Abstract

This research aims to determine the independence of Children with Special Needs (ABK) through scouting methods at SLB Negeri Punung. The research was descriptive qualitative with a single case study approach. The informants consisted of 2 teachers as scout leaders and 5 students, chosen to use purposive sampling. Data collection methods consist of observation, interviews and documentation. Qualitative data analysis was chosen to use the Miles concept and Huberman through three activities, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/ verification. The results obtained in this study are: 1) scouting activities at SLB Negeri Punung are superior extracurricular activities by implementing scouting methods including the scout code of honor, learning by doing, and partnerships with adult members, 2) scouting activities have implications for student independence, the observed indicators include initiative, self-confidence, decision-making ability and progressiveness, 3) obstacles in this activity are the difficulty in understanding the material presented by the teacher, so it requires support from parents and teachers to increase student participation. Abstract

Students who have difficulty reading, it turns out that not only students in lower grades, but students in higher grades also still have some children who have difficulty reading. The purpose of this study, among others, researchers want to know the factors that influence students' reading difficulties at SDN Pucangsewu and the efforts made by teachers to overcome these problems. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative descriptive research is used to understand the subjects studied about the reading difficulties experienced by the subjects. Based on the results of observations and interviews that have been conducted, it was identified that subjects who had difficulty reading were in 3 classes, namely class III as many as 2 children, class IV as many as 2 children, and class VI as many as 1 child. There are several factors that influence reading difficulties in students, including internal factors and external factors of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan, tantangan, dan dampak pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas 5 di SD Negeri Jatimalang. Masalah utama yang dikaji adalah belum optimalnya pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi karena perbedaan gaya belajar siswa dan keterbatasan waktu guru dalam merancang pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi melalui variasi konten, proses, dan produk, meskipun terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu dan kurangnya pemahaman teknologi. Dampaknya, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan hasil belajar siswa, namun masih ditemukan kendala teknis dan sosial. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa, tetapi membutuhkan dukungan dan strategi yang tepat.
