Abstract

Several historical monument buildings in the city of Gorontalo with important colonial historical features have been designated as cultural reserves. The unavailability of information media that can be accessed by visitors so that visitors do not know in detail about the historical place visited, by implementing augmented reality (AR) technology as access to information media using multimedia development life cycle (MDLC) methods, visitors can access information freely and in real time, by presenting information and also displaying three-dimensional (3D) monument buildings with android devices. Based on research conducted, the design of AR applications is used to create an information media, and also one of the methods of introducing gorontalo historical monuments that can be used for prospective visitors outside the area and within the area. Implementing AR on historical monuments in Gorontalo Provides a new alternative, in utilizing technology by providing an information medium for historical monuments in Gorontalo.

Abstract

Abstract This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on any previous research as the main reference, namely research to produce new innovations, namely the addition of the Good Corporate Governance variable in this study. The data used in this article is a type of primary data obtained through direct interviews with employees in the financial sector of Bank Rakyat Indonesia throughout Indonesia which contains 10 question items from three types of themes using a multiple-choice method containing statements strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree, and strongly disagree. Abstract

This Network Loss information system was created to assist employees of the Gorontalo Province Kominfo Service and other OPDs in conveying internet network disturbances, because the problems that often occur in delivering internet service information are still very ineffective and complaints are still limited to being delivered directly to the Head of Service and Administrator Officers so that potential forgot and re-checking of assignments by superiors is no longer carried out. So with the existence of an Information Loss information system it is very helpful for employees in conveying internet network disturbances. The purpose of this research is to be taken into consideration by the founder of the system in repairing and enhancing the Lost Network Application system using the EUCS method. Results Measurement of user satisfaction is based on 5 predefined dimensions, namely: Content, Accuracy, Format, Easy of Use, and Timeliness. Based on evaluation results. the total level of satisfaction for all dimensions felt by users of the IlangNetwork application using the EUCS model approach is 68.21% with a gap/difference of 31.79% meaning that the level of user satisfaction is in the satisfied category range of the five dimensions analyzed, 3 dimensions are in very satisfied category namely; content, accuracy, format and 2 dimensions which are in the dissatisfied category, namely; ease of use and timeliness.

Abstract

Dalam masa transisi perkembangan teknologi segala aspek dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mau tidak mau harus mengikuti kemajuan teknologi, yang tak luput dari pengaruh perkembangan teknologi ialah bidang pendidikan yang harus mengubah kebiasaan, cara kerja serta menyesuaikan tatanan dalam proses belajar mengajar sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada. Salah satu sekolah yang juga membutuhkan penyesuaian dengan perkembangan teknologi ialah SMP Negeri 1 Bongomeme yang saat ini masih menggunakan absensi manual, yang mana masih harus menggunakan pembukuan dan rekap absen secara manual. Oleh sebab itu maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi absensi yang bisa diakses lewat sebuah web tanpa harus melakukan absensi manual. Berdasarkan beberapa masalah yang telah dijabarkan, maka penulis menjadikannya landasan untuk memberi solusi yang diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan masalah. Abstract

Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kecamatan Telaga merupakan perusahaan yang bertugas melayani pelanggan. Pelayanan publik yang ada di Kabupaten Gorontalo Kecamatan Telaga misalnya pengaduan pelanggan di PDAM dilakukan melalui telepon ataupun dengan mendatangi langsung bagian pelayanan PDAM dan akan dilayani oleh petugas pelayanan pelanggan. Data pengaduan akan diinputkan ke sistem (server) secar a manual. Kemudian petugas menyerahkan surat perintah penanganan pengaduan kepada petugas piket teknik yang bersangkutan untuk ditindaklanjuti ke lokasi yang dituju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pemetaan dan pengaduan berbasis Android. Pembuatan  aplikasi menggunakan Metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dengan tahapan menganalisis tahapan kebutuhan yang diperlukan, mendesain pemodelan rancangan yang akan dibuat, mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pemetaan dan pengaduan berbasis android untuk memudahkan pelanggan, melakukan testing untuk kelayakan aplikasi yang dibuat dengan munggunakan blackbox dan pemeliharaan aplikasi untuk mengontrol aplikasi dengan membuat pembaharuan atau peningkatan yang sesuai secara berkala. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengirim data pengaduan dan informasi layanan pelanggan ke server melalui perangkat yang mendukung yaitu Android mobile. Abstract

