Abstract

Planning Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) today helps an organization's success in its business. Limpakuwus pine forest nature tourism located in Baturaden Purwokerto is a tourist spot that utilizes technology, namely Electronic Ticketing manually to assist visitors in ordering tickets. Limpakuwus Baturaden pine forest tourism which is owned by the Indonesian State Forestry Public Company (PERUM PERHUTANI), the East BANYUMAS Forest Management Unit (KPH) currently does not use SI/IT optimally or comprehensively. This research has a purpose, namely to make IS/IT planning for the Limpakuwus Baturaden pine forest tourism. The method in this study uses qualitative research methods, qualitative methods are research that emphasizes in-depth understanding of a problem, qualitative research usually tends to be descriptive and uses more in-depth analysis. This research uses a strategic planning analysis of Ward And Peppard information systems, Ward And Peppard analysis is the identification of a technology or computer-based application portfolio to support organizations in implementing business plans and realizing business goals, Ward And Peppard has an input stage consisting of business environment analysis. external and internal business environment analysis. The output stage consists of business strategy, IS/IT management strategy, IT strategy and future application portfolio. The method of collecting data in this study is through interviews or interviews with the manager of the Limpakuwus Pine Forest tourist attraction. The data from this research is descriptive in the form of secondary data. The results of this study are in the form of IS/IT planning documents for Limpakuwus pine forest tourism and recommendations for IS/IT proposals for tourism objects in Baturaden Limpakuwus Pine Forest

Abstract

Batik is a work of art that takes a long time to make. The steps of making batik start from the stage of pouring ideas, making sketches, the design process, drawing patterns, the canting process, coloring, melorod, and finally the finishing stage so that it becomes a batik cloth. One example of a batik company that exists, especially in Sokaraja, Banyumas Regency is Rumah Batik Anto Djamil. Rumah Batik Anto Djamil has obstacles in its business processes, the obstacles are Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT) that have not been used optimally and IS/IT that have not been integrated with each other. Efforts to overcome the obstacles that exist within the company, an IS/IT strategic plan is needed that is right on target, which is based on the current situation in the company. The purpose of making an IS/IT strategic plan itself is to integrate business operational objectives with IS/IT strategic objectives in the company. The ward and peppard method is used in IS/IT strategic planning to manage obstacles that can hinder the company's operations because ward and peppard focuses on business needs within the company and has clear and precise strategic steps. McFarlan Strategy Grid, Value Chain, PEST, and SWOT analysis are analyzes that will later be used for IS/IT strategic planning in this research. IS/IT strategic planning document is the result of this research. This research also produces a portfolio application for Rumah Batik Anto Djamil within the next five years which will facilitate the business and production processes at the Rumah Batik Anto Djamil

Abstract

Peran Sistem Informasi (SI) dalam Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi (TKTI) mempunyai peranan penting dalam Lembaga Pendidikan sekolah TKTI sudah menjadi sangat berguna oleh Lembaga Pendidikan dalam membuktikan bahwa penilaian korelasi antara investasi Teknologi Informasi (TI) dengan masing-masing sekolah. Sekolah Swasta Diponegoro 1 Purwokerto mempunyai masalah dengan Software (perangkat lunak) layanan akademik operasi siswa serta kebutuhan administrasi guru. Investasi IT dan pelayanan terbaik dalam mengakses kebutuhan guru dan siswa merupakan referensi penting tentang bisnis sekolah. Tujuan melalui penulis ini dilakukan adalah untuk menganalisisa manajemen risiko SI di Sekolah Swasta Diponegoro 1 Purwokerto dengan memakai kerangka kerja Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 5. Melalui penulis ini yang memakai metode penulis kuantitatif dengan mendistribusikan beberapa pertanyaan kepada responden untuk mendapatkan data uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk hasil perhitungan yang baik. Berdasrkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan bahwa nilai perhitungan tingkat kematangan menunjukkan pada tingkat level 3, yang artinya hasil tersebut berada pada posisi proses yang ditentukan. Proses sudah mencapai tujuannya dengan cara yang jauh lebih terarah menggunakan aset organisasi didefinisikan dengan baik. Rekomendasi penulis ini dilaksanakan adalah perlunya perbaikan dengan penambahan jaringan di Sekolah Swasta Diponegoro 1 Purwokerto dan pemutakhiran Software administrasi bagi guru dan siswa.

Abstract

Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) of Banyumas Regency is an agency under the auspices of the regional central government of Banyumas Regency. BKAD Banyumas Regency has various types of Kartu Inventaris Barang(KIB) which are still not well managed, namely KIB office equipment and machines and make it difficult to procure office equipment, so a decision support system is needed to predict the proposed procurement of office equipment and machines. This prediction is made with the aim of facilitating the asset sub-sector in particular in carrying out the task. This prediction has benefits in implementing the replacement of office equipment and machines that can be managed properly according to employee needs so that employee performance is maximized. Methods of data collection using survey methods, literature, and interviews with members of the asset sub-sector. The data processing method in this report uses a quantitative method with the C.45 algorithm. An analysis of the prediction of proposing office equipment and machines using the C.45 algorithm with the help of the Rapidminer Application is able to provide results in the form of a decision tree that can be used by members of the asset sub-sector in making decisions. Based on the predicted results for proposing the procurement of office equipment, all equipment whose year of purchase/procurement was less than or equal to 1998, equipment in damaged condition with a year of purchase/procurement of more than 1998, equipment made of plastic/ebonite and plastic in poor condition with year of purchase/procurement more than 1998.

