Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the production control system and marketing mix on income levels during the pandemic at the UMK Sales of Wet Cake Products in Kampung Melayu Village, Banyuwangi District. In this study, researchers used primary data. Primary data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires. This study used 5 sellers of wet cake products as samples. The analytical techniques used include instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that (1) the production control system partially significantly affected the level of income, (2) the marketing mix partially significantly affected the level of income, (3) and simultaneously the production control system and marketing mix had an effect on the level of income.

Abstract

Community service with the theme of business development strategy and implementation of excellent service is carried out at the Laskar Sholawat Commissariat which is located at Jl. Watermelon II No. 2 Patrang District, Jember Regency. There are 16 participants in this entrepreneurship training. Most of the training participants are already entrepreneurs by running small businesses, including in the fields of electronic services, embroidery, cakes, handicrafts, snack traders, livestock, plantations and online shops. Referring to the partner's problems, the servant will provide training on strategies to create customer satisfaction with the concept of excellent service. building a business strategy from 4 basic management foundations, including financial management (don't mix business financial management and family financial management), operational management (how to build service quality or product quality), HR management (how to build a strong personality in entrepreneurship) and marketing management (how to respond to existing opportunities and always update with all market developments) and Marketing strategy training with marketing implementation through E-Commerce. Abstract

Pace is one of nine coffee production villages from Silo District, Jember. Most of the villager occupation is coffee farmers, the harvest season comes once a year and the quality of the harvest really depends on the number of heavy rains throughout the year, besides the heavy rain, the farmers also need some sunlight during the dry season to dry the coffee and prevent it from rotting. Bricket is a mix of coffee peel and wood powder that has calor level at 4923,9 kkal/ kg, The procedure of making a high quality Bricket from coffee peel required some specific steps. Bricket has several benefits, such as reducing the bio toxic waste by compressing the plant or woods leftovers and turning it into a solid and efficient fuel. The sale price of coffee waste usually has a low number, so in order to gain the profit up to 15% with the sale price up to Rp. 12,500/ kg, the coffee waste needs to be turned into bricket. This Bricket processing would attract huge benefits than selling the unprocessed Coffee waste that only gives the farmer around Rp. 8,000 for each sack.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan sampah dan digitalisasi UMKM di Desa Cantuk, Kecamatan Singojuruh, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Program pengelolaan sampah dirancang untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan melalui penerapan prinsip 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Sementara itu, program digitalisasi UMKM bertujuan untuk membantu pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital guna memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan daya saing bisnis. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan pendekatan partisipatif dengan kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan praktik langsung. Program pengelolaan sampah melibatkan edukasi daur ulang, sementara program digitalisasi UMKM mencakup pelatihan penggunaan platform e-commerce, media sosial, dan alat digital lainnya. Salah satu UMKM, yaitu Omah Kripik Laris, mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah pelanggan setelah dilakukan branding, pembaruan kemasan, pembuatan logo, serta aktivasi akun media sosial dan e-commerce. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah serta kemampuan UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Dengan demikian, program ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan lingkungan, tetapi juga mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi masyarakat setempat melalui pemberdayaan UMKM.

Abstract

This article examines the development and implementation of integrated marketing management strategies in the context of the digital age. Through a comprehensive analysis of current literature and case studies from various industries, this research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of how companies can optimize their marketing strategies amid changes in the digital landscape. The methodology used includes a systematic literature review, secondary data analysis, and multiple case studies. The results indicate that the integration of digital technology, personalization of customer experiences, and the utilization of big data are key to the success of contemporary marketing strategies. In conclusion, companies need to adopt a more adaptive and technology-oriented approach to their marketing management to remain competitive in the digital age
