Abstract

The rapid growth of boarding house businesses requires effective and accurate information management to support daily administrative and financial activities. Manual data processing in boarding house management often leads to inefficiencies, data redundancy, and errors in financial reporting. This study aims to design a Boarding House Management Information System with administration and financial report features to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and financial transparency. The system is designed using a web-based approach that supports the management of tenant data, room data, rental contracts, payment records, and automated financial reporting. The system development process follows the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams are used to model system processes and database structures. The results of this study produce a management information system that facilitates administrative tasks such as tenant registration, room management, and payment monitoring, as well as financial report generation including income and expense reports. The implementation of the system is expected to reduce administrative errors, enhance data accessibility, and support decision-making for boarding house owners and administrators.

Abstract

Price competition on increasingly competitive e-commerce platforms requires businesses to implement pricing strategies that are adaptive and responsive to market dynamics. Static pricing strategies have proven to be unable to accommodate changes in demand, competitor prices, and consumer perceptions in real-time. This study aims to develop a Dynamic Pricing model based on Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) using the Deep Q-Network (DQN) algorithm that integrates the sentiment analysis of consumer reviews with the IndoBERT model and competitor prices obtained through web scraping. The research data was collected from the Tokopedia marketplace in the electronic product category for six months (January-June 2024), including 12,450 product reviews and 3,200 snapshots of competitors' prices from 45 sellers. The fine-tuned IndoBERT model achieved an accuracy of 91.2% and an F1-score of 0.89 in the three-class sentiment classification. The results of the experiment showed that the proposed DQN model increased total revenue by 18.7%, profit margin by 14.3%, and conversion rate by 11.2% compared to the static pricing strategy. This model also outperformed rule-based pricing by 8.1% and Q-Learning tabular by 3.3% in revenue metrics. The Ablation study confirmed that the sentiment feature contributed 6.3 percentage points to the increase in revenue. This study proves that the integration of consumer sentiment signals and competitors' prices within the framework of DRL provides a more optimal and adaptive pricing strategy in the e-commerce environment.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di tingkat pemerintahan desa merupakan kebutuhan fundamental guna merespons tuntutan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik dan transparansi data. Desa Sampe Cita, Kecamatan Kutalimbaru, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, telah memiliki infrastruktur Sistem Informasi Profil Desa (SID) berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel. Namun, observasi menunjukkan pemanfaatannya belum optimal akibat keterbatasan literasi digital aparatur desa. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dirancang untuk memberikan pelatihan intensif dan pendampingan berkelanjutan guna memberdayakan perangkat desa. Pendekatan metodologis menggunakan Riset Aksi Kolaboratif melalui siklus analisis kebutuhan, sosialisasi, simulasi (hands-on), dan evaluasi (pre-test dan post-test). Hasil program menunjukkan lonjakan pemahaman peserta yang signifikan, di mana aparatur desa berhasil bertransformasi dari tingkat kebingungan awal menjadi level kompetensi operasional yang solid. Pelatihan ini berdampak langsung pada peningkatan efisiensi layanan kependudukan dan pembaruan data desa, memperkokoh fondasi tata kelola pemerintahan yang berlandaskan data (data-driven governance).

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini mendorong berbagai lembaga, termasuk gereja, untuk memanfaatkan sistem berbasis digital dalam mendukung kegiatan administrasi dan pelayanan. GPdI Ekklesia masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan data jemaat, data pelayan, janji iman, dan baptisan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual, sehingga rawan kesalahan dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Jemaat GPdI Ekklesia berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data gerejawi. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP Native dengan basis data MySQL. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil menyediakan lima modul utama, yaitu Data Admin, Data Pelayan, Data Jemaat, Data Janji Iman, dan Data Baptis, yang saling terintegrasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Black Box, seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini mampu membantu pihak gereja dalam mengelola data jemaat secara cepat, akurat, dan terpusat, serta mendukung transparansi dan efektivitas pelayanan di GPdI Ekklesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyzze theeffect of User Interface (UI) and design on the level of user satisfaction in the virtual service system (Portal) UNPAB. The method used is a quantitative approach, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to portal users. The data were analyzed using SPSS software through several testing stages, namely validity testing, reliability testing, simple linear regression testing, t-test, and coefficient determination. The validity test results shows that all statement items in the UI/UX and user satisfaction variables are valid, as the calculated r-values are greater than the r table values. The reliability test results indicate that the Cronbach’s Alpha values are 0,716 for the UI/UX variable and 0,813 for satisfaction stated variables. That simple linear regression analysis resulted in the equation Y= 6,300 + 1,196X, which shows a significance value of 0,000 <0,05 and calculated t value of 16,165, thus it can be concluded that UI/UX design has a significant impact on user satisfaction, while the remaining 22,7% in influenced by other factors outside the study. Thus, it can be concluded that UI/UX design has a significant and strong effect in increasing user satisfaction on the UNPAB Portal.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong digitalisasi pada berbagai sektor usaha, termasuk bidang kuliner. Warung Bakso Mas Sugeng merupakan salah satu usaha yang masih menggunakan sistem pemesanan manual, yaitu pelayan mencatat pesanan pelanggan secara langsung. Kondisi ini sering menimbulkan permasalahan seperti keterlambatan pelayanan, kesalahan pencatatan pesanan, serta kurang efektifnya komunikasi antara pelayan dan bagian dapur, terutama saat warung dalam keadaan ramai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem order makanan berbasis web dengan fitur scan barcode yang dapat memudahkan pelanggan dalam mengakses menu dan melakukan pemesanan secara mandiri. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, hingga pemeliharaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mempercepat proses pelayanan, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, serta membantu pemilik usaha dalam pengelolaan pesanan dan laporan transaksi secara lebih terstruktur.
