Pengembangan Wisata Budaya Wayang Wong di Desa Wisata JSPB Songgo Langit Mangunan Tanto Lailam; Awang Daru Murti; Ani Yunita

The community empowerment program is a “Program Pemberdayaan Desa Mitra” with the theme of Mangunan Village tourism for good tourism, competitive and cultured. The program focused on the development of traditional performance (puppet) / wayang wong as cultural tourism which is integrated with the natural exploration of Bowongan Agricultural rice fields, bowongan peaks, watu pipisan and traditional culinary "Sego Wiwit". The wayang wong cultural tourism development program is carried out by establishing the Ngesti Budoyo art studio (sanggar seni), conducting various development training (tourism institutions training, tourism packaging training, and cultural tourism marketing training). To support these activities, development facilitation the large billboards containing the potential of wayang wong as cultural tourism, and promotion of cultural tourism in various media, especially social media (Facebook, Instagram, youtube, and others). Program pemberdayaan masyarakat skema Program Pemberdayaan Desa Mitra yang mengangkat tema wisata Desa Mangunan yang unggul, kompetetif dan berbudaya. Program ini memfokuskan pada pengembangan wisata budaya wayang wong (wayang orang) yang diintegrasikan dengan wisata alam jelajah sawah pertanian bowongan, puncak bowongan, watu pipisan dan kuliner tradisonal sego wiwit. Program pengembangan wisata budaya wayang wong ini dilakukan dengan pembentukan sanggar kesenian Ngesti Budoyo dengan akta notaris, melakukan berbagai pelatihan pengembangan (kelembagaan desa wisata, pelatihan pemaketan, dan pelatihan pemasaran wisata budaya). Untuk mendukung kegiatan tersebut, fasilitasi pengembangan berupa pemasangan reklame besar berisi potensi wayang wong sebagai wisata budaya, dan promosi wisata budaya di berbagai media, terutama media sosial (facebook, instragram, youtube, dan lainnya)

Law Number 41 of 2004 on Waqf defines waqf as an act in which the wakif separates or transfers part of his assets for the purposes of worship and/or public welfare in accordance with Sharia principles. Cash waqf, as a form of waqf, allows the wakif to entrust a certain amount of funds to the nadzir, who is tasked with managing them productively for the benefit of the mauquf alaih. Aisyiyah, a leading organisation in the religious, educational, social, and health fields, has become one of the main recipients of cash waqf in Indonesia. This organisation, in collaboration with Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, initiated a program to increase public understanding of the law and concept of cash waqf. This program consists of lectures, studies, and discussions involving up to 50 participants, with the ultimate goal of spreading awareness through scientific publications, mass media, and educational videos. Post-program evaluation showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of legal aspects, basic concepts, and cash waqf management mechanisms in accordance with the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). These findings confirm the effectiveness of the program in increasing cash waqf literacy, as well as having the potential to encourage more optimal waqf management in society.

Residents of Tundan, RT 04, Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul still often marry their sons and daughters under the age of 19 due to various considerations, for example, the bride who must be married immediately or because of the strong will of the parents. This service aims to solve the problem of underage marriage so that an intensive study is carried out in the form of material presentation, analysis, discussion, and case studies on the negative impacts of underage marriage. The method applied in this community service program is to organize studies and discussions at partner locations in Tundan, RT 04, Tamantirto, with 52 participants. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, the participants experienced an increased understanding of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage by 50%, an increased understanding of the minimum age for marriage by 25%, an increased understanding of the factors that cause underage marriages by 26%, understanding of the negative impact of underage marriages has increased by 21%, and increased understanding of legal procedures that must be followed if underage marriages are forced to be carried out by 40%. Hopefully, this increased understanding can suppress underage marriage.

Tujuan program pengembangan desa mitra: (1) memetakkan potensi wisata yang dimiliki DesaWisata Songgo Langit; (2) Memetakan strategi yang dilakukan untuk mewujudkan Desa Wisataberbasis alam, budaya dan pertanian; (3) Melakukan implementasi pengembangan desa wisata.Tujuan ini dilatarbelakangi adanya persoalan yang muncul dalam pengelolaan desa wisata adalahlemahnya pengembangan destinasi yang berkelanjutan, (struktur dan sumber daya manusia) yangkurang memiliki pemahaman yang baik dalam manajemen tata kelola desa wisata, manajemen dankomunikasi pemasaran yang tidak terencana dengan baik dan bersifat konvensional. Metodepelaksanaan dalam program pemberdayaan (partisipasi aktif) ini adalah metode survei danwawancara, pelatihan, pendampingan, focus group discussion, studi banding ke desa wisatapercontohan nasional.Hasil pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengembangan Jelajah Sawah Pertanian Bowongan(Jspb) Desa Wisata Songgo Langit, Mangunan, yaitu munculnya: pemetaan potensi-potensi unggulan,berupa: (1) Jelajah Wisata Persawahan Bowongan Songgo Langit, disertai wisata alam watu pipisan,wisata alam watu pipisan memiliki destinasi yang menarik, berupa watu pipisan dan gunung trasi; (2)Sanggar Ngesti Budoyo Songgo Langit yang didalamnya terdapat Kesenian Wayang Wong, Rasulan,Wiwitan, Sholawat Maulid Nabi, dan lainnya; (3) Wisata edukasi (pendidikan) berupa edukasipertanian tradisional, edukasi wayang wong, termasuk didalamnya outbound untuk mengenalkan alamkepada para wisatawan.Strategi pengembangan dengan: (1) Gotong Royong dan Musyawarah Pembangunan DesaWisata, (2) Pelatihan, meliputi: Pelatihan Pengelolaan Desa Wisata, Pengelolaan Desa Wisata yangBerkelanjutan, Komunikasi Pariwisata (model komunikasi pariwisata, komunikasi Pemasaran DesaWisata, Branding Desa Wisata, Pelatihan Pengelolaan Website dan Media Sosial untuk mendukungPromosi Desa Wisata), Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa Wisata dan Badan Usaha Milik Desa Wisata, danPelatihan Wayang Wong. Selain itu dilakukan FGD Pengembangan Desa Wisata untuk menemukansolusi terhadap persoalan-persoalan berkaitan dengan pengembangan desa wisata, baik manajemenpengelola, persoalan regulasi, sumber daya manusia, dan keuangan. Strategi lainnya adalah Studibanding dilakukan untuk memahami pengalaman terbaik (best practice) manajemen pengelolaan DesaWisata yang memiliki potensi dan keunggulan yang sama dengan Desa Wisata Songgo Langit. Studibanding dilakukan di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran dan Desa Wisata Sri Gethuk, Gunungkidul. Selainitu, untuk memperkuat potensi dibuatlan profil potensi desa wisata dan website desa wisata denganalam www.persawahanbowongan.com.

