Abstract

The development of Café Sawah as Village Tourism in Pujon Kidul is very important because it has an impact on improving the community's economy. So far, various dairy products by MSEs that are fostered by ‘Aisyiyah are sticks and crackers as typical souvenirs from Pujon Kidul Tourism. The souvenirs are still not packaged attractively. Product packaging is an effective marketing strategy in managing the end of production, until it is accepted by the end consumers. As a tourist area that is crowded with visitors, good and effective processing of souvenirs is a solution that can be offered to visitors as souvenirs. The purpose of this community service is to improve good packaging, elegant design, easy to carry and able to maintain the quality of the product during the trip. This community service methods are observation, audience and active participation, in order to increase the value of souvenir products with more attractive packaging, safe and comfortable, with local wisdom. The result of this community service is packaging that has an attractive design, an elegant impression of the product, improving of the product values, and so, it becomes a promotional medium when it is brought to a new place as a souvenir, and then, it will subsequently have impact on increasing the welfare of the surrounding community, especially MSEs fostered by ‘Aisyiyah.

Abstract

The service was carried out to one of the SME groups in the tourist village of Café Sawah Pujon. The method used is the method of observation and active participation. The findings of the obstacles that were found were the unavailability of tools that accommodate processed products in a large capacity and the quality of processed milk that needed to be improved. This service is very much needed by 'Aisyiyah's SME group, to improve the quality of dairy products, which have become a mainstay for this group. The training was carried out by developing flavor variants of pasteurized milk, yogurt, and ice cream with better taste quality. The training that is carried out provides increased abilities for participants. Another activity carried out at this service is to assist with tools that can accommodate large amounts of dairy products within a certain period. Various activities are carried out aimed at increasing production capacity by maintaining consistency of quality. The dimensions of quality that are durability, conformance to specifications, features , reliabilty , aesthetics also perceived quality.

Abstract

Racket and Sports Equipment Company "Abadi" Malang is engaged in manufacturing. As a result of the covid-19, the company only produces midangan. The purpose of this research is to find out and find the optimal scheduling method so that it can overcome the problem of delays in order completion. The method used is the priority rule consisting of first come first serve (FCFS), shortest processing time (SPT), longest processing time (LPT), and earliest due date (EDD). The results of the study indicate that the SPT method is a method that has the most optimal measure of effectiveness compared to the FCFS, LPT, and EDD methods. The SPT method produces an average value of 21 days of completion, 31.74% utility, an average number of jobs in the system 3.15 jobs, and a delay of 12.5 days.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance. The study was conducted at NTB Provincial Hospital. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling with a sample number of 86 employees. Using a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques in the study used questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in the study is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to understand Islamic social entrepreneurship in moderating the influence of Islamic leadership and emotional intelligence to improve Micro and Small Enterprises (SMEs). Another objective of this study is to determine the effect of Islamic leadership, emotional intelligence, and Islamic social entrepreneurship on business performance. This research is quantitative research, whose population is a group of SMEs fostered by 'Aisyiyah East Java so that 150 respondents were determined. This amount is calculated by non-probability sampling and judgmental sampling techniques based on the researcher's considerations. The sample was decided to be used due to existing uncertain population, and the collection of questionnaires using Google forms. All variables are valid and reliable; data analysis using path analysis technique with Smart PLS 3.0 software found a direct and indirect effect of Islamic social entrepreneurship variable on SME business performance. This analysis also shows that Islamic leadership and emotional intelligence have a significant impact on business performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the factors considered and the dominant factors considered to affect the quality of shrimp paste. The population of this research is shrimp paste producers in Bangkalan regency with a sample of 96 respondents. Sources of research data using primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the technique of determining the sample by accidental sampling. The research instrument test uses a validity test, reliability test, and factor analysis as research analysis methods. The results showed that the factors considered affecting the quality of shrimp paste in Kab. Bangkalan, namely production facilities, raw materials, equipment, production processes, maintenance, and the environment.

Abstract

AIESEC UMM is a non-profit organization based at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. This organization was established as a platform for young people to develop their leadership through practical experience. The aims of this research are: (1) how volunteer motivation, servant leadership, and organizational commitment of AIESEC UMM members, (2) to analyze the effect of volunteer motivation on organizational commitment of AIESEC UMM members, (3) to analyze the effect of servant leadership on organizational commitment of AIESEC UMM members. The population and sample in this study were all members of AIESEC UMM 2021, totaling 70 people. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) the volunteer motivation of AIESEC UMM members is in the high category, servant leadership in the AIESEC UMM organization is implemented well, and the organizational commitment of AIESEC UMM members is also in the high category, (2) volunteer motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of AIESEC UMM members, (3) servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of AIESEC UMM members

Abstract

This research aims to describe the relevance of organizational culture in creating corporate effectiveness at Reshare Rabbani Malang Branch. Reshare Rabbani has an unique strategies that different from other companies. By using qualitative research, through in-depth interview, documentation and observation, data were analyzed descriptively with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that the culture adopted by Reshare Rabbani is a strong culture, depicted by the values that are deeply embedded in the members of the organization, based on the value of Tawheed, grateful, never giving up, continuous improvement, caring in every circumstance and high responsibility. Organizational culture at Reshare Rabbani is relevant to the creation of company effectiveness’ indicators; a production system that focuses on quality, created satisfaction, intertwining harmony between employees, adaptation, growth and fulfillment level of efficiency.

Abstract

The pandemic has caused the economic sector to change, especially for businesses in the social sector. This study aims to create a business model with the concept of Islamic Social Entrepreneurship for entrepreneurial women in the pandemic Covid-19 era. This study is based on the case of Micro and Small Enterprises (SMEs) belonging to the "Association of Women Entrepreneurs of ‘Aisyiyah (IPAS)," where ‘Aisyiyah’s organization acts as a social agent. The world is currently experiencing a crisis caused by a pandemic Covid-19, resulting in a significant downturn in the Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise (MSME) sector. This research is a qualitative study and focuses on Islamic social entrepreneurship in the pandemic era. Data analysis was performed simultaneously, recursively, and dynamically, where conceptualization, categorization, and description were carried out together. This study indicates that women can be independent and improve their quality of life with Islamic social entrepreneurship following the values developed.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine if training and workplace environment have an impact on employee performance with job satisfaction acting as a moderating variable. This type of study employs a quantified approach and a 40-person sample size. Information was gathered by handing out surveys (primary data). The statistics in this research are examined using path analysis. According to research findings, training has a positive but not statistically significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance, and work environment has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance. However, job satisfaction is unable to moderate either of these effects on employee performance.
