Abstract

Strategi pemasaran terdiri dari pengambilan keputusan tentang biaya pemasaran dari perusahaan, bauran pemasaran dan alokasi pemasaran. Strategi pemasaran dapat dinyatakan sebagai dasar tindakan yang mengarah pada kegiatan atau usaha pemasaran.Pembelajaran melalui teaching factory bertujuan untuk menumbuh kembangkan karakter dan etos kerja yang dibutuhkan industri, dunia usaha dan dunia kerja serta meningkatkan kualitas hasil pembelajaran dari sekedar membekali kompetensi (competencybased training) menuju ke pembelajaran yang membekali kemampuan memproduksi barang/jasa (productionbased training).Berdasarkan hasil analisis matrik IFAS merupakan prioritas yang paling dominan dalam peningkatan daya beli dan analisa pemasaran pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil IFAS= 2.080 dan EFAS= 2.125. Hasil matrik Internal Eksternal (IE) strategi pengembangan pemasaran produk TeFa SMK di Kabupaten Jember berada pada sel V. Strategi pertumbuhan konsentrasi melalui integrasi horizontal. Strategi yang digunakan adalah konsolidasi untuk menghindari kehilangan penjualan maupun profit perusahaan dengan pertahanan dan pemeliharaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas produk.

Abstract

An expert system is a computer program designed to imitate the decision-making ability of an expert in a particular field, especially in printer damage, so this requires an expert system application to diagnose printer damage to users who support it by obtaining diagnostic results using the certainty factor method, in terms of the explanation of the certainty factor which has a concept based on symptoms and diagnoses from the weight of an expert's value and the user's value, then calculated using the formula on the certainty factor, the final result is the creation of an expert system for diagnosing printer damage using the website-based certainty factor method.

Abstract

An expert system is a computer program designed to imitate the decision-making ability of an expert in a particular field, combining knowledge and rules obtained from experts to diagnose problems, provide advice, or make complex decisions, especially in dental diseases, so this requires the design of an expert system application for website-based dental disease diagnosis with a UML model for users who support the diagnostic process using the certainty factor method, in terms of the explanation of the certainty factor which has a concept based on symptoms and diagnoses from the weight of an expert's value and the user's value, then calculated with the formula in CF, the final result is the creation of a website-based dental disease diagnosis expert system.

Abstract

Performance management is an important strategy in improving the productivity of individual and team performance in an organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze effective performance management and the factors that influence it, including the role of leadership, technology, communication, and job satisfaction. The research method used is the literature method or library research. The results of this study are that effective performance management not only increases employee work productivity, but also creates a work culture that supports innovation and collaboration. Technology plays an important role in monitoring employee performance in a timely manner, providing fast feedback, and increasing evaluation efficiency. In addition, strong leadership and effective communication are important factors in building high-performance team members. This study confirms that the implementation of the right performance management strategy can increase organizational competitiveness and ensure optimal achievement of long-term goals

Abstract

Digital transformation has led companies to adopt digital attendance systems to improve administrative efficiency. PT. Abdai Indonesia has implemented a web-based attendance system, but several issues have emerged, including a non-intuitive interface, confusing navigation, and features that do not meet user needs. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the system’s usability using the Web Usability testing method. A descriptive quantitative approach was used, with data collected through the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire, direct observation, and structured interviews. The sample consisted of 21 active users from various divisions. The findings show an average usability score of 2.23 out of 5, indicating a low level of system usability. Most respondents expressed dissatisfaction and difficulty using the system, particularly in terms of interface design, navigation, and operational efficiency. Evaluation based on Jakob Nielsen’s five usability components—Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error Handling, and Satisfaction—revealed that none achieved a satisfactory score. These results suggest that the system requires significant improvements, especially in user interface design and overall user experience. This research is expected to serve as a reference for enhancing the digital attendance system in the future, making it easier to use and better aligned with user expectations.
