Abstract

To meet market demand, a company must be able to plan and determine the amount of appropriate and timely production to compete with other companies. To support this, we need a system that can determine the product's production amount so that the product can be sold according to expectations and the desired target. This study aims to determine the amount of production through a decision support system using the Fuzzy Sugeno algorithm in the form of logic used to produce a single decision or crisp. This research was conducted on batik production in a company. The problem in the batik production process is the amount of production that differs from the market demand. The factors that influence the process of determining the amount of production are the number of inventories and the number of requests used as variables in this study. The results of this study are in the form of a decision support system that can determine the amount of batik production based on the analysis of the number of requests and the amount of supply used to assist companies in making decisions with a truth value of 80%. Thus, the company can be assisted in determining the amount of production to meet market demand and increase profits and achievement targets by minimizing stockpiling.

Abstract

This research aim to Analysis of Buled Bread Production Using Holt's Exponential Smoothing. The number of loaves produced by Buled bread still uses estimates, causing the number of loaves produced to be excessive. The excess number of loaves produced increases production costs, which can cause losses. The method broadcast in forecasting is Holt's exponential smoothing because the data displayed shows an increasing trend that is not affected by the season. The calculation process uses Microsoft Excel and add-ins. The results of the calculation produce a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 3.58% so that it can be used to forecast production data in the following month. The value of α = 0.8808 and the value of β = 0.042 are the best values ​​based on calculations using the Solver Add-in. Based on these parameter values, predictive data is produced for each week in the following month.

Abstract

Tanaman bawang merah merupakan komoditas agribisnis dan jenis tanaman hortikultura yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi. Kabupaten Brebes merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil bawang merah yang cukup signifikan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan petani pada saat sensus pertanian 2023 ditemukan permasalahan, yaitu petani cenderung lebih suka melakukan eksperimen saat pemilihan pupuk, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan pengeluaran menjadi lebih banyak. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Aditive Ratio Assesment (ARAS) dan perankingan alternatif pupuk berdasarkan kriteria harga, dosis, umur dan kandungan pupuk. Tahapan memulai sistem perhitungan metode ARAS dengan memasukkan kriteria, alternatif, atribut dan bobot pada menu kriteria. Selanjutnya input sub nilai kriteria dan input data awal perhitungan pada menu alternatif. Sehingga menu perhitungan tampil. Hasil dari sistem perhitungan metode ARAS yaitu perankingan dari 8 alternatif: NPK Mutiara, KCI, SP-36, ZA, DAP (Phospat), Urea, Kamas, NPK Ponska. Berdasarkan kriteria pemilihan pupuk, dari 8 alternatif itu NPK mutiara berada di urutan pertama dengan nilai ki 0,6059, urutan kedua KCI dengan nilai ki 0.5312 dan urutan ketiga DAP(Phospat) dengan nilai 0,5014.

Abstract

The development of science, the opening of unlimited access to information, the enactment of the free market have an impact on the need to prepare the young generation of this nation to be ready to face its era. So equipping the younger generation, especially for educators who will provide knowledge to their students with English language skills using Digital Vocabularies is something that must be done in the current era of the covid-19 pandemic. This service activity is carried out with the aim of fostering interest in learning English and improving the quality of English for young people in Ancaran Village, Kuningan Regency, besides helping lower economic communities gain access to learning English, especially young people so that it can be implemented in the learning process. they are at school. Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a computer system that mimics the human brain's ability to process information and make decisions. AI technology is used to learn patterns in data and make predictions or decisions based on that learning. Despite the potential benefits of AI in education, elementary school teachers face significant challenges in adopting AI technology due to limited training, lack of resources, and resistance to change. This research aims to identify the factors influencing the adoption of AI technology among primary school teachers in West Java, Indonesia. The study involved 384 participants and employed a quantitative approach. Specific factors influencing AI adoption were identified by developing a model for AI-based teaching and learning and assessing readiness factors. The results identified optimism, innovativeness, insecurity, discomfort, perceived validity, trust, usefulness, and ease of use as critical factors for successful AI adoption among primary school teachers in West Java. The customized adoption model provides a practical roadmap for integrating AI into teaching and learning processes, addressing regional specificities while remaining relevant to similar educational challenges worldwide. The assessment of readiness factors offers actionable insights for fostering a supportive environment for technology integration. The study concludes with recommendations for future research and implications for educators, administrators, and policymakers.

