Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has driven the transformation of notarial practice toward the use of Electronic Notarial Deeds (E-Deeds) as part of the modernization of civil law in Indonesia. However, the absence of explicit legal provisions regarding their status and evidentiary power creates legal uncertainty. This study aims to analyze the formal and material validity of E-Deeds in relation to the civil evidentiary system and to formulate a normative framework ensuring their legality and authenticity. The research employs a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches, utilizing primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The findings reveal that E-Deeds may be recognized as authentic evidence if they satisfy both formal and material validity requirements, are supported by certified digital security systems, and are regulated within a harmonized legal framework between the Notary Law and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE Law).

Abstract

Pedophilia is a form of sexual violence against children that causes serious impacts on children’s physical, psychological, and social development. This phenomenon demands a legal response that is not only repressive in nature but also oriented toward protection and victim recovery. This study aims to analyze pedophilia from the perspective of child protection law in Indonesia, including normative regulation, forms of legal protection for victims, and problems in law enforcement. The research method used is normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results show that Indonesian positive law has substantively qualified pedophilia as a form of sexual violence against children through various laws and regulations, although it has not been explicitly and integratively formulated. Legal protection for child victims of pedophilia has been regulated in preventive, repressive, and rehabilitative forms; however, its implementation still faces structural and cultural obstacles. Law enforcement that has not fully oriented toward the best interests of the child causes the protection provided to be not yet optimal. Therefore, comprehensive and sustainable strengthening of legal protection is required to ensure the rights and recovery of child victims of pedophilia.

Abstract

This study aims to design and test a Dual Axis Solar Tracker to improve the energy absorption efficiency of solar panels on ships. The system is designed with a two-axis movement mechanism (horizontal and vertical) using a linear actuator motor controlled by Arduino Nano and ESP32. Testing was conducted on a 20 WP solar panel in Surabaya for 30 days, divided into three methods: 10 days using an LDR sensor, 10 days using an RTC, and 10 days in static conditions without a sensor. Voltage, current, and power data were measured every 30 minutes at 07.00–17.00 WIB. The test results show that the RTC method provides the highest and most stable output power, according to the sun's movement patterns in tropical areas, while the LDR method responds quickly to changes in light intensity but is less stable in changing weather. Static installation produces the lowest power. This system is able to maintain the panel orientation perpendicular to the sun's rays, thus increasing energy efficiency compared to static systems. These findings prove that dual-axis solar tracker technology, especially with an RTC sensor, is effective in dynamic maritime environments and can be a practical solution for optimizing renewable energy on ships. The most effective results using RTC sensors demonstrated the most stable and high power output, especially since the sun in tropical areas like Surabaya moves fairly consistently following a cyclical pattern. The success of this system not only increases the energy output of solar panels but also provides a practical solution for renewable energy applications in tropical climates.

Abstract

Indonesia’s sharia capital market, represented by the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI), has shown rapid growth; however, sharia stock portfolio diversification practices and the use of financial ratios for profit optimization have not yet been applied systematically by investors. This study aims to thematically analyze various sharia stock portfolio diversification strategies and to explain the role of financial ratios in shaping an optimal portfolio based on issuers included in the ISSI. The method employed is a qualitative approach with a conceptual study design, using content analysis and thematic coding of secondary data sources, including journal articles, Islamic investment management books, Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations, DSN MUI fatwas relevant to the sharia capital market, and official reports and documents related to the ISSI. The analysis identifies several main themes: diversification strategies based on sector and market capitalization, cross-instrument diversification within sharia assets, and strengthened risk management through stock selection grounded in profitability, leverage, liquidity, and valuation ratios. These findings indicate that integrating portfolio diversification strategies with the appropriate use of financial ratios has the potential to enhance returns on sharia stock portfolios while keeping risk within acceptable limits, thereby offering a conceptual contribution to the development of ISSI based sharia investment strategies.
