Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of the effectiveness of accounting application implementation on the accuracy of financial reporting for SMEs in Bojonegoro. The research background is based on the lack of trust among SME owners in using digital accounting due to concerns about the accuracy of financial reporting. On the other hand, SMEs need innovation to support their business development. Moreover, SMEs are one of the largest contributors to GDP in Indonesia in general and in Bojonegoro in particular. The method used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. Data was obtained from 100 respondents who use the BukuWarung, Kledo, or LAMIKRO accounting applications. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression through SPSS 25. The results show that the effectiveness of accounting application implementation has a significant positive effect on the accuracy of financial statements, with a regression coefficient of 0.352 and an R² of 0.206. This means that this research confirms that the use of accounting applications in SMEs can improve the accuracy of SME financial reporting.

Abstract

Stunting dapat menyebabkan gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada anak. Angka stunting di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi. Salah satu solusi untuk permasalahan stunting di Indonesia adalah pemberian ASI eksklusif. Kandungan dalam ASI dapat berperan sebagai zat pembangun, zat pengatur, dan zat tenaga. Pentingnya edukasi mengenai ASI eksklusif menjadi salah satu cara pencegahan stunting pada anak. Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu provinsi yang paling besar prevalensi pendek (stunting) diatas angka nasional dengan prevalensi stunting pada tahun 2020 sebesar 13,8%. Pelaksanaan edukasi ASI eksklusif pada ibu hamil di Desa Bondowoso Kab. Magelang, Jawa Tengah menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan demonstrasi kepada 10 orang ibu hamil dan menyusui. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bahaya stunting dan manfaat ASI Eksklusif yang kaya gizi dan murah dalam pencegahan stunting. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa edukasi manfaat pemberian ASI Eksklusif dan zat gizi yang terkandung dalam ASI dilanjutkan demonstrasi masak PMT untuk Ibu-Ibu di Desa Bondowoso Kab. Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Hasil dari pengabdian ini Ibu-ibu dapat mengetahui pentingnya pemberian ASI Eksklusif untuk mengurangi angka kejadian stunting. Diharapkan setelah dilakukan edukasi masyarakat khususnya ibu yang memiliki bayi dan wanita usia subur, pasangan suami istri dapat menerapkan pemberian ASI Eksklusif guna menekan angka kejadian stunting.Kata Kunci : Edukasi, Stunting, Asi Ekslusif, Ibu Hamil Dan Menyusui

Abstract

Efforts to develop teacher professionalism, one of which is through learning innovation, need to be carried out continuously so that teachers' knowledge, understanding and skills related to their duties are always up to date with world progress. However, there are not many learning innovations to help students master 21st century skills because teachers do not know how to plan and implement them and not all teachers attend training to find out the development of learning innovations. Therefore, this service aims to develop the understanding and readiness of elementary school (SD/ MI) teachers in designing STEM learning. The method in this service goes through stages of activities, namely literature study, preparation of training materials, strengthening of training concepts, implementation of training, evaluation of activities, and preparation of outputs. The results obtained are that teachers have gained an understanding of one of the learning innovations, namely STEM activities and teachers have designed STEM activities in groups resulting in eight STEM activity designs.

Abstract

This community service program ( Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat / PKM) was designed to improve students' self-confidence and communication skills through English public speaking training at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Darunnajah Trenggalek. This research employed a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, classroom observations, and semi-structured interviews. Quantitative data revealed that the training had a favorable impact on students' self-confidence (77.5%) and communication skills (72.9%), both of which were classified as high to moderately high. The program's impact and sustainability acknowledged the highest score (85.4%), demonstrating robust acceptance and perceived significance among students. Qualitative findings from observations and interviews strengthened these results, representing improved student involvement, lessened speaking anxiety, and a heightened willingness to engage in English public speaking training. Nevertheless, certain technical language aspects, particularly pronunciation, continued to pose challenges, emphasizing the need for constant, systematic training. In summary, the findings demonstrate that English public speaking training is an effective community service intervention for enhancing students' affective and communicative skills, with significant potential for continued implementation in madrasah contexts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana manajemen pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui perspektif hierarki kebutuhan yang dikemukakan oleh Abraham Maslow dalam konteks pendidikan madrasah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi partisipatif, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan satu guru, delapan siswa, serta tiga perwakilan madrasah di MTs Jauharatul Islamiyah, Muara Sabak Ulu. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui tahap reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta diperkuat dengan triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran yang efektif mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan fisiologis dan rasa aman, penguatan interaksi sosial, pemberian penghargaan yang bermakna, serta fasilitasi aktualisasi diri melalui kegiatan pembelajaran partisipatif. Integrasi keempat aspek tersebut mendorong keterlibatan, kepercayaan diri, dan motivasi intrinsik siswa secara berkelanjutan. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan manajemen pembelajaran yang holistik, humanistik, dan berpusat pada kebutuhan siswa dalam konteks pendidikan Islam.
