Abstract

The adoption rate of mobile banking services (m-banking) has not reached the expected level, especially in developing countries and customers are less interested in the service. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of confirmation and perception of usability on the satisfaction of using Bank Sinarmas mobile banking, the effect of the perception of usability on the intention to reuse Bank Sinarmas mobile banking, the effect of the perception of usability and convenience on the attitude of Bank Sinarmas mobile banking, and the effect of user satisfaction and attitude on the intention to reuse mobile banking Bank Sinarmas. This quantitative study includes the research population of Bank Sinarmas customers who have used mobile banking services. The analysis method uses Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). From the results of the research and discussion, the conclusions that can be drawn are that confirmation has a positive effect on the satisfaction of using Bank Sinarmas mobile banking, perception of usability has a positive effect on satisfaction with the use of Bank Sinarmas mobile banking, perception of usability has a positive effect on the intention to reuse Bank Sinarmas mobile banking, perception of usability has a positive effect on attitudes towards Bank Sinarmas mobile banking, perception of ease of use has a positive effect on the attitude of Bank Sinarmas mobile banking, user satisfaction has a positive effect on the intention to reuse Bank Sinarmas mobile banking, and attitude has a positive effect on the intention to reuse Bank Sinarmas mobile banking. Tingkat adopsi layanan mobile banking (m-banking) tidak mencapai tingkat yang diharapkan terutama di negara berkembang dan pelanggan kurang berminat terhadap layanan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh konfirmasi dan persepsi kegunaan terhadap kepuasan penggunaan mobile banking Bank Sinarmas, pengaruh persepsi kegunaan terhadap intensi penggunaan kembali mobile banking Bank Sinarmas, pengaruh persepsi kegunaan dan kemudahan terhadap sikap pada mobile banking Bank Sinarmas, serta pengaruh kepuasan penggunaan dan sikap terhadap intensi penggunaan kembali mobile banking Bank Sinarmas. Penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian nasabah Bank Sinarmas yang telah menggunakan layanan mobile banking. Metode analisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah konfirmasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan penggunaan mobile banking Bank Sinarmas, persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan penggunaan mobile banking Bank Sinarmas, persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi penggunaan kembali mobile banking Bank Sinarmas, persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap pada mobile banking Bank Sinarmas, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap pada mobile banking Bank Sinarmas, kepuasan penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi penggunaan kembali mobile banking Bank Sinarmas, dan sikap berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi penggunaan kembali mobile banking Bank Sinarmas.

Abstract

The growth of the technological epoch is marked by increasingly rapid technological advances that have given rise to increasingly competitive business competition. The phenomenon that occurs due to the increasingly sophisticated technological era causes companies to try to find ways and innovations for the sustainability of their businesses, especially in the banking sector. Lack of technological access to banking is one of the problems that causes a lack of public literacy to follow the development of digitalization in order to increase customer loyalty. Therefore, it is necessary for banking efforts to start following the development of digitalization and improving its performance in order to increase customer loyalty and attract customers so that they can maximize their profits. The purpose of this study was to examine whether 1) customer trust can affect customer loyalty. 2) customer satisfaction can affect customer loyalty. 3) customer experience can affect customer loyalty. 4) service quality can affect customer loyalty. Data were obtained using a questionnaire method and processed using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the sample was selected using the non-probability sampling method on 140 digital bank customer respondents in Jakarta with convenience sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that customer satisfaction, customer experience, and customer quality have a significant influence on customer loyalty, while customer trust does not have a significant influence on customer loyalty. Peningkatan pada era teknologi ditandai dengan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat memunculkan adanya persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif. Fenomena yang terjadi akibat era teknologi yang semakin canggih menyebabkan perusahaan berusaha mencari cara dan inovasi untuk keberlanjutan usahanya terutama di bidang perbankan. Kurangnya akses teknologi ke perbankan merupakan salah satu masalah yang menyebabkan kurangnya literasi masyarakat untuk mengikuti perkembangan digitalisasi agar dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Oleh sebab itu, perlunya upaya perbankan untuk mulai mengikuti perkembangan digitalisasi dan memperbaiki kinerjanya agar dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan menarik hati pelanggan sehingga dapat memaksimalkan keuntungannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti apakah 1) kepercayaan pelanggan dapat memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. 2) kepuasan pelanggan dapat memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. 3) pengalaman pelanggan dapat memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. 4) kualitas layanan dapat memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode kuisioner dan dioleh menggunakan Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling pada 140 responden nasabah bank digital di Jakarta dengan teknik convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan, pengalaman pelanggan, dan kualitas pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan kepercayaan pelanggan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kemandirian keuangan pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Mamuju dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini mengunakan data Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Mamuju Tahun 2013 – 2023. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dengan menganalisis perkembangan perolehan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Mamuju dari Tahun 2013 sampai dengan Tahun 2023 serta kontribusi perolehan PAD terhadap Pendapatan Daerah, selanjutnya analisis perkembangan perolehan Pendapatan Transfer Kabupaten Mamuju serta proporsi perolehannya terhadap Pendapatan Daerah dari Tahun 2013 sampai dengan Tahun 2023 guna mengetahui tingkat ketergantungan terhadap dana dari pemerintahan lain (pusat maupun provinsi), kemudian melakukan penghitungan nilai Indeks Kemandirian Fiskal dan mengklasifikasikan hasil perhitungan. Kemandirian keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten Mamuju dalam 10 tahun terakhir yaitu 2013-2023 termasuk dalam klasifikasi “Belum Mandiri” dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 0,0705. Analisis atas tren IKF, terdapat fluktuasi nilai IKF pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Mamuju, namun dalam kurun waktu tiga tahun terakhir, tren menunjukan peningkatan atau positif. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat kemandirian keuangan daerah pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Mamuju adalah kurangnya perolehan nilai Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) serta tingginya tingkat ketergantungan pendapatan transfer.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analysis the effect of service quality and waiting time on patient loyalty mediated by patient satisfaction. The sample data used to test the hypotheses were drawn from patients who using BPJS Kesehatan in General Hospital Type B in Jakarta Utara. Questionnaires were provided to 160 participants using methods, such as face-to-face delivery and Google Form. The data analysis method that used in this research are SEM (Structural Equation Model) and hypothesis testing on SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that service quality and waiting time positively impact patient satisfaction and patient loyalty; patient satisfaction positively impacts patient loyalty and has a partially mediating effect on loyalty. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel kualitas layanan dan waktu tunggu terhadap loyalitas pasien yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pasien BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Tipe B di Jakarta Utara. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga akan menguji pengaruh langsung dari masing-masing variabel. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari 160 pasien BPJS Kesehatan Rumah Sakit Tipe B di Jakarta Utara dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan secara langsung dan melalui Google Form. Metode analisis data yang digunakan di penelitian ini adalah SEM (Structural Equation Model) dan uji hipotesis pada software SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan waktu tunggu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien dan loyalitas pasien; kepuasan pasien juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien, serta berperan sebagai mediasi parsial terhadap loyalitas pasien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memiliki tujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri, dan lingkungan terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara. Teknik pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik non probability sampling degan metode convinience sampling. Penelitian ini mengkhususkan sampel pada mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh gelar sarjana pada Universitas Tarumanagara yang berjumlah 120 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, lingkungan sosial memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha,” serta lingkungan keluarga memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara. This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, and the environment on entrepreneurial intentions among Tarumanagara University students. The sample selection technique employed in this study is non-probability sampling using the convenience sampling method. The study specifically targets undergraduate students at Tarumanagara University, with a total of 120 respondents. The research results indicate that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial intentions. Self-efficacy also has a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial intentions. Social environment have positive and significant influences on the entrepreneurial intentions. Family environment have negative and insignificant influences on the entrepreneurial intentions of Tarumanagara University students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan, inovasi, dan media sosial terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada kedai kopi di Jakarta. Teknik pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan pemilik kedai kopi di Jakarta dengan total sebanyak 103 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.1. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, inovasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha dan media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, innovation, and social media on business success in coffee shops in Jakarta. The sample selection technique in this study uses non-probability sampling techniques with convenience sampling methods. The sample in this study was coffee shop owners in Jakarta with a total of 103 respondents. The data was analyzed using the SEM method with the SmartPLS 4.1 application. The results of this study found a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on business success, innovation has a negative and significant effect on business success and social media has a positive and significant effect on business success.

