Abstract

Mi glosor merupakan mi basah yang banyak diminati dan dikenal sebagai mi khas Bogor. Mi glosor diproduksi oleh industri kecil rumah tangga, mi glosor banyak dijual di pasar tradisional dalam bentuk basah, dikemas sederhana, dan dijual secara terbuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi adanya formalin, methanyl yellow, dan cemaran mikroba pada mi glosor di pasar tradisional Kota Bogor. Pengujian formalin dan methanyl yellow menggunakan Rapid Test Kit, dan uji cemaran mikroba dengan metode Total Plate Count (TPC). Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan metode total sampling yang berjumlah 21 sampel mi glosor dari 7 pasar tradisional di Kota Bogor. Data formalin dan methanyl yellow yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif serta data cemaran mikroba dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan dibandingkan dengan SNI. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh sampel mi glosor tidak mengandung formalin dan menthanyl yellow. Pada cemaran mikroba (TPC) menunjukkan mi glosor mengandung mikroba dibawah batas maksimal 1x106 koloni/g dan memenuhi syarat mutu mi basah SNI 2987:2015.Kata kunci: mi glosor, Pasar Tradisional Kota Bogor, formalin, methanyl yellow, TPC

Abstract

Masalah kurang gizi dan stunting merupakan dua masalah yang saling berhubungan. Pencegahan  stunting menjadi  tanggung  jawab   bersama.   Kader  posyandu sebagai perwakilan  masyarakat  memiliki  peran  yang  besar   demi   terlaksananya   intervensi   yang  efektif untuk menurunkan angka  stunting balita. Peningkatan kapasitas kader posyandu sangatlah penting untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang tugas dan peran kader posyandu, sehingga diharapkan kedepan pelayanan posyandu akan lebih baik. Kader posyandu sebagai perpanjangan tangan Puskesmas dalam memantau tumbuh kembang anak harus berperan lebih aktif untuk menciptakan generasi muda yang lebih produktif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini  dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada kader Posyandu. Tujuan dari kegiatan adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader Posyandu sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting pada balita.

Abstract

The high growth of the cosmetics industry also creates problems in the form of business competition between companies and marketers operating in the cosmetics industry. This creates opportunities for the Indonesian cosmetics industry, with many new products entering the market, resulting in very tight competition. This provides opportunities for the cosmetics industry in Indonesia, so that many new products appear on the market which creates quite tight competition. This research aims to determine the influence of consumer experience and company reputation on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. The research method uses descriptive causality in this study the population studied is those who have used Maybelline at least 2 times in the Kebon jeruk area. The sample in this study amounted to 180 respondents using the structural equation model (SEM) method. Based on the test results, it is known that consumer experience has a positive effect on consumer loyalty and consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer experience and company reputation have no effect on consumer satisfaction. Company reputation has no influence on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

In a knowledge-based economy, employees' perceptions of psychological safety in their work units are critical to group conflict This study aims to test and analyze how the influence of organization trust, epowering leadership, psychological safety and group conflict as mediating variables in retail companies in Jakarta The population in this study is employees or employees in retail companies consisting of staff consignment levels, as many as 150 respondents who come from employees or employees of permanent worker status and employees or employees of contract status with a service period of more than one year. Measurement techniques that use data collection tools in the form of questionnaires with online dissemination methods. Data analysis method using SEM (Structural Equitation Model). which is operated through the Smarts (Partial Least Square) program. The results showed that the variable of organization trust in psychological safety through group conflict showed that the value wssas positive. situations where psychological safety is well created in the workplace. Team members feel comfortable talking openly about the issues they're facing and asking questions when they need help. Leaders tend to create strong relationships with their team members, getting to know them as individuals, especially their work style, preferred working hours, strengths, areas of development and important commitments outside of work.

Abstract

Porang plant tubers have the potential to have high economic value, because they contain glucomannan which is good for health and can be processed into a food source to replace carbohydrates. The aim of the study was to identify Karawang Local Porang strains using molecular markers and morphological characters as an effort to conserve and utilize Karawang's local biological resources. Exploration of Local Porang Karawang was carried out at the foot of Mount Sanggabuana which is the habitat of Porang in Karawang district. Molecular identification was carried out at BBPP Biotechnology and Agricultural Genetic Resources with comparisons of Porang Sidrat., Madiun 1 and SS1 Bulukumba varieties. Morphological identification was carried out at the Basic Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Winaya Mukti University. Based on the results of the DNA amplification of the Porang samples using four RAPD primers, it was found that the three primers showed differences in banding patterns between the Porang Karawang sample and the three Porang varieties for comparison (Porang Madiun 1 Sidrap and SS1 Bulukumba). This shows that there is genetic variation between Porang from Karawang and three other Porang. The results of genetic relationship analysis using four RAPD primers showed that the Porang Karawang sample was different from the Porang samples from the other two areas. The morphological identification results showed differences in characteristics with the comparison. The Karawang Local Porang variety has high quality as indicated by high glucomannan levels of 79.80%.

