Abstract

Kompetensi guru inklusi selain sebagai guru  sekaligus sebagai terapis di kelas. Terkait dua kompetensi tersebut, penting guru-guru inklusi mendapatkan pengetahuan terkait deteksi dan metode intervensi, salah satunya adalah  metode intervensi Discreate Trial Teaching (DTT). Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan pemahaman guru-guru inklusi di Kota-Kabupaten Nganjuk.   Bentuk kegiatan adalah pelatihan yang diikuti  25 orang guru sekolah inklusi  Muhamamdiyah Kota-Kabupaten Nganjuk. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah instrument  pemahaman deteksi anak berkebutuhan khusus. Instrument pendukung berupa penilaian dan evalusi peserta terkait kegiatan pelatihan.  Kegiatan  ini menggunakan metode  one group pre test and post test.  Analisis data menggunakan T-test. Hasil analisis menunjukan ada peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam melakukan deteksi dini anak berkebutuhan khusus dan menyusun rancangan intervensi menggunakan metode DTT. Rancangan intervensi menggunakan metode DTT bisa diterapkan oleh guru untuk mengatasi perilaku-perilaku siswa berkebutuhan khusus di kelas.

Abstract

The phenomenon of excessive online gaming among adolescents has emerged as a growing social concern in the digital era. Such behavior can disrupt adolescents’ social, academic, and psychological functioning, highlighting the need for interventions that not only address maladaptive behavior but also restore the individual’s ability to play a positive role in society. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of Group Self-Control Therapy as part of the social rehabilitation process in reducing online gaming duration among junior high school students. The participants were four male adolescents aged 13–14 years in Malang City who reported daily online gaming durations of 3–6 hours. Assessment techniques included interviews, observation, the Culture Fair Intelligence Test (CFIT) Scale 2B, and the Game Addiction Scale for Adolescents (GASA). The intervention was delivered in seven sessions, covering initial contracting, goal setting, problem identification, commitment building, implementation of self-control techniques (self-talk, physical guidance, situational inducement), evaluation, termination, and follow-up. Results demonstrated a significant reduction in online gaming duration, from an average of 3.3–5.8 hours to 1.7–2.2 hours/ day, alongside a decrease in GASA scores from the moderate to the low category. These changes were accompanied by improvements in social functioning, such as increased school participation, reduced verbal conflicts with peers, and enhanced family interactions. The findings support the use of Group Self-Control Therapy as a school-based social rehabilitation strategy to address digital addictive behaviors in adolescents.

Abstract

Work engagement merupakan salah satu komponen penting pada sumber daya manusia yang bermanfaat terhadap kemajuan organisasi sehingga perlu mendapatkan perhatian dari pihak manajemen. Menurut studi, psychological capital dianggap mampu berkontribusi dalam peningkatan work engagement tersebut, oleh karenanya penelitian ini dilakukan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 131 karyawan perusahaan tambang yang bekerja di pabrik atau lapangan, berusia 21-55 tahun, dan dengan durasi minimal bekerja 1 tahun. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) dan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peran psychological capital terhadap work engagement secara signifikan dengan dimensi self-efficacy (f=16.082, B=0.284, P=0.000) dan hope (f=16.082, B=0.522, P=0.000) yang paling berperan terhadap work engagement. Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan yaitu sebesar 33,8%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan work engagement maka perlu memperhatikan kedua dimensi yang paling besar kontribusinya pada psychological capital yaitu self-efficacy dan hope.

Abstract

Schizophrenia is a complex mental disorder shaped by biological, psychological, and social vulnerabilities. This study explores these factors in a subject with paranoid schizophrenia, complicated by a history of methamphetamine abuse, familial discord, and social rejection. Using a single-subject case study approach, including clinical interviews, behavioral observations, standardized assessments (WAIS, PANSS, WHODAS 2.0, and projective tests), and a Reality Therapy intervention based on the WDEP system, the study revealed significant cognitive impairments, avoidant coping patterns, and unmet psychological needs. The intervention fostered emotional regulation, social engagement, and proactive goal setting, demonstrating its effectiveness in addressing maladaptive behaviors. However, familial rejection and societal stigma persisted as barriers to sustained recovery. These findings highlight the importance of holistic approaches addressing the interconnected dimensions of schizophrenia, emphasizing the role of psychoeducation, family reconciliation, and community support in achieving long-term stability.
