Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Article 35 Paragraph 1 of the Employment Law No. 13 of 2003 in the workforce recruitment process at PT. Fatikha Jagat of Fortune. By using case study methods and a qualitative approach, this research understands how companies apply these legal provisions in recruitment and selection practices. The research results show that PT. Fatikha Jagat Rezeki has taken strategic steps in recruiting workers who suit the company's needs, while maintaining workers' rights during the recruitment process. However, research also identifies several challenges in implementing these legal provisions, such as varying understanding among management and employees regarding labor regulations. Therefore, this research recommends additional training for HR and management teams regarding labor regulations and the importance of protecting workers' rights. The results of this research can provide valuable insights for other companies in creating better and more sustainable recruitment practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam manajemen sumber daya insani (SDI) di bank syariah, dengan fokus pada empat dimensi utama: pengetahuan (knowledge), keterampilan (skill), sikap kerja (attitude), dan spiritualitas (spirituality). Bank syariah sebagai institusi keuangan yang berlandaskan syariat Islam, dituntut untuk tidak hanya mengembangkan kompetensi teknis karyawan, tetapi juga memastikan bahwa mereka berperilaku dan bekerja sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada beberapa bank syariah di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bank syariah secara sistematis mengintegrasikan keilmuan dan keterampilan melalui pelatihan dan pendidikan berkelanjutan, mengembangkan sikap kerja Islami yang menekankan pada amanah dan integritas, serta meningkatkan kesadaran spiritual karyawan melalui program-program keagamaan. Implementasi nilai-nilai Islam ini terbukti memperkuat profesionalisme, kreativitas, produktivitas, dan kesadaran sosial karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan SDI di bank syariah dan organisasi berbasis syariah lainnya.

Abstract

Improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) is a crucial factor in supporting the performance of the food processing industry. This study aims to explore the application of Competency-Based Learning (CBL) in enhancing HR quality at Zhuan Kim Tofu Factory in Jombang Regency. A case study method with a qualitative approach was employed through observations and in-depth interviews with factory employees and management. The results indicate that the implementation of CBL significantly improves workers’ technical skills, deepens their understanding of production processes, and boosts work motivation. Additionally, CBL contributes to reducing error rates in the production process. These findings suggest that consistent implementation of CBL can serve as an effective strategy for managing human resources in the tofu processing industry.

Abstract

This research aims to test whether Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Work Communication have an effect on employee performance. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees at PT. Alpha Technology Indonesia. The sample used in this research used a saturated sample using the Slovin formula calculation to obtain 133 respondents. Data analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 The analysis method used is descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, R-Square test, F-Square test and hypothesis test. The research results show that work discipline has no effect on employee performance with a t-statistic of 0.790 < 1.96, then the research results also show that work communication has no effect on employee performance, this is shown by a t-statistic value of 0.910 < 1.96 However, there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 6.635 > 1.96. This shows that the greater the employee's motivation, the better the employee's performance will be

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of poetry reading skills through audio visual media. By Class X Students of SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Month of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that there is an increase in reading skills of Ws.Rendra's poems from the sun by using Audio Visual Media by class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Bulan in the 2021/2022 academic year. It can be proven from the average score of the initial test of students' poetry reading skills is 70.91 with a standard deviation of 3.66 and an increase in the value of the final test results with an average value of 79.32 with a standard deviation of 5.33. Based on the data from the results of the students' initial and final tests and if it is associated with the Indonesian KKM score for SMA of 75, the students' ability to read the poem "Sajak Matahari" can be said to be good after audio-visual media in the form of youtube videos are performed. In addition, at a value of > 12.63 > 1.720, therefore from the results of testing the hypothesis above, it can be concluded that there is an increase in Poetry Reading Skills through Audio Visual Media.
