengumpulan data dapat dilakukan dengan interview (wawancara), dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dalam Implementasi Manajemen OSIS di SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi, dapat dikatakan proses Implementasinya sudah terlaksana tetapi masih belum maksimal. Hal tersebut dikarenakan masih banyaknya kelemahan pada Implementasi Manajemen OSIS di SMAN 2 Muaro Jambi dan belum termanfaatkan secara optimal kekuatan dan peluang yang dimiliki oleh sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding of Green Spirituality based on Eco-Spiritual focused on conscious mental revolution environment on education. This research was conducted using the systematic literature review (SLR) method through a qualitative approach, with collecting data from Scopus, Science Direct and Springer. Techniques data analysis used in study was descriptive. The results showed that Eco-spiritual based Green Spirituality that combined spiritual understanding with respect and attention to nature had a connection. It can be seen that Green Spirituality is actually more moderate in its teachings. While the environmental revolution is conscious of education by building spiritual character. Efforts to love the environment must be built and harmonized through real actions starting from society and formal education such as schools and higher education. Implications on study for this guard conscious mental revolution environment that gives vision, inspiration, motivation for environmentalists to construct ethics in the environment education.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to increase the assertive behavior of students at SMP Negeri 22 Jambi City through the application of Assertive Training techniques. The method used is a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design, one group pretest posttest design. The research sample consisted of 16 class VII students with low levels of assertive behavior, who were selected using the Purposive Sampling method. Data was collected through an assertive behavior scale consisting of 17 statement items. Hypothesis analysis was carried out using the non-parametric statistical Wilcoxon test to compare the pretest and posttest results. The results of the Wilcoxon test with the help of the SPSS ver 23 application, showed that there was a difference between the pretest and posttest, where at the pretest the students' assertive behavior was in the low category, then after being given treatment (posttest) it increased to the high category.

Abstract

The role of parents in regulating and supporting adolescents’ emotions is very important because adolescence is a period of emotional vulnerability and significant personal development. Secure attachment is a warm, stable, and trusting emotional bond between parents and children, formed through consistent and responsive interactions from infancy through adolescence. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of secure attachment to parents on the emotional regulation of eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 11 Jambi City. The sample in this study consisted of 203 students from a popilation of 411, selected using simple random sampling. Analysis techniques were carried out with the help of SPSS V.27, including normality tests, linearity tests, simple regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the secure attachment received by eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 11 Jambi City is in the high category, with a percentage of 68,78%, while the emotional regulation of these students is also in the high category, with a percentage of 66,49%. The relationship between parental secure attachment and student emotional regulation is positive and significant, with a determination analysis result of  0,1225 or 12,25% which is categorizes as low but certain.