Abstract

The study aims to test the determinant MSME players in the adoption of an accounting application in MSMEs. The low intention of MSME players in using the Business Financial Record Application is not in line with the increase in the number of MSMEs every year. This study using Unified Theory of Acceptence and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model Venkatesh, Morris, Davis, and Davis (2003) with the CIA Security Information Concept (Qadir & Quadri, 2016) to test the intention and use of accounting applications by MSME players. This study uses a combination of the two constructs as previously used in the study Salam and Ali (2020). The sample is 100 respondents, data processing was carried out by testing the validity and reliability and followed by model tests using PLS analysis from the SEM model. The results of the study showed that Performance Expectancy, Perceived Availability, Perceived Confidentialy have an effect on Intention to Use. Meanwhile, the facilitating condition does not affect actual use and Perceived Availability and Perceived Confidentiality also do not affect the intention to use. This study proves that the intention in using accounting recording applications in MSMEs is highly dependent on the environment, both from the community, relatives and even the government. When they start using and get convenience according to their expectations, they tend to continue using the application. The implication of this study is that the phenomenon of low use and adoption of business digital financial applications is one of the tasks for the government, especially in improving the regional economy. By using a digital financial recording application, MSMEs will get a lot of convenience, especially in terms of capital. MSMEs that have strong capital will be able to increase the income of a region.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya berpikir kemampuan mahasiswa di pendidikan tinggi. menggabungkan dua pendekatan antara Discovery Learning dan Lesson study untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mempromosikan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Melalui serangkaian tahapan Lesson Study terdiri dari: (1) tahapan perencanaan (plan), (2) tahapan pelaksanaan (do), dan (3) tahapan refleksi (see). Dosen merancang dan melaksanakan pelajaran Discovery Learning yang melibatkan mahasiswa dalam eksplorasi matakuliah membaca. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi mahasiswa, seperti analisis kritis, sintesis, dan pemecahan masalah. Dengan adanya Eksplorasi Discovery Learning berbasis Lesson study dalam matakuliah membaca menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi pada keterampilan membaca Mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan pada proses perkuliahan keterampilan membaca dikelas. EXPLORING DISCOVERY LEARNING BASED ON LESSON STUDY TO ENHANCE HIGHER-ORDER THINKING SKILLS IN HIGHER EDUCATION ABSTRACT: The aims of this research by the lower order thinking skills of students in higher education. Combining two approaches, namely Discovery Learning and Lesson Study, to create a learning environment that promotes higher order thinking skills. Through a series of Lesson Study stages, which consist of (1) Plan (2) Do, and (3) See, Lecturer designed and conducted Discovery Learning lessons that involved students in exploring the course material. The result indicates the Discovery Learning based Lesson study is effective in enhancing students' higher order thinking skills, such as critical analysis, synthesis, and problem-solving. The incorporation of Discovery Learning-based on Lesson Study in a reading course demonstrates that students' higher order thinking skills in reading course has improved during teaching learning process with the lecturer.