AbstractE-learning is a form of information technology development utilized by an educational institution for academic enhancement purposes. Sekolah Dasar Laboratorium of State University of Gorontalo is an elementary school implementing e-learning based system concerning the use of applications such as YouTube, Microsoft team, and Google form. However, several challenges are found during its implementation. For instance, some teachers entering retirement age find e-learning difficult to be implemented. The students also find it boring during its implementation. This research employs the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with four basic constructs, namely Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), and Acceptance System (ACC). Findings reveal that the hypothesis testing 1 of PEOU has a significant effect on PU, the hypotesis testing 2 of PEOU has an instignificant effect on ATU, the hypotesis testing 3 of PU and ATU have an insignificant effect on teachers, but it has a significant effect on students, the hypotesis testing 4 of PU has a significant effect on ACC, the hypotesis testing 5 of ATU has an insignificant effect on ACC, the hypotesis testing 6 of PEOU and PU have a simultaneous and insignificant effect on teachers, but they have a simultaneous and significant effect on students, the hypotesis testing 7 of PEOU and ATU have a simultaneous and significant effect on ACC.Keywords: Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), e-learning, LABORATORIUM UNG.

Abstract

YUSRA MULAJATO. A Development Planning Information System  (the principal supervisor is Tajuddin Abdillah, S.Kom, M.Cs., and the co-supervisor is Moh. Ramdhan Arif Kaluku, S.Kom, M.Kom.)Musrenbang (Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembagunan or Development Planning Consultation Forum) is a part of the government's annual forum in development planning where is management remains to experience various problems. One of the problems includes a requirement for Kelurahan (Urban Village) to submit data of Musrenbang activity result, whether softcopy or hardcopy, to Sub-district and Bappeda (Regional Development Planning Agency). Then, the Sub-district will re-submit the data to the Bappeda in which this process is believed to cause a delay in the data  processing. Also, due to data duplication is made frequently, search for Musrenbang data is time-consuming when needed.  This research aims to develop a Development Planning Concultation Forum Information System, which can be integrated into F-SKPD Information System. System development method applies prototype. Research finding reveals that the Development Planning Consultation Forum Information System can perform  an exchange data with F-SKPD Information  System. Therefore, it facilitates Kelurahan and Sub-district in managing data of Musrenbang activity result and simplifies Musrenbang process of making report as well as ease the Bappeda in searching Musrenbang data.  Keywords: Musrenbang, Prototype

Abstract

Nowadays, the barbershop business has grown rapidly and ts widely established in Gorontalo City. The increasing number of barbershop today has highly required the availability of information about barbershop service. The available information needed is the service provided in the barbershop, the pricelist of service, and the profile of the barbershop. The information facilitates the customer to obtain information regarding the barbershop that is suitable for the customer's desires. The research aims to create a barbershop service order app to facilitate the customer in gaming information about the desired barbershop. The method used in this research is the Prototype method. This research produces an android-based information system that can facilitate the barbershop customer in selecting the barbershop as customer desire and still meet the customers' appearance requirements. Keywords: Barbershop, Prototype, Android

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pemungutan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pemerintah desa mengalami kesulitan dalam pemantauan data wajib pajak baik yang telah lunas maupun yang belum lunas, kesulitan ketika mencari data berapa total pajak terhutang yang harus disetorkan, total pajak terhutang yang sudah disetorkan, dan total pajak terhutang yang belum disetorkan, serta pemerintah desa tidak dapat mengetahui informasi mengenai data wajib pajak yang belum membayar PBB pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem terkomputerisasi dengan tujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Monitoring Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Berbasis Web untuk memudahkan pemerintah desa dalam memantau data pembayaran wajib pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu Prototype. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Sistem Informasi Monitoring Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan dapat membantu dalam pemantauan data Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pada setiap wajib pajak dengan cepat dan tepat, menampilkan persentase total pajak terhutang pada laporan PBB berdasarkan kepala dusun, membuat laporan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan, laporan keterlambatan pembayaran pajak dan dapat membantu pemerintah desa dalam pembuatan surat keterangan, dimana penduduk yang hendak mengurus surat akan dilayani jika Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan penduduk tersebut sudah lunas. The implementation of collection of Land and Building Taxes, the village government has difficulties in monitoring taxpayer data, both those who have been paid and those that have not been paid, difficulties in finding data on how much total taxes owed must be deposited, total taxes owed that have been paid, and total taxes payable that have not been paid, as well as the village government cannot find out information regarding the data of taxpayers who have not paid PBB in previous years. Therefore, a computerized system is needed with the aim of designing a Web-based Land and Building Tax Monitoring Information System to facilitate village governments in monitoring taxpayer payment data. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a system development method, namely Prototype. The results of this study indicate that the Land and Building Tax Monitoring Information System can help in monitoring Land and Building Tax data for each taxpayer quickly and accurately, displaying the percentage of total taxes owed on the PBB report based on the hamlet head, making Land and Building Tax reports, tax payment delay reports and can assist the village government in making a certificate, where residents who want to take care of the letter will be served if the resident's Land and Building Tax has been paid off.
