Abstract

Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) melalui literasi dapat memenuhi salah satu program merdeka belajar yang implementasinya masih dipertanyakan di berbagai sekolah di Indonesia. Pengembangan literasi melalui pendekatan PPK Berbasis Kelas di masa pandemic Covid-19 ini dilakukan melalui pembelajaran daring. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi permasalahan dalam mempraktikkan inovasi pembelajaran dalam Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) pada masa pandemi Covid-19 melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan pengembangan perencanaan inovasi pembelajaran melalui gerakan literasi untuk merdeka belajar. Pelaksanaan pendampingan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan yang mengacu pada analisis situasi program-program yang telah disepakati bersama. Sasaran pengabdian ini meliputi guru IPA, kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Kota Batu. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data adalah deskriptif. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya wawasan dan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP berbasis PPK melalui gerakan literasi, meningkatnya ketrampilan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di kelas sesuai Kurikulum 2013 yang menerapkan, serta terlaksananya pembelajaran yang kaya akan literasi yang dapat memenuhi salah satu program merdeka belajar. Menindaklanjuti hasil pengabdian ini maka inovasi pembelajaran dalam Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter harus lebih dioptimalkan melalui kegiatan literasi. Implementation of Strengthening Character Education by Applying Literacy in Learning as an Effort for Learning Innovation in Independent Learning in the Covid-19 Pandemic Strengthening Character Education (PPK) through literacy can fulfill one of the independent learning programs whose implementation is still being questioned in various schools in Indonesia. Literacy development through the Class-Based PPK approach during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out through online learning. This activity aims to solve problems in practicing learning innovations in Strengthening Character Education (PPK) during the Covid-19 pandemic through training and assistance in developing learning innovation planning through the literacy movement for independent learning. The implementation of mentoring uses training and mentoring methods that refer to the situation analysis of programs that have been mutually agreed upon. This service targets include natural science teachers, school principals, and deputy principals of Muhammadiyah 02 Kota Batu junior high school. The data collection technique was observation and documentation, while the data analysis technique was descriptive. The conclusion of this service activity is to increase the insight and competence of teachers in preparing PPK-based learning practice plans through the literacy movement. Improve teacher skills in carrying out classroom learning according to the 2013 curriculum. The implementation of literacy-rich learning can fulfill one of the independent learning programs. Following up on the results of this service, learning innovations in Strengthening Character Education must be optimized through literacy activities

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era revolusi industri 4.0 memberikan tantangan kepada siswa agar mampu menghadapi berbagai macam situasi. Siswa sebagai generasi muda yang akan hidup di era tersebut harus memiliki motivasi belajar dan rasa tanggung jawab  yang tinggi. Motivasi siswa akan muncul ketika mereka dihadapkan pada tugas proyek yang harus diselesaikan dalam waktu tertentu, sama halnya dengan rasa tanggung jawab mereka. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan bagaimana pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan rasa tanggung jawab  siswa. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan 34 siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) sebagai subjek penelitian. Motivasi dan rasa tanggung jawab siswa diukur dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan motivasi dan rasa tanggung jawab  siswa setelah implementasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Students’ motivation and responsibility in project-based learning, a classroom action research AbstractTechnological developments in the industrial revolution era 4.0 provide a challenge for students to be able to face a variety of situations. Student, as gold generation, must have the motivation to learn and a high sense of responsibility. Motivation of students will emerge when they are faced with project tasks that must be completed in a certain time, as well as their sense of responsibility. Therefore this study aims to describe how project-based learning can improve students' motivation and sense of responsibility. This qualitative descriptive study uses 34 senior high school students as the research subjects. Motivation and students' responsibility is measured using an observation sheet and questionnaire. The results showed that there was an improvement in students' motivation and sense of responsibility after the implementation of project-based learning.

Abstract

Teaching competence requires several skills in the form of real products or works, so in lectures Learning Strategies are very suitable for using the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model. This study aims to describe the effect of using a project-based learning model on the ability to find problems. This research is a pre-experimental study and uses a single group design with pretest – treatment – posttest. The design steps are as follows: (1) Selecting a group of subjects for the sample, (2) Conducting a pretest, (3) Providing treatment, (4) Providing a posttest after treatment, (5) Finding the average score and standard deviation, both from pretest and posttest compare the two, and (6) test the average difference. The subjects of this study were second semester students of the Department of Biology Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang who took part in the Learning Strategy course (38 students). Data collection techniques were carried out by pretest and posttest. The research instruments used were pretest and posttest questions, and rubric sheets to assess students' assignments in finding problems. Data analysis for knowledge was performed by paired t test. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that tcount > ttable (31.78 > 2.02619), which means that there is a significant difference, so that the development of the PjBL model has an effect on the ability to find research problems in the Learning Strategy course.

