Abstract

Granulated sugar is one of the production products in the agricultural sector and is an important staple in Indonesia. The basic needs of the Indonesian people, one of which is sugar, are a significant factor in increasing state revenues from the export side. However, the national demand for sugar continues to increase along with the increase in Indonesia's population. This has become a national problem in meeting the sugar needs of the Indonesian people. This study aims to analyze descriptively the sugar needs of the Indonesian people through researchers in the distribution channel of sugar in Indonesia. The data collection process used questionnaires and interviews to support descriptive analysis of supply chain management methods. The results showed that 70% of Indonesian people need sugar in their life. Recommendations from this study indicate that it is better to postpone the sugar export policy considering that the demand for sugar in Indonesia is very high.

Abstract

Currently, technology has become a fast and easy access to information data. Technology contributes to the arrangement of management systems and processes in both government and private institutions. Utilization of Information Technology (IT) is mandatory in today's modern era. One of the applications of IT in village life is the use of the Village Information System (SID). SID provides benefits to the community in terms of information related to the village, namely in terms of the shape of the area, population, tourist attractions and correspondence services. Preliminary observations of the study indicate that the use of SID in Sidomoro Village still has performance deficiencies, namely service constraints, the lack of functioning of several features in Sidomoro SID, system loading problems and system accuracy from Sidomoro SID. This constraint affects user service satisfaction in Sidomoro village. This study requires testing the number of respondents from the village apparatus and the Sidomoro village community. The user satisfaction test model in this study was successful in analyzing the EUCS model. The results of the question analysis show that this research has a valid and reliable value. The satisfaction value of using the SIDOMORO village SID is 64.79. The value above 65% means that the Sidomoro people are satisfied with using SID in 2020-2021. The recommendation of this research is that the Sidomoro Village SID requires improvements to the loading section and system accuracy through periodic planning to achieve a very satisfactory level.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) investment in the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) environment is influenced by the importance of information needed by rural communities. IT is very necessary to help performance to be maximized, especially in the KUD environment. In an effort to improve performance, KUD invests IT in several business fields. However, once the invested IT is not fully used according to its business goals. IT management is still the responsibility of each business field. Therefore, the results achieved are not comparable to what was expected after the implementation of IT. From these problems, it is necessary to have an IT Governance audit in order to find out the maturity value of the IT that has been implemented. This study aims to measure the it maturity applied by the Mino Saroyo Cilacap KUD, so it is necessary to use an international standard framework, namely control objectives for information and related technology (COBIT) version 5. The results of measuring the maturity level of IT Governance kud are currently estimated to be at level 2. The maturity level of the KUD at level 2 means that the KUD management process already has formal and written standard procedures. However, KUD has not carried out socialization to all levels of management and employees to be obeyed and carried out daily activities. The recommendations from this study provide problem solving as a reference to the KUD for improvement from the TKTI side so that it goes hand in hand with organizational goals and as expected by stakeholders in predicting the optimal use of IT resources.

Abstract

The Role of Information Systems (IS) in Information Technology Governance (ITG) has an important role in village government institutions. ITG becomes very important by government agencies in discussing the relationship of Information Technology (IT) investment with businesses in every village. The Karangpucung Village Government has problems with population software services for the operational and administrative needs of village government employees. Investment in IT and the best services to access the needs of village employees and the community is an important reference in service with village government businesses. The purpose of this study was to analyze IS risk management in the Karangpucung village government using the Framework Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1. This study uses quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents to obtain validity and reliability test data for good results. The results of the analysis show that the growth rate is at level 3. The results of this study refer to how big or small a maturity level is at the Karangpucung deaa office. Based on the calculation table for each level of compliance from level zero to level five, it shows if there are results of maturity levels in each unit. At the maturity level, the risk assessment shows a value of 2.54 which means that the maturity level is at level three, namely the governance process at the Karangpucung Village office is in a condition in the process of being determined by the village office. The defined process has a value meaning at a decisive position in the process stage. This process is the achievement of goals in a much more organized manner using organizational assets and is well defined. Recommendations from this study are the need to improve network installations in Karangpucung Village and improve administrative software for village and community employees, so that database access can be done quickly so as to facilitate the process of making citizens' correspondence and speed up other services at the Karangpucung Village office

Abstract

Advances in technology have caused automation/computerization in business management to be fast. Computerization helps humans improve performance and save resources in the process of working on it. The use of IT really supports the objectives of government administration so that it must pay attention to the efficiency of resource use and risk management. ATR/ BPN Purbalingga as one of the government agencies has used the use of services through the use of the ATR / BPN Purbalingga website. The role of important websites in the organization includes ATR/BPN Purbalingga. ATR / BPN shows several problems such as tools in the website are lacking and there are often server downs. The purpose of this study is the analysis of IT service management on websites kkp2.atrbpn.go.id using the ITIL Framework V.3 domain service operation. The research data analysis method uses quantitative methods by using SPSS measuring instruments. ITIL model V.3 as a medium of analysis of questionnaire data and to obtain the results of the analysis of the level of maturity of IT service management. The results of this study are recommendations for the maturity level of IT service management of the ATR / BPN website for the progress of improving website performance. The result of the maturity value on the website kkp2.atrbpn.go.id on the subdomain service operation domain service management as a practice by obtaining an average of 3.97. Service operation principles with an average of 3.27. Service operation processes earned an average of 2.95. Common service operation with an average of 4. Organizing service operations with an average of 4.12. Service operation technology consideration with an average of 3.8. Implementing service operations with an average of 3.3. The average total obtained from all domain service operations is 3.1 at level 3 (defined) which means it is important to carry out basic processes and document each process and standardize in order to reach the expected level

