Abstract

Abstract Many of our children are still bury their talents, it is because they feel less confident to their abilities. So that, their talents are not channeled. We as parents and teachers must motivate our children. Because gifted children are different from smart children. Talent means to have potential, while being smart can be obtained by learning something diligently. Although persevering, but not potential, a person will not be able to be as optimal as gifted child. For this reason, the aim of this research is that we as parents and teachers provide full motivation for our children to feature their talents. The subjects in this research is a child who has talent in dancing. The results of this study indicates that the environment is very influential in the dynamics of talent children motivation. In the research process of subject environment both at school and at home is very supportive, but the subject is easily discouraged when there is a talk that offends the subject. Abstract

Parentes’ role is very important in learning motivation to autism child, because the change of child’s growth needs proximity and support from parents. Learning can be told successful if it can create the ways of thinking in new behavior to fulfill child’s need. Many of decreasing in learning motivation to autism child, one of the cause, is the lack of support and care from parents. Because the effort of parents in growing learning motivation to autism child is not maximal, it is caused many parents are busy and too much believe in shadow teacher. There fore the purpose of research to do this research is the role of parents is very important at autism child’s growt, primary in child’s learning motivation. From the research result shows the role of parents in learning motivation to autism child is very important. Especially on subject A, which whom the parents have low role in motivating the learning, because the parents only count on the teacher class and shadow teacher. While the needs in changing of childs growth is from parents different from subject B which whom the parents have completely motivation when giving learning motivation to their children and always watch their growth in academic, social, and communication. Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan merupakan salah satu dimensi yang sangat penting dalam berperan. Dengan itu kita sebagai pendidik harus memberikan hak pada anak didik kita untuk pola perkembangan anak tersebut. Yang bertujuan untuk mencerdaskan anak didik kita agar tidak ada keterlambatan dalam perkembangannya. Membaca adalah suatu tuntutan pada anak-anak didik kita, untuk agar bisa membaca. Untuk itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah kita sebagai pendidik memberikan motivasi pada anak didik kita yang memiliki kemampuan rendah dalam artian yang tidak sama dengan teman lainnya. Agar tidak tertinggal dengan temannya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini siswa yang kurang mampu dalam mengingat huruf abjad. Hasil penelitian ini ada pembagian 3 kelompok dalam menyaring siswa. Dan dengan menggunakan Metode Fernald ada perubahan pada siswa yang awalnya belum mengenal huruf abjad dengan baik, maka siswa ini sudah mulai hafal dengan huruf abjad. Meski ada satu siswa yang masih beberapa menghafalnya. Dan siswa tersebut membutuhkan perhatian yang lebih intens. Kita sebagai guru dan orang tua jangan pernah lelah untuk memberikan motivasi pada anak tersebut. Kata Kunci: Metode Fernald Abstract Education is a very important dimension in playing a role. That’s why we as teachers must give our students the right to the pattern of the child’s development. Which aims to educate our student, so that there are no delays in their development. Reading is a demand on our students, to be able to read. For this reason, the purpose of this study is that we as teachers must motivate our students who have low abilities, in the sense that they are not the same as other friends, so they are not left behind with their friends, so they are not left behind with their friends. Subjects in this study, student who are less able to remember the letters of the alphabet. The result of this study were divided into three groups in screening students. And by using the fernald method, there are changes in students who initially do not know the letters of the alphabet well, then these students have started to memorize the letters of the alphabet. Although there is students who still has difficulty memorizing. It’s mean, these students need more intense attention. We as teachers and parents never get tired of motivating the child.