Abstract

The success of hotels in Bali is inseparable from the role of human resources in it. Therefore, the success of the hotel will be seen from the performance of employees in the hotel. Employee performance is determined by various aspects, one of which is leadership style, organizational commitment and quality of work life of the employees themselves as well as environmental turbulence factors. This study aims to look at the factors that affect the performance of hotel employees in Bali. This study uses quantitative research methods and was conducted in Bali with the research subjects of PT CWP employees in Bali. Research data based on primary data sources, namely through distribution using a questionnaire based on 5 variables to be measured, namely employee performance, entrepreneurial leadership, organizational commitment, and employee quality of life and environmental turbulence. The research population that will be the source of research data is PT CWP employees in Bali consisting of around 276 people. From this population, a research sample of 159 people was taken based on the simple random sampling method, the analysis method using SPSS Statistics 29. The results showed that entrepreneurial leadership, organizational commitment, and quality of employee life are positively and significantly related to employee performance moderated by environmental turbulence.

Abstract

he development of information technology is a good condition for the growth of startups in Indonesia. Nevertheless, the growing number of startups is followed by many other challenges, especially those related to human resource management. Startups are a different business model than ordinary companies. Startups have a high dynamic due to the demand always to be innovative. This is a challenge in managing human resources within the startup. This research aims to build the concept of work engagement in Indonesian startups.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the effect of self-skill awareness on entrepreneurial intention 2) the effect of entrepreneurial resources on entrepreneurial intention, 3) the effect of entrepreneurial networks on entrepreneurial intentions, 4) the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions, 5) the effect of self-efficacy entrepreneurship as mediation of entrepreneurial networks on entrepreneurial intentions. The sample selection technique used in this study was non-probability sampling and the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Data was taken using an online google form questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents. in this study using 4 indicators on each variable. Processing of research data using SmartPLS 4.8. The sample in this study are culinary MSME owners in Jakarta. The results of this study are 1) self-skill awareness does not affect entrepreneurial intentions. 2) entrepreneurial resources do not affect entrepreneurial self-efficacy 3) entrepreneurial networks affect entrepreneurial intentions. 4) entrepreneurial self-efficacy affects entrepreneurial intentions 5) entrepreneurial self-efficacy can mediate the effect of entrepreneurial resources on entrepreneurial intentions 6) entrepreneurial networks can influence entrepreneurial intentions through mediating entrepreneurial self-efficacy.

Abstract

The study investigates the impact of financial knowledge, experience, and current income on the stock investment performance of individual investors in Indonesia. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected from 77 respondents through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression. The findings reveal that financial knowledge significantly enhances investment performance by improving decision-making, risk management, and portfolio diversification. Experience plays a pivotal role in helping investors adapt to market dynamics and refine strategies, positively impacting their performance. However, current income does not significantly influence investment performance, indicating that non-financial factors also shape investment success. This research contributes to the understanding of key factors influencing investment returns and provides practical insights for financial education and policy development, empowering individual investors to achieve better outcomes.
