Abstract

Suatu perguruan tinggi menggunakan atau menerapkan Teknologi Informasi untuk memudahkan berlangsungnya proses kerja baik dosen, mahasiswa, maupun pegawai administrasi dalam hal pengaksesan data dan informasi. Institut Sains & Teknologi AKPRIND Yogyakarta diselenggarakan oleh Yayasan Pembina Potensi Pembangunan atau disingkat YPPP. Pendaftaran mahasiswa baru merupakan salah satu kegiatan dalam perguruan tinggi yang memungkinkan adanya ratusan bahkan ribuan calon mahasiswa baru mendaftar masuk perguruan tinggi setiap tahunnya. Pengembangan Promosi dan Penjaringan Mahasiswa Baru (P3MB) IST AKPRIND Yogakarta selaku bagian yang mengurus penerimaan mahasiswa baru, mengalami kendala dalam bagian analisis sistem penerimaan mahasiswa baru, kendalanya ialah bagaimana caranya pengurus P3MB untuk mengetahui jumlah calon mahasiswa dengan presentase tertinggi dan terendah berdasarkan daerahnya, serta bagaimana caranya mengetahui jumlah promosi tertinggi dan terendah berdasarkan jenis penerimaan mahasiswa baru yaitu secara online, promosi dan kuisioner. Sistem Aplikasi Analisis Data Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru IST AKPRIND Yogyakarta dibuat berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan perancangan program menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Database yang digunakan adalah MySQL. Sistem Aplikasi Analisis Data Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru IST AKPRIND Yogyakarta merupakan suatu sistem dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah panitia Pengembangan Promosi dan Penjaringan Mahasiswa Baru (P3MB) IST AKPRIND Yogakarta dalam analisis data penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Hasil penelitian yang dihasilkan oleh aplikasi ini ialah dapat mempermudah panitia Pengembangan Promosi dan Penjaringan Mahasiswa Baru (P3MB) IST AKPRIND Yogakarta dalam analisis data penerimaan mahasiswa baru, untuk mengetahui jumlah calon mahasiswa dengan presentase tertinggi dan terendah berdasarkan daerah asalnya, untuk mengetahui jumlah calon mahasiswa dengan presentase tertinggi dan terendah berdasarkan jenis penerimaan mahasiswa baru pada media promosi dan untuk mengetahui jumlah jurusan terbanyak dan paling sedikit yang dipilih oleh calon mahasiswa baru.

Abstract

Dari banyaknya fasilitas yang dapat digunakan pada smartphone Android seperti internet, e-mail, GPS, Bluetooth, kamera, pemutar musik dan video, game dan lain sebagainya, game merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang menghibur pengguna smartphone. Terdapat banyak tipe game, diantaranya real time strategy, first person shooter, dan role playing game. Game tic-tac-toe merupakan game tradisional yang ber-genre real time strategy, pada penelitian ini akan dibangun aplikasi game tic-tac-toe yang dapat dimainkan dua orang menggunakan perangkat android. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman android. Untuk memainkan game dibutuhkan dua perangkat smartphone yang saling terkoneksi, untuk itu dibutuhkan media koneksi antar perangkat yaitu bluetooth, bluetooth merupakan fasilitas atau media transfer data yang mudah dan murah, selain itu perangkat bluetooth tersedia di semua smartphone android, selain itu game tic-tac-toe yang dibuat memiliki fitur perintah suara, timer, dan penyimpanan data skor.

Abstract

All the time, mapping of computer networks in a building is a visualization in the form of 2-dimensional. To increase the quality of mapping network computer then can be made in the form of visualization mapping that resembles to the real life. It use the form of 3-dimensional (3D).The scope of the problem in this research there are a few limitation such as data collection and the creation of 3D computer network on campus 3 IST AKPRIND Yogyakarta. Objects that are examined include lecture rooms, laboratories, faculty room, and another room in campus 3 of IST AKPRIND Yogyakarta. The process of creating 3D computer network uses software google sketchUp. The data used in the form of survey results of observations of some parts of the building and photographs of every room. Network mapping results in the form of 3D is an interesting media, easily understood by users, can be used as a reference for the maintenance and development of the network, it can even be used as a means of introduction to campus building 3 description thoroughly. 3D image of computer networks and the building of the campus 3 IST AKPRIND produces up to date information about the physical building at this time.

