This research was conducted on May 08, 2016 until finished on June 22, 2016 at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang University Laboratory in KarangMloko Village, Junrejo Sub-district, Malang Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the nutrient content contained in fish waste disposal waste and to determine the effect of wheat flour to the weight gain fish meal fish meal. The materials used are 100 day broiler (DOC), Lohman Platinum strain, PT.Multibreeder Adirama Indonesia., Which is maintained for 40 days. This research used 5 treatments: P0 (formulation feed), P1 (feed formulation mixed with 18% fish waste), P2 (feed formulation mixed with 19% fish waste), P3 (feeding formula mixed with 20% flour fish) P4, Formulation Feed mixed with 21% tepug fish waste) and repeated 4 times. The variables observed were weight gain (feed consumption and feed conversion). The method used in this research is the field experimental method using Completely Randomized Design (RAL). From the results of the study of the addition of broiler chicken weight given wheat flour, it can be concluded that the protein content and crude fiber in fish meal flour is still high enough to be proven from the influence of use. Fish waste powder can produce an average increase in body weight of broiler 9.774 kg with an average 0.62% weight gain. Based on the data, it was found that feeding with 15% fish meal gave the highest influence on feed consumption, weight gain and feed conversion (P0 3452, P1 3396, P2 3511, P3 3477, P4 3472 kg) (P0 1,231, P1 1,124, P2 1.065, P3 1.009, P4 1.064%). And (P0 1,64 P1 1,71 P2 1,91 P3 2,00 P4 2,02) For that, it is suggested to need more research about the use of fish powder feed with proportion 18% in ration Low protein content again And Need further test to know the capacity of flour fish meal. Penelitian dilaksanakan tanggal 08 mei 2016 sampai tanggal 22 juni 2016 di Laboratorium Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang di Desa Karang Mloko, Kecamatan Junrejo,Kabupaten Malang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kandungan nutrisi yang terdapat pada Tepung limbah limbah ikan serta mengetahui pengaruh tepung limbah ikan terhadap pertambahan bobot badan yang diberi pakan tepung limbah ikan. Materi adalah 100 ekor broiler umursehari (DOC), strain Lohman Platinum, PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia tbk, yang dipelihara selama 40 hari. Penelitian menggunakan 5 perlakuan: P0 (pakan formulasi), P1 (pakan formulasi dicampur dengan 18 % limbah ikan),P2 (pakan formulasi dicampur dengan 19% tepung limbah ikan ), P3 (pakan formulasi dicampur dengan 20% tepung limbah ikan) P4, (pakan formulasi dicampur dengan 21% tepung limbah ikan ).Variabel yang di amati adalah pertambahan bobot badan (Konsumsi pakan dan Konversi pakan ). penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap ( RAL). Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kandungan protein dan serat kasar pada pakan yang tepung limbah ikan masih cukup tinggi sehingga terbukti pengaruh penggunaan tepung limbah ikan dapat menghasilkan pertambahan bobot badan broiler 9,774 kg dengan pertambahan bobot badan 0,62 %. pemberian pakan yang tepung limbah ikan 15% memberikan pengaruh tertinggi pada Konsumsi pakan, pertambahan bobot badan dan Konversi pakan yaitu berurutan (P0 3452, P1 3396, P2 3511, P3 3477, P4 3472 kg) (P0 1.231, P1 1.124, P2 1.065, P3 1.009, P4 1.064%). dan (P0 1,64 P1 1,71 P2 1,91 P3 2,00 P4 2,02 ) Untuk itu, disarankan untuk perlu penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai penggunaan pakan tepung limbah ikan dengan proporsi 18% dalam ransum yang kandungan proteinnya lebih rendah lagi dan perlu uji lanjut untuk mengetahui daya simpan dari limbah tepung ikan.