Abstract

ABSTRAKReturn on Assets atau disingkat dengan ROA adalah rasio yang membagi antara laba bersih setelah pajak dengan rata-rata aset pada awal periode dan akhir periode.  Rasio Net Profit Margin disebut juga dengan rasio pendapatan terhadap penjualan. Mengenai hal ini Margin laba bersih sama dengan laba bersih dibagi dengan penjualan bersih. Ini menunjukan kestabilan kesatuan untuk menghasilkan perolehan pada tingkat penjualan khusus. Rasio ini termasuk kedalam Rasio profitabilitas/keuntungan yaitu rasio yang digunakan untuk mengukur efisiensi penggunaan aktiva perusahaan aktiva perusahaan atau merupakan kemampuan suatu perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti memperoleh kesimpulan dengan hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh bahwa thitung  < ttabel = (0,729 < 1,8595)  artinya secara parsial terdapat tidak signifikan antara Net Profit Margin terhadap Harga Saham pada PT. Semen Indonesia. Return On Assets (ROA) secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung  < ttabel = (-1,400 < 1,8595). Secara simultan dengan hasil uji signifikasi atau uji F diperoleh hasil Fhitung > Ftabel = (7,227 < 4,74)  artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Net Profit Margin dan Return On Assets terhadap Harga Saham pada PT. Semen Indonesia. ABSTRACTReturn on Assets or abbreviated as ROA is a ratio that divides net income after tax with the average asset at the beginning of the period and the end of the period. The Net Profit Margin Ratio is also called the ratio of income to sales. Regarding this the net profit margin is equal to the net profit divided by net sales. This shows the stability of the unity to produce gains at a special sales level. This ratio is included in the profitability / profit ratio, which is the ratio used to measure the efficiency of the use of company assets, company assets or the ability of a company to generate profits. Based on the results of the study, researchers obtained conclusions with the results of hypothesis testing obtained that tcount <ttable = (0.729 <1.8595) means that partially there was no significant difference between the Net Profit Margin of the Share Price at PT. Semen Indonesia. Return On Assets (ROA) partially has insignificant effect on the Stock Price this is evidenced by the results of tcount <ttable = (-1,400 <1.8595). Simultaneously with the results of the significance test or F test results obtained Fcount> Ftable = (7.227 <4.74) means that there is a significant influence between Net Profit Margin and Return On Assets on the Share Price at PT. Semen Indonesia.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) as a center for the formation of akhlakul Karimah towards children is an important thing in society, more specifically those who do not study at Islamic boarding schools. The role of parents is very important in guiding and accompanying their children's growth and development, especially children who often play online games will damage their mindset and morals. TPQ is one of the right places to study religion from an early age, so that you can become a better person, with a Quranic spirit, to fortify yourself against the increasingly rapid technological developments. The purpose of this activity is first to provide guidance to children in Jorong Hamlet, Sembalun Bumbung Village, so that they are able to apply akhlakul karimah in their daily lives. Second, helping parents in educating their children, because there are those who don't obey their parents. Third, reviving TPQ that has died (no activities). The method of implementing the activity is the halaqoh and iqra' method. In this method the children will be grouped into several groups, namely the Banin 1, 2 and 3 groups and the Banat 1, 2 and 3 groups. Then the children who are beginners are in the iqra' group.

Abstract

This research centers on the asset management model for developing superior commodities within the plantation sector, specifically implemented by Pesantren NW Al-Rahman. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach and a case study strategy to explore economic empowerment programs and activities at Pesantren NW Al-Rahman NW in West Lombok. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Subsequently, data analysis adheres to the Miles and Huberman model. The findings reveal that pesantren embrace entrepreneurship-based empowerment in the plantation sector by harnessing the potential of local commodities such as durian, palm sugar, kolang kaling, and oyster mushrooms. Pesantren NW Al-Rahman assumes three pivotal roles within this model: owner, distributor, and marketer. The implications extend beyond the school itself, impacting operational costs, enhancing soft skills for students, and increasing personal income for neighboring communities.

Abstract

In the information era, digital marketing has become an important strategy for the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises. (UMKM). The purpose of this research is to evaluate how digital marketing training impacts the capabilities of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Masbagik Selatan Village, East Lombok. The training intervention activities conducted by KKN students from Hamzanwadi University in collaboration with BDP Lombok were used as the research method. A total of 50 participants, consisting of youth and MSME workers, attended the training focused on product marketing through digital platforms such as social media. The results showed that participants had a better understanding of digital marketing strategies, the potential use of social media, and online marketing affiliate strategies. According to this research, promoting digital marketing has strategic significance in enhancing the economic capacity of rural communities.