Abstract

The Motor Vehicle Testing Information System (SIMPKB) is an Information System (SI) for the implementation of periodic vehicle tests that are used to improve the quality of public transportation. The Brebes Regency Transportation Service has a vehicle periodical testing unit for the Pekalongan residency area. The implementation of the test focuses on providing services to the community by periodically testing the feasibility of motorized vehicles. The problem that occurs is that there are still obstacles in the use of the system and the lack of a document for evaluating the performance of system services whether the system is suitable for use from the organization and user perspective. This study aims to determine the extent to which the success rate of implementing SIMPKB services. This research method uses quantitative methods using the DeLone and McLean model of measurement. Data collection method by analyzing questionnaires from respondents using SmartPLS. The results of this study user satisfaction has a value of  0.765, it can be said that it is influenced by the construct of system quality, service quality and information quality by 76.5%. Meanwhile, having an  value of 0.745, it can be interpreted that the validity of the construct of Use (P) can be said to be influenced by the construct of system quality, service quality and information quality is 74.5%. From the 7 hypotheses, only system quality and service quality greatly affect user satisfaction and the use of the Motor Vehicle Testing Information System (SIMPKB) at the Brebes Regency Transportation Service

Abstract

Meat is one of the livestock products that can hardly be separated from human life because of its nutritional content and can lead to satisfaction or enjoyment for those who consume it, but this is less desirable in consuming meat because of its tough nature, so it is not easy to chew or swallow. Then it will be processed first before finally being consumed. One way of processing, namely by grinding. Meat milling is one of the businesses that aims to meet consumer needs and provide convenience for business actors selling snacks, especially processed meat. The purpose of this study is to determine the supply chain flow of the meat mill and its marketing efficiency and to find out the best forecasting method for planning future production sales. The research method used in this research is the method of forecasting or forecasting. Forecasting is determined using the time series method and the error rate is analyzed using MAD, MSE, and MAPE. The results showed that the supply chain (product flow, flow, and information flow) at the meat mill and its marketing was efficient with a value of 7.12%. As for the results of the best forecasting method, namely least square with the smallest MAPE which is worth 3.3 for consumers and for milled meat processing entrepreneurs of 3.44. With this research, it is hoped that the problems that exist in the field can be identified so that further efforts are made to improve the meat milling supply chain

Abstract

Abstract: The role of information technology in transportation increases, namely in enjoying transportation services. One way to provide the best service for a transportation company to customers is to provide a bus booking application service. One of the companies that offer service applications is a bus transportation application located in Yogyakarta. Because the application system is considered necessary, stakeholders need IT risk management for the bus booking application. The purpose of this research is to analyze the risk management of the bus transportation application. In measuring IT risk management, the author uses the Control Objective for information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1 domain Plan and Organize (PO) framework, especially PO9 (Assess and Manage IT risk). The analysis results show that if the bus transportation application is at level 2 in maturity level. It means that the company knows that there are problems that need resolving. Standard risk management in bus transportation applications tends to provide failed access in the progress of its service. The problem is solving individually and not yet at the integrated completion stage. In general, the application management approach needs to improve better management in the field of information technology.            Keywords: COBIT; plan and organize; risk management  Abstrak: Peran teknologi informasi dalam meningkatnya angkutan yaitu dalam menikmati layanan angkutan. Salah satu cara untuk memberikan layanan terbaik bagi perusahaan angkutan kepada pelanggan adalah dengan menyediakan layanan aplikasi pemesanan bus. Salah satu perusahaan yang menawarkan aplikasi jasa adalah aplikasi angkutan bus yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta. Karena sistem aplikasi dirasa perlu, maka stakeholders membutuhkan manajemen risiko TI untuk aplikasi pemesanan bus tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis manajemen risiko pada aplikasi angkutan bus. Dalam mengukur manajemen risiko TI, penulis menggunakan framework Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 4.1 domain Plan and Organize (PO), khususnya PO9 (Assessment and Manage IT risk). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan angkutan bus berada pada level 2 pada tingkat kematangan. Artinya perusahaan mengetahui bahwa ada masalah yang perlu diselesaikan. Manajemen resiko standar dalam aplikasi transportasi bus cenderung memberikan akses yang gagal dalam kemajuan layanannya. Masalahnya diselesaikan secara individu dan belum pada tahap penyelesaian terintegrasi. Secara umum, pendekatan manajemen aplikasi perlu meningkatkan manajemen yang lebih baik di bidang teknologi informasi. Kata kunci: COBIT; plan and organize; risk management

Abstract

In 2020, the world was shocked by the covid-19 virus, which has spread to all countries of the world, including Indonesia. In education, almost all schools in Indonesia have been forced to close by the government and replaced with distance learning. However, in many schools there are obstacles such as the inability of teachers and students to use technology. One of the problems in Islamiya Darwata Karangasem Madrasah. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between environmental, teacher, technology and student readiness and provide recommendations for schools to be more prepared to implement distance learning. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis with an e-readiness model. The sample in this study consisted of 52 students and 9 teachers. The results showed that an overall ELR score of 3.62288 was included in the readiness category, but needed some improvement. The teacher had a score of 3.79167, which was classified as readiness, but needed some improvement. , which was included in 64814, is categorized as finished but needs work, and the technology is rated 3.48148, which means it's ready but needs a little improvement. By improving school internet speeds, evaluating student learning, providing new policies, changing individual perspectives, and increasing budgets.