As a member of the international community, Indonesia has a responsibility to participate in the execution of global policy. Recently, a global policy was implemented to address the sharing of financial information between countries. Financial information transparency between countries requires the sharing of bank customers' financial information via both manual and automatic transmission. This policy aims to prevent economic crimes, including tax evasion. This study combines normative legal research and in-depth interviews aimed at determining how to determine how legal justice can be achieved in the context of the exchange of financial data for taxes purposes in Indonesia. The principle of bank secrecy functions as a safeguard to protect bank clients' right to privacy, which is a human right that must be preserved. On the one hand, citizens have a civic duty to voluntarily fulfill their tax obligations. On the other hand, as bank clients, citizens also have the right to be protected from violations of privacy. Assuming the perspective of legal justice, this paper seeks to describe the balance between these two needs. Finally, the study's results support the argument for abolishing the principle of bank secrecy, especially in the realm of taxation.

RSUD Bangkinang is one of the institutions providing public health services. Medical personnel are the spearhead in providing health services to the community. Therefore, they are required to be professional in carrying out their duties so that the performance of medical personnel continues to increase. This research is necessary, because the division of tasks carried out is still not optimal and there there is often some untimely financial compensation, which may cause the low performance of the medical staff. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and workload variables on the performance of medical employees with civil servant status at Bangkinang Hospital. Employees with the status of civil servants in the medical department at Bangkinang Hospital totaling 100 people, and all of them participated in this study. Hypothesis testing is done by using the F test and t test obtained from the multiple linear regression equation model. The conclusion of this study is that compensation and workload variables have a significant effect on the performance of medical employees with civil servant status at Bangkinang Hospital, both together and individually. From the results of the study it is also known that compensation has a dominant influence on the performance of medical personnel. Compensation and workload variables have a strong relationship with employee performance, which is 83.9%. Variations up or down employee performance by 69.8% is determined by the variable compensation and workload. Keywords: compensation, medical personnal, performance, regression, workload

The rapid expansion of e-commerce has significantly altered the global trade landscape, presenting legal challenges and opportunities, particularly in cross-border transactions. Arbitration has emerged as an effective mechanism for resolving e-commerce disputes, due to its enforceability and flexibility. The intersection between arbitration and e-commerce necessitates immediate attention as electronic signatures, digital contracts, and remote proceedings become more common. This study employed a normative legal approach to evaluate the arbitration frameworks of Indonesia and Taiwan in the context of e-commerce disputes. While Law No. 19 of 2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law) supports Indonesia's legal system, it lacks specific provisions on arbitration for digital commerce, particularly in international contexts. In contrast, Taiwan exhibits a more comprehensive system integrating its Electronic Signatures Act with arbitration practices, enabling a more significant adaptation to technological advancements. While Taiwan's Arbitration Act does not explicitly regulate remote hearings, the Code of Civil Procedure and Judicial Yuan's pertinent regulations permit remote hearings, video conferencing, and electronic evidence submission, thereby guaranteeing continuity and efficiency, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to this investigation, Taiwan's institutional and procedural preparedness for digital dispute resolution is more advanced. To augment its e-commerce arbitration skills, Indonesia must integrate digital technologies and address regulatory gaps within its arbitration system. The comparative research provides a distinct viewpoint on how both nations might mutually benefit from enhancing legal clarity, effectiveness, and cross-border enforceability within the digital economy.

Community service program focused on developing competitive and cultured leading of tourism village. The partner of this service is "Tapak Tilas Sultan Agung" tourism village, one of the leading tourism products is Watu Goyang. This service was carried out with active participation through training, assistance, and development facilitation. Some of the programs that have carried out are: (1) strengthening human resources by organizing of tourism village, training includes: financial coaching, marketing training, innovation tourism product, package marketing training, marketing communication, and digital marketing training; (2) Outbound tourism, this development have carried out by providing training of trainers, and packaging outbound in watu goyang; (3) Packaging tourism products by applying the concept of "living in" in a tourist village, (4) Facilitating the development of watu goyang, carried out with various things: provider of superior tourist product information boards and information on watu goyang tourism map; (5) making the watu goyang tourism map; (6) changes in the new brand of watu goyang "watu goyang: wisata negeri khayangan" and carried out various promotions through websites, social media, and others.