Abstract

Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) of Banyumas Regency is the implementing element of the regional government in the areas of regional taxes, financial management and assets led by a Head of Agency who is located under and is responsible to the Mayor through the Regional Secretary. Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) of Banyumas Regency. has various types of Kartu Inventaris Barang (KIB) which are still not well managed, namely office equipment and machines, so a decision support system is needed to predict the removal of office equipment and machines. The use of data mining is done to help find out what equipment and machines are still suitable for use or not suitable for use every year in an institution. Data collection that is not careful in managing data can cause the allocation of funds not to be focused on replacing goods that are no longer feasible. Searching for information on datasets can be done with one of the Data Mining methods, namely the Naïve Bayes Algorithm using RapidMiner tools. The data set consists of 24 records with 3 attributes, namely the year of purchase or procurement, materials and conditions. The dataset is processed using the Naive Bayes algorithm and tested using a confusion matrix. An accuracy value of 100% is obtained which is categorized as a good classification.

Abstract

Information technology (IT) is currently experiencing rapid development and is able to provide convenience such as solutions for organizations such as implementing a system at the Serayu Citanduy Water Resources Management Office, namely the field employee attendance website system. This system functions to monitor and provide services related to the field of employee attendance. However, there are still obstacles, namely the lack of attention to usability aspects, one of which is that there are still several features and buttons that have not been completed. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate usability related to the field employee attendance website system using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The SUS method is useful for assessing a system from a usability perspective by evaluating it as in this study. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 56 users. Before carrying out calculations using the SUS method, first calculate validation and reliability, validation of this questionnaire produces valid results and reliability, namely 0.613 means that it is reliable, so that research can run well. the level for the Value Scale is on a D scale with an average final score based on the calculation of the SUS method, namely 58.35 and the position of the last adjective branch is at the "ok" level. make improvements to improve usability such as developing by paying attention to the user interface, completing and selecting features on the button so that it functions properly and needs to be evaluated.

Abstract

Bappelitbangda (Development Planning, Research and Development Agency) is a government agency that has the task of assisting the Regent in implementing regional government. Bappelitbanda has several systems that are used to support work performance, one of which is the SIPD website system, one of these systems functions to be able to assist community reporting regarding regional development. On the website system, various obstacles are often encountered, one of which is accessing or logging in to the intended menu which is very complicated, the display does not match. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the usability related to the SIPD website system using the System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation method. Using this method is useful for assessing a system regarding usability. The data obtained from this study by distributing questionnaires found 20 respondents. The results of calculating the average score based on the SUS method are 34.20454545, which means that the system is declared Not Acceptable with a low position included in the F scale grade with poor branches, so it can be concluded that the use of the system cannot be fully used easily by system users, users still experience difficulties in using the SIPD system.

Abstract

The development of technology is enough to help humans in carrying out their daily activities. With the existence of technology, humans can easily access data and information anywhere and anytime. The use of technology most often used by people is to communicate because it can connect quickly and easily. The many activities that can be carried out through technology make some people need security and confidentiality in their activities and in their communications. The RSA algorithm has 2 types of keys for security, namely the Public key and the Private key. The public key can be given to anyone while the private key can only be known by interested people. MsOutlook is software that can be used to exchange messages with other people and Open PGP is software that is equipped with cryptographic capabilities, namely encryption and decryption. Encryption is used to convert messages that were originally plaintext to ciphertext and decryption is used to translate ciphertext to plaintext. The purpose of this research is to help explain how MsOutlook and Open PGP are integrated with each other to help maintain the confidentiality of messages sent. As for the results obtained from the results of this research is to display encryption and decryption in maintaining the confidentiality of messages that have been sent by using a passphrase to access the message.

Abstract

The selection of used Smartphones made by buyers sometimes confuses prospective buyers of what used Smartphones to buy according to the desired criteria. Based on this, in this study a decision support system was built that was used to carry out the process of selecting used smartphones that matched the criteria, namely price, camera, RAM, internal memory, processor, battery, and weight. The decision-making method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method is used to determine the weight value of each criterion, which is then carried out a ranking process to determine alternative used Smartphones. The results of this study are to explain the results of the stages of calculating the alternative value criteria in the implementation of the Program which has been carried out based on manual calculations and explaining that the calculation can produce the final stage where the alternative smartphone used MI 10t Pro has a ranking number 1 and has the same value as manual calculations, namely 91.1. With a decision support system that uses the SAW method, (Simple Additive Weighting), it can help consumers choose used cellphones based on predetermined criteria.
