Abstract

Kepatuhan diet adalah ketaatan terhadap pola konsumsi makanan ataupun minuman pada pasien diabetes mellitus yang sudah ditentukan dalam program diet yang bertujuan untuk memperthankan kadar gula darah normal atau mendekati normal dengan cara memberikan 3 jenis yakni, tepat jumlah, tepat jadwal makan dan tepat jenis makan. Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara kepatuhan diet dengan kadar gula darah diabetes mellitus pada lansia di posyandu kokrosono kelurahan polowijen Kota Malang, desain penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini 50 lansia dengan Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner kepatuhan diet dan alat pemeriksaan gula darah (Easy Touch GCU). Analisa data menggunakan Uji Spearman Ran, dari hasil Analisa data menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara kepatuhan diet dengan kadar gula darah diabetes mellitus pada lansia di posyandu kokrosono polowijen kota malang dengan nilai signifikan (P = 0,000) dimana lebih kecil dari a (<0,05), dan nilai koefisien korelasi (r = 0,597). Dengan kepatuhan diet yang baik maka akan menjadikan kadar gula darah baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi metode pembelajaran Student Centered Learning (SCL) pada mata kuliah asuhan kebidanan ibu nifas di program studi kebidanan STIKes Maharani Malang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian menggunakan tehnik triangulasi sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perencanaan pembelajaran disusun RPS (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran), dalam tahap pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran sudah diterapkan sesuai dengan silabus dan metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran asuhan kebidanan ibu nifas adalah menggunakan metode ceramah (CTJ) untuk menjelaskan materi konsep dasar dan menerapkan metode pembelajaran Student Centered Learning (SCL) seperti metode Small Group Discussion, Role play, Problem Based Learning dan demonstrasi. Pada tahap evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan penilaian dalam bentuk tes tertulis, penilaian praktikum dan penilaian penugasan. Dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran Student Centered Learning (SCL) mahasiswa lebih aktif dan mandiri dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar baik di kelas maupun di laboratorium dan hasil prestasi akademik mahasiswa rata-rata baik dengan mendapatkan nilai dalam kategori A dan B. Secara teknis tidak ditemukan kendala dalam pelaksanaan penerapan metode pembelajaran Student Centered Learning (SCL).

Abstract

Latar belakang: Kehamilan yang tidak direncanakan dapat membahayakan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan secara fisik dan mental. Pengaruh ini dapat mengganggu kesehatan dan kualitas hidup ibu dan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode penyuluhan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan mahasiswi kebidanan tentang kesehatan reproduksi dalam mencegah kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan. Metode: Studi ini menggunakan rancangan Pre-experimental dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswi kebidanan di STIKes Kendedes Malang yang berjumlah 32 orang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 26 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Intervensi penelitian berupa pemberian penyuluhan mengenai kesehatan reproduksi kepada mahasiswi kebidanan guna mencegah kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswi kebidanan. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon pada α = 0,05. Hasil: Sebanyak 42,3% mahasiswi kebidanan mayoritas berpengetahuan cukup sebelum diberikan penyuluhan. Sebanyak 57,6% mahasiswi kebidanan berpengetahuan baik sesudah diberikan penyuluhan. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan mahasiswi tentang kesehatan reproduksi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan (p = 0,017). Kesimpulan: Penyuluhan yang diberikan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan mahasiswi kebidanan.

Abstract

Introduction : Stress level is a mental, physical and emotional disorder, due to stress, the heart pumps blood too fast so that it can cause hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress levels and hypertension in Danurojo Hamlet, Gondoruso Village, Lumajang Regency. Methods: The research design used a correlative design with a cross sectional approach. The study population was 44 people with hypertension in Danurojo Hamlet, Gondoruso Village, Lumajang District and the research sample was 44 respondents with the determination using Total Sampling. Data collection techniques used instruments in the form of a stress level questionnaire and blood pressure checks. Result: The data analysis method used Spearman Rank test. The results showed that most of the 31 (70.5%) respondents experienced severe stress levels and most of the 24 (54.5%) respondents experienced stage 2 hypertension. Discussion and Conclusion : The results of the Spearman Rank test showed that there was a relationship between stress levels and hypertension in Danurojo Hamlet, Gondoruso Village, Lumajang District, obtained p value = (0.000) < (0.05), meaning that someone who experiences severe stress levels can cause stage 2 hypertension. Latar belakang: Tingkat stres merupakan gangguan keadaan mental, fisik dan emosional, akibat stres jantung memompa darah terlalu cepat sehingga bisa menyebabkan hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan hipertensi di Dusun Danurojo Desa Gondoruso Kabupaten Lumajang. Metode: Desain penelitian mengunakan desain korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 44 penderita hipertensi di Dusun Danurojo Desa Gondoruso Kabupaten Lumajang dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 44 responden dengan penentuan menggunakan Total Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa lembar kuesioner tingkat stres dan pemeriksaan tekanan darah. Hasil : Metode analisis data yang di gunakan yaitu uji Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian membuktikan sebagian besar 31 (70,5%) responden mengalami tingkat stres berat dan sebagian besar 24 (54,5%) responden mengalami hipertensi tahap 2. Kesimpulan: Hasil uji Spearman Rank menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan hipertensi di Dusun Danurojo Desa Gondoruso Kabupaten Lumajang didapatkan p value = (0,000) < (0,05), artinya seseorang yang mengalami tingkat stres berat bisa menyebabkan kejadian hipertensi tahap 2.