Abstract

Curtains vintage is one of the service providers tailor shop as well as sellers of goods curtains, Along with the order to make them quite overwhelmed in terms of bookkeeping. During this time they do the bookkeeping manually, only occasionally copied into the data-processing applications such as Microsoft Excel, which still must be input manually. Under these conditions, it will be created a booking system automatically and computerized, with the system expected to reduce the negligence of the officers, or the ambiguity of data. The system to be used is the customer data collection system, the cost calculation system, the date calculation system, as well as the entire financial report obtained from the service unit. The system uses the Delphi programming platform based on client server, so that each part will be getting its own computer to be able to access the menus on the UPJ. With the system described above, is expected to help employees to recapitalize the transaction and providing the speed and efficiency performance, while providing good service to customers

Abstract

Semakin meningkatnya ukuran dan jumlah perangkat jaringan akan semakin kompleks masalah pada jaringan sehingga diperlukan adanya pengawasan terus-menerus untuk menjamin ketersediaan availability layanan. Cacti (Comman Agricurtural Customs Transmision of Information) merupakan salah satu software yang digunakan untuk keperluan monitoring yang banyak digunakan saat ini. Cacti menyimpan semua data atau informasi yang diperlukan untuk membuat grafik dan mengumpulkannya dengan database MySql. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian untuk mengetahui tampilan dan fungsi dari monitoring yang dibuat dan pengujian juga dilakukan terhadap aplikasi untuk mengetahui keakuratan. Hasil pengujian monitoring pada Server OwnCloud menunjukkan bahwa monitoring Cacti yang dibuat memiliki keakuratan dalam memonitoring Logged User, Ping Latency, Load Avarage, Monitoring Usage, dan disk space.

Abstract

Aplikasi yang dibangun berbasis web pada umumnya menuntut pengguna aplikasi untuk login sebelum melakukan transaksi, dengan demikian pengguna harus melakukan login secara berulang-ulang untuk dapat melakukan transaksi pada server yang berbeda sehingga hal ini tidak efisien karena harus melakukan hal yang sama. Pada basis data aplikasi juga akan memiliki data yang sama yaitu nama pengguna dan kata sandi pada server yang berbeda, sehingga akan mengakibatkan redudansi data. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana memisahkan informasi pengguna dengan data pada server yang berbeda, dengan SSO (Single Sign On) pengguna dapat melakukan sekali login untuk dapat mengakses server yang berbeda. Aplikasi web berbasis SSO menggunakan protokol OAuth 2.0 dapat memberi Authorization antara server data dan server pengguna, sehingga informasi pengguna tidak terduplikasi baik pada satu server maupun server lainnya.

Abstract

Abstract. File management is an important aspect of an organization, especially in institutions such as schools. Increasing the volume of work certainly leads to increasing the number of archives produced. The number of archives that more and more over time requires good handling so that the information contained in the archive can be found quickly and precisely. In the era of information technology, the management of archives can be done using information system or file digitization. The implementation of community Service (PkM) aims to provide solutions in the filing process at SD Muhammadiyah Pandes. Managing the conventional archives certainly raises issues in the data search and distribution of archives that are always distributed with paper. The distribution of archives using this paper certainly has an impact on the use of many papers. The implementation of PkM is implemented by providing training and mentoring the digitization of archives using the application of arteries. This open-source artery application is easy to use. The arterial training materials are provided from the installation process, the process of importing master data and the process of importing digital archives to the application as well as archival maintenance and archive search processes. The results of the PkM activity are that school administration staff can use the arterial application for the digital document processing and the digital document search process and teachers can use it to store personal documentation in digital form.   Abstrak. Pengelolaan arsip merupakan aspek penting dalam suatu organisasi terutama di instansi seperti sekolah. Bertambahnya volume pekerjaan tentunya  menyebabkan bertambah pula jumlah arsip yang dihasilkan. Jumlah arsip yang semakin banyak dari waktu ke waktu, membutuhkan penanganan yang baik agar informasi yang terkandung di dalam arsip tersebut dapat ditemukan dengan cepat dan tepat. Di era teknologi informasi, pengelolaan arsip  dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistem informasi atau digitalisasi arsip. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi dalam proses pengarsipan di SD Muhammadiyah Pandes. Pengelolaan arsip yang masih konvensional tentunya memunculkan persoalan dalam pencarian data dan distribusi arsip yang selalu didistribusikan dengan kertas. Distribusi arsip dengan menggunakan kertas ini tentunya berdampak pada penggunaan kertas yang banyak. Pelaksanaan PkM ini dilaksanakan dengan cara memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan digitalisasi arsip dengan menggunakan aplikasi Arteri. Aplikasi arteri yang bersifat open source ini mudah digunakan. Materi pelatihan arteri diberikan dari proses instalasi, proses pemasukan data-data master dan proses pemasukan arsip digital  ke  aplikasi  serta  proses pemeliharaan arsip dan  pencarian arsip.  Hasil kegiatan PkM adalah staff administrasi  sekolah dapat menggunakan aplikasi arteri untuk  proses dokumentasi dalam bentuk digital serta proses pencarian dokumen digital dan para guru dapat menggunakan untuk menyimpan dokumentasi pribadi dalam bentuk digital.

