The fulfillment of family health duties is essential to improve the nutritional status of children under five years old. This study contributed to determining the influence of family health tasks on the nutritional status of children under five years old with the Family Centered Nursing (FCN) model approach. The Quasi-Experimental research design with the Pretest Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group Design approach with a sample of 150 people divided into 75 people in the intervention group and the control group. Data collection by measuring nutritional status (BB/U) from the Ministry of Health in 2020. Pre-test through measurement of nutritional status of children under five years old. The intervention was given for 8 weeks through a family health task intervention with the FCN model approach in the intervention group, and independent learning through modules in the dick group. Furthermore, a post-test is carried out through the measurement of the nutritional status of children under five years old. Data processing includes editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating, and then statistical tests are carried out for the Wilcoxon Rank Test. Results: There was a difference in the nutritional status of children under five years after being given the intervention in family health tasks. Family health tasks are effective in improving the nutritional status of children under five years old (P-v 0.025). Optimizing family health tasks with the FCN model approach is a strategic solution in public health programs that focus on improving the nutritional status of children under five years old.

Background: Stunting is a chronic nutrition condition marked by improper growth of body height compared to one’s age. One of the factors that affect stunting is exclusive breastfeeding as breast milk contains macronutrients, micronutrients, and bioactive substances to support the growth and development of children under five and act as an anti-infection. Non-optimal breastfeeding causes children to have inadequate nutrition intake and body immunity, which may result in malnutrition and stunting. This study aims to identify the effects of exclusive breastfeeding on the incidence of stunting in children under five.Method: A systematic review was conducted using eight indexed articles with keywords of "Stunting", "ASI Eksklusif" (t/n: Exclusive Breastfeeding), "Gizi Ibu dan Anak (t/n: Nutrition of Mothers and Children)", "Stunting pada Balita (t/n: Stunting in Children Under 5)", "Exclusive Breastfeeding", "Nutritional Status and Exclusive Breastfeeding", and PICOT. Articles published within the last seven years (2014-2020) were selected. The articles should address health education to mothers with children aged < 5 years old without a control group, and should show a relation between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting. Besides, they should be analytical and observational research written in English and Indonesian. Results: Eight articles selected overall showed that exclusive breastfeeding was significantly related to the incidence of stunting in children under five. Exclusive breastfeeding is protection against stunting as breast milk contains nutritions that can increase body immunity, prevent infection, and nutritional substances for optimal growth and protection from the risks of chronic diseases. Exclusive breastfeeding is one of the significant factors that affects stunting in children under five.

The quality of nursing services for hemodialysis patients is determined by the role and performance of nurses based on spiritual intelligence. Nurses use spiritual intelligence when providing nursing care to hemodialysis patients so that patients feel satisfaction from actions that have an impact on the quality of service. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the relationship between nurses' spiritual intelligence and service satisfaction in the hemodialysis room. This study used a cross-section design with a sample of 35 nurses and 153 hemodialysis patients at RSUD Dr. Soetomo. This research used a total technique for nurses and a simple random sampling technique for patients in hemodialysis installations. Research data was collected through a questionnaire from the spiritual intelligence variable with a valid test of 0.460-0.906 and a reliable test of 0.361 as well as a patient satisfaction questionnaire related to service quality with a valid test of 0.870-0.982 and a reliable test of 0.785. Research data was processed using a logistic regression test with a p-value ≤ 0.05. The results of the logistic regression test show that the p-value is 0.001, so it can be interpreted that H0 is rejected. This shows that there is a relationship between nurses' spiritual intelligence and the quality of hemodialysis services. Spiritual intelligence will create optimal nurse performance in taking action. The performance of nurses in hemodialysis tasks is quite complex with the number of patients being unbalanced with the number of nurses which influences the quality of nursing services.

The implementation of digital-based information systems in nursing care documentation has been widely implemented in hospitals. However, nurses are still dissatisfied because they feel burdened by the digital system and this impacts patient satisfaction in receiving nursing care. Therefore, analysis is needed regarding the implementation of a digital-based nursing information system with nurse job satisfaction and patient satisfaction in hospitals. This study used a cross-section comparative design with a sample of 222 nurses and 222 patients. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire includes the independent variable in the form of the implementation of a nursing information system and the dependent variable in the form of nurse job satisfaction and patient satisfaction. Data were analyzed using the independent t-test with a p-value ≤ 0.05. Research results from the independent t-test statistical test. The p-value is 0.000 < 0.05, so according to the basis of decision-making in the test it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, which means there is a difference in average between nurse job satisfaction and patient satisfaction in the implementation of a digital-based nursing management information system in nursing services in the Inpatient Room RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Implementation of a digital nursing information system provides nurses with effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out their duties. This makes the workload of nurses lighter increases the productivity of the quality of nursing received by patients and has an impact on patient satisfaction. Nursing management is expected to improve the implementation of supervision of nursing care documentation by looking at the completeness and suitability of SOPs in the nursing information system (SIK). In addition, nursing management needs to develop a nursing information system (SIK) model in collaboration with the hospital information technology team so that nurses are effective and efficient in implementing nursing care documentation.

Discharge planning has been implemented and provided by nurses in all hospitals, but patients still feel dissatisfied regarding the response and explanation in nursing care. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the correlation of SECI-based discharge planning with patient satisfaction in hospitals. This study used a cross-section design with a sample of 50 patients in Palem Room 1 RSUD Dr. Soetomo. This research used a consecutive sampling technique for one month. Research data was collected through a discharge planning implementation questionnaire with a valid test of <0.5 and a reliable test of 0.780 >0.6, as well as a patient satisfaction questionnaire with a valid test of 0.5 and a reliable test of 0.844 >0.6. Research data was processed using the description test and the Spearman rho test with a p-value ≤ 0.05. There is a relationship between charge planning and patient satisfaction (0.000). In charge of planning for the patient, the nurse can provide information and actions according to the patient's expectations so that the level of independence of the patient and family can be optimal. Implementation of existing discharge planning is maintained and improved and provided to all patients starting from the time the patient enters the treatment room until the day the patient returns. Nurses provide discharge planning services to improve and maintain all indicators of socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization.
