Abstract

The performance of nurses in providing nursing care is still considered unsatisfactory by the patient. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship of the performance of nurses in providing nursing care with patient?s satisfaction in Multazam ward of Surabaya Islamic Hospital. Design of this studied Analytical survey. The population were all patients in Multazam ward of Surabaya Islamic Hospital with amount 85 person. Number of sample were 39 respondents, taken by simple random sampling. The independent variable is performance of nurses in providing nursing care, dependent variable is patient?s satisfaction. Instruments use questionnaires, data were processed by editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating, then analyzed by Chi-Square test with significant level ? = 0.05. Study result showed most of respondents 39 (51.3%) the nurse had a poor performance, and most them (56,4%) the patients are not satisfied. Results of Chi-Square test analysis showed p (0.038) < ? (0.05), so H0 is rejected means there is relationship of the performance of nurses in providing nursing care with patient?s satisfaction in Multazam ward of Surabaya Islamic Hospital. The conclusions of this study is the performance of nurses in providing nursing care influence to the patient satisfaction. Nurses should responsive to the complaints and expectations of patients due.

Abstract

The educational system faces an epistemological dilemma stemming from individuals’ limited ability to manage their own waste. The integration of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project into primary school curricula through the use of Buried Compost Bin (BCB) media is supported by both the notion of human superiority and these challenges. The project followed the ADDIE model, encompassing analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Tools employed included media validation sheets, student pre- and post-tests, and teacher surveys. A group of 100 students and six teachers was selected to foster environmental awareness and scientific behavioural responses. The BCB media was validated as implementable, accessible, adaptable to various social contexts, and compliant with environmental standards. Statistical methods, including t-tests, were used to analyse quantitative data from teacher evaluations and test results. The findings indicated that BCB media significantly increased awareness and promoted behavioural change, with improvement rising from 12% to 48%. Qualitative linguistic analysis further confirmed a causal link between student media engagement and behavioural change. Overall, BCB media proved effective and efficient in enhancing students’ environmental awareness and encouraging scientific behavioural change

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan siswa melalui pelatihan perencanaan keuangan pribadi berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 9 Mei 2025 di SMA Negeri 7 Kota Serang dan meliputi ceramah, praktik penggunaan aplikasi Money Lover, diskusi, serta evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep budgeting, perencanaan keuangan, dan pengelolaan uang saku secara bijak. Setelah pelatihan, persentase siswa yang mampu menyusun anggaran dengan benar meningkat dari 32% menjadi 81%, dan pemahaman terhadap fitur aplikasi meningkat dari 25% menjadi 77%. Pelatihan ini juga mendorong perubahan pola pikir siswa tentang pentingnya mengatur keuangan secara mandiri dan bertanggung jawab. Respon positif dari pihak sekolah mendukung keberlanjutan program ini. Dengan pendekatan berbasis teknologi dan simulasi langsung, kegiatan ini efektif membentuk kebiasaan finansial yang sehat pada generasi muda sejak usia sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the direct effect of profitability, company size on company value on company value and knowing dividend policy can mediate the relationship between profitability and dividend policy with company value on the LQ 45 index in 2018-2024 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach.The population in this study is LQ 45 companies in 2018-2024 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample was 15 companies in the LQ 45 Index for the 2018-2024 period. The results of the analysis show that 1)return on asset has a significant positive effect on price to book value, 2) company size has a significant positive effect on price to book value, 3) return on asset has no significant positive effect on dividend payout ratio, 4) company size has a significant negative effect on dividend payout ratio, 5) dividend payout ratio has no effect on price to book value, 6) return on asset and company size to price to book value through dividend payout ratio, the results obtained are that the result of the multiplication of direct influence is greater than the value of the indirect influence.