Abstract

Nowadays, technology development encourage people to think creatively, not not only to explore new discoveries, but also to maximize existing technological performance to ease human work in everyday life. The need for an automatic control system is needed with the increasing activity of each individual community with various erratic activities and times. As a result, many activities in the household are delayed, such as turning on or turning off the lights in every room at night and in the morning. Smart home system is one solution that suits the needs of the current automatic controllers. Smart home system is a home or building is equipped with an integrated technology with the help of the tool/tools which can be a computer or other device, for example a smartphone to provide all the comfort, safety, security and energy saving is automatic and programmed. The smart home system can be used to control almost all equipment and equipment at home, from lighting settings to various household appliances, which can be done only by using sound, infrared light or remote control. In this study, a smart home system was created for home light control system applications using Arduino Uno microcontroller via mobile-based wifi media. With this application the user can control the home lights by turning off or turning on the home lights remotely through the mobile media. Thus the efficiency of electricity use becomes more maintained.

Abstract

The process of delivering manufactured products to the hands of consumers, technically the product flow that occurs ie products in the form of finished goods will move from the factory warehouse to the consumer through a series of channels and distribution facilities. This distribution starts from the finished goods warehouse, distribution warehouse, retailer up to the wearer. The existence of various parties involved and coordinate in the flow of products from the factory to the consumer will form a system known as the supply chain system (Pujawan, 2010). Providers of fast products and services, the right time, and the desired conditions while still providing an optimal contribution to the company. Obstacles that are often encountered in the implementation of supply chain is the lack of coordination in terms of sharing information between the chain, thus causing distortion of information and trigger the occurrence of bullwhip effect that is a spike from the actual demand in the consumer level or downstream chain resulting in a very sharp spike at a far level from the upstream consumer or chain. The result of the bullwhip effect is the excess inventory, because demand is much smaller than the demand of the retailers, the unorganized production schedule, the unutilized production facilities optimally, because the production plan still has a high level of speculation. The use of information systems that have not been effective, causing the flow of information to be distorted or distorted, resulting in chaos in the flow of products that occur bullwhip effect and indirectly affect the cash flow of the company. The final result of the research is the application of Web-based Information Sharing System on the distribution channel that can be used efficiently and can provide information deviations that occur between the chains. The hope of stock monitoring results can be used as a control in looking at stock inventory in distributors and retail, so if there is a bullwhip effect, it will appear warning and immediately addressed by the distributor.Keywords: information sharing system, bullwhip effect, distortion of information.

Abstract

Ultima Riss Horizon Hotel has applications and documents requiring network connections to be accessed online by both hotel staff and visitors. For security reasons, Ultima Riss Horizon Hotel requires a system to secure transaction data and other documents. The threat encountered is an intruder trying to take control of the server using root access to the company's central database server. One solution to this problem is to apply the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) method to maintain system security that can detect and reduce the risk of computer network security intrusions from intruders. This study aims to improve network security at Horison Ultima Riss Hotel by creating a monitoring system that can provide information in case of an attack on the network system. The method used is IDS approach using Snort, firewall, and other applications. Furthermore, an analysis of the reports generated by IDS Snort and the firewall as a precaution prior to the attack. The test results show that the firewall and IDS Snort capable of recording activities suspected of being a threat of disruption to the network and analyze the packets based on existing rules to recognize the existence of an attack attempt from the intruder.