Abstract

The rapid development of current information and technology influences many aspects of people activities. Public Service Department of a resident is directly affected by the rapid development of IT. However, not all departments on the resident are affected by this rapid development or in the other words, the department is still not utilizing optimally the benefit of IT development. One of the departments is KP-SPAMS (Kelompok Pengelola Sarana Penyedia Air Minum dan Sanitasi) which is society based. Recently, the management of administration KP-SPAMS is still in conventional mode likes the entry of income and outcome, this process is still written in a book. The bad possibility from this conventional method is the data will be easier to get lost, data manipulation and data redundant is easily to happen also.  Those negative possibilities are existed since the people have less understanding on the implementation of Information and Technology such as Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and other Microsoft office applications. Therefore, this program of dedication to society is going to give training to the officer of KP-SPAMS at Sukaraja Village by using Information Technology tools to improve the service of raw water starting from the administration, distribution report, technology introduction, the implementation of technology for administration, distribution report, and customers’ bill. In addition, this training also aims at improving society’s awareness and knowledge toward the importance of technology implementation. AbstrakPerkembangan Teknologi informasi yang terjadi saat ini juga sudah berkembang pesat dan mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan salah satunya yaitu berpengaruh terhadap lembaga pelayanan masyarakat ditingkat desa. Tetapi tidak semua lembaga pelayanan yang ada di desa sudah menerapkan teknologi informasi pada tata kelola administrasi. Salah satunya pada lembaga pelayanan air baku di desa sukaraja yang bernama KP-SPAMS (Kelompok Pengelola Sarana Penyedia Air Minum dan Sanitasi) berbasis masyarakat Saat ini tata kelola administrasi pada pengelola KP-SPAMS masih bersifat konvensional yaitu pencatatan antara pemasukan dan pengeluaran masih ditulis dalam buku, Pengelolaan data pelanggan serta penyusunan pelaporan juga masih manual sehingga data yang ada kemungkinan bisa hilang, rusak, terjadinya  redudansi data,manipulasi data  dan sejenisnya sehingga dapat berpengaruh pada peningkatan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Hal tersebut terjadi karena masyarakat belum memahami bagaimana mengelola administrasi yang baik dengan menerapkan teknologi informasi seperti menggunakan microsoft word, microsoft excel dan microsoft office. Oleh karena itu kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pelatihan kepada Pengelola KP-SPAMS Desa Sukaraja  menggunakan perangkat Teknologi informasi untuk pelayanan air baku mulai dari tertib administrasi, pengenalan teknologi, penerapan administrasi dengan teknologi sampai ke laporan distribusi dan tagihan juga untuk menambah wawasan dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya penggunaan teknologi.

Abstract

 This community service program aims to empower adolescents  in Kedungarum Village by implementing brainstorming techniques to enhance their English reading skills. The training is designed to improve reading and comprehension of English texts through interactive and collaborative approaches. The methods used include material presentations, group discussions, and practical reading exercises utilizing brainstorming techniques. In this program, participants are actively engaged in identifying main ideas and supporting details in texts and developing critical understanding through group discussions. The results of this activity show a significant increase in active participation and understanding of the content, as well as in the participant's ability to generate creative ideas. Post-training evaluations indicate that the youths who participated in this program experienced significant improvements in reading skills and interest in the English language. These findings suggest that brainstorming techniques can be an effective method for enhancing English literacy among young people.  AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan remaja di Desa Kedungarum melalui penerapan teknik brainstorming guna meningkatkan kemampuan membaca teks bahasa Inggris. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan pemahaman teks bahasa Inggris secara interaktif dan kolaboratif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi kelompok, dan latihan praktik membaca menggunakan teknik brainstorming. Dalam kegiatan ini, peserta diajak untuk secara aktif mengidentifikasi ide-ide utama dan detail pendukung dalam teks, serta mengembangkan pemahaman kritis melalui diskusi kelompok. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam partisipasi aktif dan pemahaman peserta terhadap isi teks, serta kemampuan mereka dalam mengembangkan ide-ide kreatif. Evaluasi pasca-pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa para remaja yang mengikuti kegiatan ini mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan membaca dan ketertarikan terhadap bahasa Inggris. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik brainstorming dapat menjadi metode yang efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi bahasa Inggris di kalangan remaja.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang pesat di era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk pendidikan. Penelitian ini membahas integrasi Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dalam media pembelajaran berbasis Scratch untuk memberdayakan remaja di Desa Kedungarum. Scratch, sebagai alat pemrograman visual yang intuitif, memungkinkan pengguna memahami konsep dasar pemrograman secara menarik dan mudah diakses. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital, pemahaman teknologi, dan pengembangan materi ajar kreatif bagi siswa SD. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan teknologi, kreativitas, dan penerapan konsep AI pada pengalaman pembelajaran interaktif peserta. Inisiatif ini mendukung prinsip "Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka" yang menekankan pembelajaran mandiri dan inovasi.
