Abstract

This study aims to analyze the socio-economic impacts of Kampoeng Durian Tourist Attraction on the community of Datar Lebar Village, Central Bengkulu Regency, covering economic, socio-cultural, and environmental aspects. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the village head, tourism managers, members of Datar Lebar Village community, tourism employees, vendors, and visitors. The study employed the Tourism Impact Theory proposed by Mathieson and Wall (1982) as the analytical framework. The results show that the presence of the Kampoeng Durian Tourist Attraction has generated predominantly positive impacts. From an economic perspectif, the tourist attraction has increased business opportunities, created employment opportunities, and contributed to increades community income. From a sociocultural perspective, the tourist attraction has enhanced social interaction, strengthened the spirit of mutual cooperation, and encouraged community participation in maintaining the tourism area. From an environmental perspective, the tourist attraction has increased awareness of cleanliness and environmental management, although the condition of the access road to the tourism area still requires improvement. However, several challenges remain, including the uneven distribution of economic benefits among community members and the influence of external cultures. It can be concluded that the presence of the Kampoeng Durian Tourist Attraction has had predominantly positive impacts on the lives of the Datar Lebar Village community. Nevertheless, cooperation among tourism managers, local government, and the community is needed to ensure the continued sustainable development and management of the tourist attraction. Abstract

This study aims to map the development of the greenium literature and examine the shift in research focus from pricing dynamics toward its implications for corporate sustainability practices. This study employs a systematic literature review combined with bibliometric analysis, specifically co-word analysis using VOSviewer. Following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, this review analyzes peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2020 and 2025. The selected studies are examined using a structured coding framework that captures greenium measurement methods, ESG adoption proxies, moderating factors, and methodological rigor. The findings indicate that the greenium literature is still largely dominated by studies on green bond pricing and yield spreads. Nevertheless, an emerging body of research has begun to link greenium with sustainable finance and corporate ESG, although these connections remain limited and insufficiently integrated. The results suggest that greenium has the potential to function as a financial incentive for corporate ESG adoption; however, empirical evidence regarding its practical impact remains scarce. This study calls for a shift in future research agendas from pricing-focused analyses toward evaluating the role of greenium in fostering substantive corporate sustainability practices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the PLN Mobile application in realizing effective and transparent public services in Bengkulu City.The research method used is a mixed methods approach with a descriptive-explanatory method; data were collected through observation, interviews, Likert-scale questionnaires, and documentation from application users and PT PLN (Persero) ULP Nusa Indah Bengkulu City. The results show an average effectiveness score of 3.85, a transparency score of 3.90, and a user satisfaction score of 3.78 (effective category). The PLN Mobile application has proven to improve time efficiency, ease of access, and transparency of service information, but is not yet optimal due to technical system constraints, limited response at certain times, and digital literacy gaps. These results are consistent with the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) theory and e-government studies, which confirm that the success of public service digitalization is determined by technological readiness as well as user and institutional readiness. It can be concluded that the PLN Mobile application plays an effective role in supporting transparent and accountable public services, and therefore needs to be supported by improved system capacity and user digital literacy to optimize its benefits.