Abstract

Primary dysmenorrhea is common among adolescent girls and affects their quality of life and daily activities. Therefore,effective and safe treatments are needed. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of red ginger consumption in reducing the intensity of primary dysmenorrhea pain in adolescent girls. The research design used was a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted at SMK "P" Batu City from September to December 2024, involving 32 adolescent female participants selected through a total sampling technique. The independent variable was the consumption of red ginger, 200 ml, twice daily (morning and evening), and the dependent variable was the intensity of dysmenorrhea pain. Pain levels were measured before and after the intervention using direct observation instruments. Data analysis was performed by calculating the frequency distribution and the Wilcoxon statistical test. The results showed that before the intervention, most respondents experienced moderate pain (59.4%) and severe pain (21.9%). After red ginger consumption, there was a significant decrease in pain intensity. On the first day of intervention, 68.6% had mild pain, and 25% had moderate pain. On the second day, 46.8% reported no pain, and 40.6% experienced only mild pain. Wilcoxon test results revealed a significant difference in pain intensity between the pre-intervention and post-intervention periods (p < 0.001). Thus, red ginger consumption is proven to be significantly effective in reducing primary dysmenorrhea pain intensity in adolescent girls.

Abstract

Lack of understanding about premenopause can affect women's attitude and readiness to face it. Education through audiovisual media increases knowledge and forms positive attitudes more effectively. This study assessed the effect of audiovisual education on the knowledge and attitudes of premenopausal women in dealing with physical changes during menopause. The research design used was pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted at Kauman Husada Clinic in Malang. The research was conducted in November - December 2024. The study population was all premenopausal women aged 40-50, with 50 people obtained by a total sampling technique. The dependent variables of this study are knowledge and attitude. The independent variable is health education with audiovisual media. This study's intervention was providing health education through audiovisual media. Data was collected directly by giving knowledge and attitude questionnaires before and after the intervention. The stages of data analysis began with calculating the frequency distribution of knowledge and attitudes before and after the intervention, using the t-Wilcoxon test. The results showed differences in respondents' knowledge before and after audiovisual media education (p = <0.001). There is a difference in the attitude of respondents before and after being given audiovisual media education (p = <0.001). The conclusion is that providing education using audiovisual media significantly affects the increase in knowledge and attitudes of respondents.

Abstract

The high maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR) are the main drivers for the implementation of the Childbirth Planning and Complication Prevention Program (P4K). The P4K program plays an essential role in helping pregnant women prepare for labor and detect potential complications. The success of this program is highly dependent on the knowledge and attitude of pregnant women towards childbirth planning and the complication prevention program itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the Education of childbirth planning programs and prevention of complications on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women. The research design used was a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted at the Praktik Mandiri Bidan of Parangargo Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency in April 2024. The subjects of this study were all pregnant women who underwent antenatal care examination, a many of 30 people, with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to pregnant women. The intervention was provided in the form of a childbirth planning and complication prevention program to measure the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women before and after the intervention. Analysis of research data using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was an effect of providing the P4K program on increasing the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women through the P4K program.

Abstract

The use of school websites as a means of supporting the teaching and learning process as well as promotional media is still very necessary, considering that teachers and students are able to easily access materials and teaching materials without being limited by place and time. So that the student learning process is more flexible and can be done at any time. The use of websites and social media can encourage the effectiveness of the learning and teaching process in schools. So the process of providing materials and teaching materials by teachers needs to be maintained. The existence of the official website at SMP N 2 Karanganyar Demak has supported the online learning process, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, apart from being an information service and promotional tool. However, currently the official website of SMP N 2 Karanganyar Demak is experiencing problems in development. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the official website by replacing the Balitbang CMS with the Sekolahku.web.id CMS which has currently been developed and used by many schools in the archipelago. CMS Sekolahku.web.id has more features and is more flexible in its management.
