Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the influence of price perceptions, service quality, store atmosphere, and word of mouth on purchasing decisions. The sample used in this research was consumers of the Kopi Kecil coffee shop in Cempaka Putih who had made a purchase and dine-in at least once at the Kopi Kecil coffee shop, totaling 100 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The study results show that partially, price perception has an insignificant influence on purchasing decisions, service quality has an insignificant influence on purchasing decisions, partially, store atmosphere has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, and partially, word of mouth has a positive influence and is significant to purchasing decisions. Managerial implications in this research Managers must understand how price influences customer perceptions, offer product packages at cheaper prices than buying them separately to increase the value perceived by customers, and Collect and analyze feedback from customers to find out areas that need to be improved in service.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether or not green marketing, brand image, advertising, and price influence purchasing decisions for AQUALife products. The population of this research is consumers of AQUALife products in the Central Jakarta area. The sample for this research method used a questionnaire via Gform for a month with a total of 120 respondents. The sampling technique uses a non-probability method, with a purposive sampling technique through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are multiple regression analysis, t-test (partial), and f-test (simultaneous). The research results show that: (1) Green marketing has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Advertising has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (4) Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Managerial implications: Managers need to ensure products and production processes comply with environmentally friendly principles, managers need to ensure consistent brand image across all marketing channels, managers need to develop competitive pricing strategies, managers need to understand competitors' prices and their price position in the market to maintain competitiveness.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, Product Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction on One Pintu Coffee Customers in Bandung. This research uses explanatory research. The population of this research is customers who are or have used One Door services and products with a total of 100 respondents. Data was collected using a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (2) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (3) Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (4) Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (5) Simultaneously Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, Product Quality and Price have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at One Pintu Coffee.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of professional commitment and spirituality-based motivation on lecturer performance. The survey method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 lecturers of YARSI University. The results showed that spirituality-based motivation had a positive and significant effect on professional commitment, spirituality-based motivation had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, and professional commitment had a positive and significant effect. Professional commitment mediates spirituality-based motivation on the performance of lecturers at YARSI University. The implications of this research are to develop professionalism in a sustainable manner by carrying out reflective and communication actions to develop the profession and apply it in the teaching and learning process as a form of good performance or self-performance. This research contributes to improving the performance of lecturers who are relevant to their respective fields so that students can obtain additional knowledge and skills to improve the quality of their education

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. The population in this research is customers. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling Method. The results of this research show that (1) price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (3) price perception has no effect on customer satisfaction, (4) service quality has a positive effect and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (5) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (6) customer satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of price perception on customer loyalty, (7) customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. Managerial Implications The study's findings indicate that perceptions of price and service quality significantly influence customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction serving as a crucial intervening variable. Managers should focus on optimizing both price perception and service quality to enhance overall customer satisfaction, which in turn increases customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of work motivation, work environment, work discipline and communication on the performance of PT United Tractors Cakung CGS Division Employees. This type of research is explanatory research. The sampling technique uses salted samples. Data was collected using a survey method using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance. (4) communication has no significant effect on employee performance. (5) work motivation, work environment, work discipline, and communication simultaneously influence employee performance. The managerial implications that can be drawn from these findings are very important for effective human resource management. First, high work motivation can be increased by providing appropriate incentives and encouraging employees to achieve higher targets. Second, a conducive work environment can be created by arranging a comfortable and safe workspace, as well as ensuring good working relationships between employees.

Abstract

This research examines the accuracy of Altman, Springate, Zmijewski, and Grover methods in predicting financial distress at PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk during 2017–2021. The population comprises all financial reports of the company, with a saturated sampling technique applied. Data collection utilized documentation methods, and analysis involved descriptive tests and accuracy level evaluations. Results indicate that the Zmijewski method is the most accurate, with an 80% accuracy rate, followed by the Altman method at 60%, and both Springate and Grover methods at 40%. The Zmijewski method shows the highest Type I error rate at 20%, while Altman, Springate, and Grover methods have 0% Type I error rates. Regarding Type II errors, Zmijewski exhibits the highest rate at 80%, Grover at 60%, Altman at 40%, and Springate at 20%. The findings suggest that financial distress prediction methods are valuable tools for management to monitor the company's financial health and ensure operational sustainability. Adopting accurate prediction models can support decision-making and mitigate risks associated with financial distress

Abstract

Saat ini terjadi perpindahan perilaku konsumen, salah satunya dari offline ke online. Beberapa pelaku bisnis offline terlihat cepat bergerak ke online. Namun Beberapa yang lain terlihat berdiam diri dan lamban merespon perubahan ini termasuk UMKM. Dalam rangka merespon perubahan tersebut, tim pengabdian maka tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (P2M) menginisiasi pembuatan toko online melalui pembuatan website, pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan website UKM Herbal Sari Sehat Multifarm. Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the impact of Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and Firm Size on Firm Value in the Property and Real Estate Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research was conducted on a population of 79 companies with a sample size of 15, using purposive sampling. Secondary data from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website and the companies' websites was utilized for the study. The research employed panel data regression as the method. The findings suggest that PER, DER, and DPR have no significant impact on firm value. In contrast, firm size negatively and significantly affects firm value. When considered together, all independent variables significantly affect firm value. The managerial implications of this research highlight the importance of comprehending the relationship between PER, DER, DPR, and Firm size on Firm value, providing crucial strategic insights for managers to enhance the firm's appeal to investors by demonstrating the potential for higher profit growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh flexibility dan digital marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli sebagai variabel intervening pada Aplikasi Amanah Reload serta tinjauannya dari sudut pandang Islam. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah user Aplikasi Amanah Reload dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling, dengan teknik purposive sampling melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: flexibility berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli. Digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Flexibility dan digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Minat beli berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Minat beli tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh flexibility dan digital marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian.