Abstract

Food insecurity is a condition in an area, community or household where the level of security and availability does not meet the standards needed for the growth and health of the majority of the population. Kangkung is a heavy metal-absorbing weed plant that many people like as a vegetable. Food security in urban communities is limited by existing land and growing media, so using media from sewer sediment is an alternative. The experiment used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK), consisting of two factors, namely the dose of chicken manure (A) with 4 levels as follows: a0 : 0 t ha-1 (control), a1 : 10 t ha-1, a2 : 20 t ha-1 and a3 : 30 t ha-1 and Kangkung Variety (K) with 4 levels as follows: k0 : Serimpi Variety, k1 : Amanda Variety, k2 : Bangkok LP-1 Variety and k3 : Bika Variety, so there are 16 treatment combinations repeated 2 times. The research findings indicated that there was no significant correlation between the dosage of chicken manure and the plant type in terms of plant growth, yield, and absorption of PB heavy metals, with the exception of leaf count. The optimum dose of chicken manure is 5.05 t ha-1 in the Serimpi variety with a maximum number of leaves of 11.30 plants-1, 5.27 t ha-1 in the Amanda variety produces a maximum number of leaves of 16.68 plants-1 , 9.20 t ha-1 in the Bangkok LP-1 variety produces a maximum number of leaves of 16.77 plants-1 and 3.83 t ha-1 in the Bika variety produces a maximum number of leaves of 18.66 plants-1.

Abstract

Biofertilizer is a product that contains living substances consisting of microorganisms that are useful for plants. The role of microorganisms contained in biofertilizers is to function as a fixer and nutrient provider for plants. Local rice varieties varieties have been adapted and have location-specific characteristics. Drylands have the potential to increase agricultural production. This research aims to study the interaction between the concentration of biofertilizer and varieties on the growth and yield of local Sumedang varieties of rice planted in dry land. The experimental method used a Factorial Randomized Group Design. The first factor is the concentration of biological fertilizer consisting of three levels, namely p1 = 0 ml L-1 of water p2 = 3 ml L-1 of water, p3 = 6 ml L-1 of water while the second factor is the local Sumedang varieties of rice consisting of three types of varieties, such as v1 = Gemah, v2 = Gede Wangi, V3 = Trisakti. The results showed that the concentration of biofertilizer 6 ml L-1showed the highest production of varietas Trisakti with 573 gram per square.

Abstract

Buang Air Besar Sembarangan (BABS) adalah suatu tindakan membuang kotoran atau tinja di ladang, hutan, semak-semak, sungai, pantai atau area terbuka lainnya dan dibiarkan menyebar mengontaminasi lingkungan, tanah, udara dan air. Perilaku BABS masih menjadi salah satu sumber pencemaran lingkungan. Ia merupakan salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi besar terhadap kejadian kematian anak di Indonesia. Catatan UNICEF pada tahun 2015 sebanyak 1,7 miliar anak berusia balita di dunia menderita kasus diare. Sekitar 300.000 meninggal setiap tahun atau lebih dari 800 per hari menderita penyakit diare yang diakibatkan air, sanitasi, dan kebersihan yang buruk. Laporan Join Monitoring Program (JMP) WHO tahun 2015 menyebutkan jumlah penduduk BABS di Indonesia sebanyak 51 juta, tahun 2017 sebanyak 31 juta jiwa, dan tahun 2018 masih ada sebanyak 24,8 juta jiwa. BABS disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku BABS. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian sekunder berupa studi kepustakaan (literature review). Berdasarkan seleksi kriteria kelayakan dan penelusuran kata kunci, diperoleh 6 jurnal yang direview. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor predposing merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perubahan perilaku BABS, yaitu pengetahuan, sikap, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan. Variabel yang berhubungan dari faktor enabling adalah ketersediaan sarana sanitasi. Sementara dari faktor reinforcing adalah peran petugas kesehatan dan dukungan sosial. Diharapkan masyarakat agar menjaga perilaku hidup sehat dengan tidak melakukan BABS karena berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan dan lingkungan. Bagi petugas kesehatan hendaknya meningkatkan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya jamban sebagai sanitasi yang layak. Bagi aparatur pemerintah diharap menyediakan sarana jamban bersama untuk mendukung masyarakat dalam berperilaku hidup sehat.

Abstract

Analysis of the halal beef in Bekasi City Market is very necessary to find out whether meat traders do adulteration or not. This study aims to determine whether the meat being sold is contaminated with wild boar meat and to determine the level of consumer concern in consuming halal meat in Bekasi City. The method used in this research is the Pork Detection Kit (PDK) method and the survey method using a questionnaire to the community in Bekasi City. The research sample was taken by using purposive sampling method. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the beef sold in the Bekasi City market was negative for pork contamination. At the level of consumer concern in consuming halal meat, the results show that 80% of the people in Bekasi City have considered the halal aspect when buying meat for consumption, either fresh meat or frozen meat. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the extent to which motivation and work discipline affect the performance of BAZNAS employees throughout East Java. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 88 respondents using a descriptive quantitative approach. The data analysis technique employed was statistical analysis through multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study indicate that both motivation and work discipline, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on the performance of BAZNAS employees throughout East Java. This finding is supported by the results of simultaneous tests (F-tests) and partial tests (t-tests), which show the significance values of the two independent variables that support the research hypothesis. Specifically, motivation was found to positively influence employee performance, while work discipline also played a key role in enhancing the performance of employees. The findings suggest that when employees are motivated and disciplined in their work, their performance tends to improve. These results are important for management, as they imply that to enhance employee performance, BAZNAS should focus on both increasing motivation through various incentives and improving work discipline by establishing clear rules and monitoring mechanisms. In conclusion, this study confirms that there is a joint influence between motivation and work discipline on the performance of BAZNAS employees throughout East Java, indicating that both factors are essential in driving organizational success