Abstract

Kemampuan guru dalam menyusun instrument Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM)  belum dimiliki oleh guru SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu. Untuk itu perlu pendampingan tentang penyusunan instrumen soal berbasis AKM. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan peningkatan mutu satuan pendidikan melalui penyusunan instrumen utama di SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Kota Batu. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah: (1) Pelatihan tentang pengembangan instrumen AKM, Survei Karakter, dan Survei Lingkungan Belajar, dan (2) Pendampingan tentang pengembangan instrumen AKM. Adapun rincian kegiatan adalah sebagai berikut. Berdasarkan serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pendampingan pengembangan instrumen AKM, Survei Karakter, dan Survei Lingkungan Belajar pada guru SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu, telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan instrumen AKM, Survei Karakter, dan Survei Lingkungan Belajar dan pendampingan penyusunan instrumen AKM berciri literasi membaca dan literasi numerasi. Guru SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Batu dapat mengembangkan instrumen dalam bentuk kumpulan soal berciri literasi membaca dan numerasi, yang selanjutnya instrumen ini dapat digunakan sebagai panduan pemberian tugas pada siswa dalam proses pembelajaran guna menyiapkan AKM. Produk instrumen yang dihasilkan memuat soal literasi membaca dan literasi numerasi pada matapelajaran IPA, Matematika, IPS, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, Bahasa Indonesia dan Pendidikan Agama Islam Assistance in improving the quality of education units through the preparation of three main instruments at SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Batu City  The teacher's ability to develop the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) instrument is not yet owned by the teachers of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu. Based on a series of community service activities through assistance in developing AKM instruments, Character Surveys, and Learning Environment Surveys for SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu teachers, have been carried out well. These activities include training on AKM instruments, Character Surveys, and Learning Environment Surveys, and assistance in the preparation of AKM instruments characterized by reading literacy and numeracy literacy. Teachers of SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Batu can develop instruments in the form of a collection of questions characterized by reading literacy and numeracy, which then can be used as a guide for giving assignments to students in the learning process to prepare AKM. The resulting instrument product contains reading literacy and numeracy literacy questions in science, mathematics, social studies, Indonesian, English, Indonesian, and Islamic religious education subjects

Abstract

Kemampuan untuk mengimplementasikan kurikulum prototipe  belum dimiliki oleh guru SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu, untuk itu perlu pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan Pendampingan persiapan dan pelaksanaan kurikulum prototipe di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah 16 guru dan 1 kepala sekolah. Berdasarkan serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pendampingan perencanaan dan  pelaksanaan kurikulum prototipe di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) para guru telah menguasai penyusunan perencanaan pembelajaran dalam kurikulum prototipe/kurikulum merdeka dan (2) Guru terampil melaksanakan pembelajaran berdasarkan kurikulum prototipe/merdeka. Kemampuan tersebut dimiliki dengan mengakomodir  (a) penguasaan penggunaan Pembelajaran Berbasis Projek untuk pengembangan soft skills dan karakter, (b) penguasaan pembelajaran yang fokus pada materi esensial sehingga ada waktu cukup untuk pembelajaran yang mendalam bagi kompetensi dasar seperti literasi dan numerasi, (c) penguasaan  fleksibilitas bagi guru untuk melakukan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kemampuan murid (teach at the right level) dan melakukan penyesuaian dengan konteks dan muatan lokal. Assistance in Preparation and Implementation Prototype Curriculum at Muhammadiyah Middle School 02 stone city  SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu teachers do not have the ability to implement a prototype curriculum, for this they need training and assistance. This activity aims to provide assistance in the preparation and implementation of the prototype curriculum at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu City, East Java. The method used in implementing the activity is training and mentoring. The partners for this activity were 16 teachers and 1 school principal. Based on a series of community service activities through planning and implementing prototype curriculum assistance at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu, it can be concluded that (1) the teachers have mastered the preparation of lesson plans in the prototype/independence curriculum and (2) the teachers are skilled in carrying out learning based on the prototype/independence curriculum . This capability is acquired by accommodating (a) mastery of using Project-Based Learning for the development of soft skills and character, (b) mastery of learning that focuses on essential material so that there is sufficient time for in-depth learning of basic competencies such as literacy and numeracy, (c) mastery flexibility for teachers to carry out learning according to students' abilities (teach at the right level) and make adjustments to the context and local content.

Abstract

The Influence of Assessment Strategy on Creative Thinking Ability and Character in Making Learning Media.  Objective: assessment strategy its effect on creative thinking ability and academic character of students in making learning media. Methods: research quasi-experimental method one-group pretest-posttest design. The research was carried out in the Biology Education Study Program of UMM in the odd semester of 2021/2022. The research population is students in the Media and Learning course. Saturated sampling technique and sample of 25 students. The research instrument consisted 6 creative thinking essay questions and an academic character assessment form. Data were analyzed statistically using ANOVA. Findings: the application of the assessment strategy has a significant effect on students' creative thinking skills in making learning media for biological diversity, fungi and inheritance. The assessment strategy used has an influence on the academic character of students. Conclusion: good assessment strategy will encourage educators to determine good teaching strategies and motivate students to learn better so that learning becomes meaningful. Keywords: elaboration, flexibility, fluency, metaphorical thinking, academic character, originality.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v12.i3.202213
