Abstract

This research is using survey methods and data collection techniques were used questionnaires and interviews. The tools analysis used is a SWOT analysis.  IFAS analysis was used to determine the internal and external factors were analyzed using EFAS before. In processed apples SME obtained weights of 2 bigger than the disadvantages, with a weight of 1.28. The strength factors of the SME are corporate culture, key staff, access to natural resources, and operational efficiency. Weaknesses condition of SME, obtained with a weight of 1.28. The disadvantages were in  form of organizational structure, corporate image, operational capacity, financial resources, exclusive contracts, market share, and product patents. The results described by EFAS analysis  that the chances of SMEs processed apple with a weight of 1.62, while the weights for the threats faced by SMEs of 1.09, which indicates that the weight of greater opportunities than the threats received by SMEs processed apples.

Abstract

The respondents are the whole of medical, administrative and paramedical employees. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis, mean technique, followed by clustering technique to determine dominant values which are used at the hospital based on Islamic values. The method of data collection is anquette, interview, and documentation. Pursuant to from this result is obtained, hence will identify work cultural that is in the form of dominant values formula, that is creative and innovative, competitiveness, responsibility and loyal, personality, warmness and focus, and  difference and synergy.

Abstract

Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are one of the main actors for national development process. This research is intending to explore the phenomenon or symptom of socio-economic problems in those SMEs. That done by observing women entrepreneur, especially social entrepreneurship subject in Micro and Small Enterprises, that become the member of economic program BUEKA. Therefore, this is a qualitative research with phenomenology approach. Data seeking is directly involved observation or Participating Observation in some of the entrepreneurship events that held by ‘Aisyiyah Movement, and thereafter record it in detail. Collecting data is done with interview about: 1) SMEs relation pattern with the companion institutions, 2) Comprehensive illustration about women empowerment in SMEs entrepreneur, 3) Activities that have been done by those women entrepreneurs are categorized as social entrepreneurship. And then, this research is completed thorough indepht interview for discovering data that is started from the key informant. The result from this research is ‘Aisyiyah is a women organization that driven to improve the life quality of women and family, with social entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance with Islamic motivation as a moderating variable at the Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Restaurant, Malang Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach with the object of research at the Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Restaurant, Malang Branch. The selection of the company was because the Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Restaurant still existed and developed rapidly until now, behind the success there must be quality human resources who play an important role in developing it. The method used in this study with interviews and questionnaires. Using Data Analysis Scale and Moderation Analysis Range (MRA). The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Islamic motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and Islamic motivation moderates the influence of work motivation on employee performance but is not significant. The conclusion in this study work motivation still affects employee performance without the motivation of Islam as a moderating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze an effect of Islamic work ethics to Islamic work’s satisfaction and affective commitment women employees at restaurant in East Java. The Sample are 76 women employees that work at M2M and D’Mriah restaurant. Data analysis used Smart-PLS and Sobel as a mediation test. Result of this research showed there are positif and significant relationship between Islamic work ethic and Islamic work satisfaction, Islamic work ethic to affective commitment also Islamic work ethic to affective commitment through Islamic work satisfaction. Employees who implementing islmaic work ethic will fell satisfaction higher and this will increase affective commitment to organization. Effect Islamic work ethic directly to affective commitment higher than through Islamic work satisfaction.

Abstract

The research was conducted in IslamicPrivate Hospital Malang and include 140 peoples as respondents. Questionnaires used as an instrumentfor collecting data. The analyses method uses Rank scale and product moment correlation. Theresults of research show that the organizational commitment is in good conditions as well as organizationalclimate. Whereas, the conditions of employee? job satisfaction is in the high level satisfied. Basedon the product moment show that the relationship between both organizational commitment and climateto the employee? job satisfaction are in the strong level. It means that all employees in Islamic PrivateHospital are having strong organizational commitment and feeling satisfaction when they are working.It is also the organizational climate, it supports to make employee enjoy their working.Keywords: organizational commitment and organizational climate, employee? job satisfaction, IslamicPrivate Hospital Malang.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra pertama, Ikatan Pengusaha ‘Aisyiyah (IPAS) adalah pengembangan pada jumlah produksi yang harus ditingkatkan. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil observasi, juga diketahui bahwa produsen susu IPAS sudah memiliki beberapa jenis produk susu yang dapat dikembangkan. Selain itu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra juga terkait dengan produk olahan yang memiliki kemasan yang kurang menarik yang membuat tim pengabdi merasa itu menjadi salah satu permasalah yang dialami oleh mitra padahal produk mereka sudah banyak dikenal dipasar namun kapasitas produksi mereka juga masih kecil. Tujuan dari kegiatan pendampingan dan pelatihan bagi pengusaha susu yang berada di IPAS adalah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengembangkan rebranding produk sehingga memiliki nilai jual yang lebih di masyarakat. Metode implementasi yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah: (1) Pemberian pelatihan terkait dengan peningkatan produktivitas menggunakan teknologi baru, (2) Pelatihan dan pengembangan terkait dengan rebranding produk. Tim pengabdi juga memberikan beberapa pandangan terkait desain kemasan produk yang dianggap menarik dan bernilai jual dipasar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para mitra, memberikan poin penjualan tambahan untuk produk IPAS, publikasi terkait dengan diferensiasi produk IPAS, meningkatkan volume produksi untuk pengusaha susu IPAS, dan memberikan pandangan terkait inovasi yang dapat mereka perbaiki untuk terus mengembangkan pasar mereka di masa yang akan datang.
