Abstract

Wirausaha identik dengan kemandirian, berpikir kreatif dan bertindak inovatif. Kemandirian dalam berusaha memberikan kesempatan kepada usahawan dalam memutuskan tujuan serta bentuk dan usaha tepat untuk dijalankan. Sejatinya jiwa wirausaha, telah tertanam dalam diri santri karena pendidikan di pondok pesantren mengedepankan kemandirian, kerja keras, disiplin dan kejujuran. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan, keterampilan dan pengetahuan serta menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha santri Pondok Pesantren Modern Daarul Uluum I Kota Bogor melalui pelatihan membuat kerajinan gantungan pot bunga dan workshop kewirausahaan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan keterampilan, pengetahuan dan pemahaman santri tentang wirausaha. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan ketika kegiatan berlangsung, para santri mampu membuat kerajinan gantungan pot bunga dan sangat antusias ketika mengikuti workshop kewirausahaan. Disamping itu, selama kegiatan berlangsung dari hari pertama sampai hari ketiga, sekitar 90% peserta mengikuti kegiatan sampai selesai

Abstract

This study investigates how discounts and shopping lifestyle influence impulsive purchases among Shopee users in Central Jakarta, with positive emotions as an intervening variable and viewed from an Islamic perspective. A total of 144 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire-based survey and analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and SPSS. The findings revealed that discounts do not directly affect impulsive purchases but do have a significant positive impact on positive emotions. In contrast, shopping lifestyle significantly influences both impulsive purchases and positive emotions. Furthermore, positive emotions significantly impact impulsive buying behavior and mediate the relationship between discounts and impulsive purchases, as well as between shopping lifestyle and impulsive purchases. From a managerial standpoint, businesses can strategically offer discounts during holidays or weekends to trigger positive emotions and boost sales. Enhancing the overall shopping experience through appealing app interfaces, engaging content, and responsive customer service can foster positive emotions that drive impulsive purchases. From an Islamic perspective, ethical marketing practices that avoid deception and encourage moderation in consumption should be upheld, ensuring that promotional efforts align with Islamic principles of fairness, honesty, and responsible consumer behavior.

Abstract

The tradition of giving gifts is something that is common and common to individuals from various circles of society. Snack bouquets can be used as an alternative gift that can be given to others, such as when there is a grade increase or graduation celebration. Snack bouquet is a series of snacks (snacks) that are arranged, arranged, arranged like a bouquet of flowers. This activity aims to increase the capacity and skills of students through training in making snack bouquets for students at the Daarul Uluum I Islamic Boarding School in Bogor City. One of the alternative steps to increase the creativity and innovation of students, in this community service activity, uses the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach. Meanwhile, in the practice of making a snack bouquet, the Peer Assisted Learning model is used. As a result of this community service activity, participants were able to make a snack bouquet. In addition, the participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the training from start to finish.

Abstract

This paper empirically examines microeconomic factors that influence rental ratesand selling prices of office space. Quarterly time series data is used for the period of 1996:1to 2012:4. In addition, quantitative methods in the form of vector error correction model(VECM) are also used in this study. The result showed that there is a long term relationshipbetween microeconomic variables with the rental rate and selling price. IRF and FEVDshowed that rental rates and selling prices, in general, responded permanently to the shocksof microeconomic variables. Rental rate is predominantly influenced by rental rate followedby selling price, office space stock, construction cost and vacancy rate. Conversely, sellingprice is predominantly affected by rental rate followed by selling price, office space stock,construction cost and vacancy rate. Investors and developers can use the results of this studyas one of approaches for market analysis, especially office market analysis.

Abstract

Bouquet snacks or a bouquet of flowers can be one of the alternative gifts that can be given to people in a graduation celebration ceremony. Giving a snack bouquet at a graduation ceremony can be interpreted as an expression of love and appreciation to graduates who have worked hard to complete their education. The cost of raw materials for the snack bouquet is cheap, affordable and the raw materials are easily available, which can be one of the reasons and possible business opportunities to be utilized by SMK students. This is one of the reasons for carrying out this activity. This activity involved partners from SMK Tanjung Priok 1 North Jakarta. Training in making bouquets or bouquets made from snack raw materials is an activity carried out in this service. While the approach method used in this activity is Community Development Practice combined with the Peer Assisted Learning method. This activity went well and based on the evaluation results it can be declared successful.

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the impact of Product Quality, Price Perception, Brand Image, and social media promotion on purchasing decisions for Skintific Skincare. The samples used in this study were users and users of Skintific. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method, with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The study's results showed that product quality has a partial and significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Price perception does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Brand image does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (4) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The managerial implications of this study are that Skintific can improve purchasing decisions by strengthening product quality and promotion strategies on social media, as these two factors have been shown to have a significant effect. In addition, although price perception and brand image do not have a significant effect in this study, the company still needs to consider competitive pricing strategies and strengthen brand image to increase competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

This paper aims to offer new evidence as to how sub-related party transactions (RPTs) can be related to corporate governance for Indonesia's business group. We address an ongoing theoretical tension and some recent research in the RPTs literature by focusing on revenue, expenses, loans, and receivables. Business groups are classified by size or market capitalization. This paper examines whether RPTs in the business group relate with domestic/foreign shareholders, independent board/commissioner, and firm size as controlling factors. The business groups wereselected through purposive sampling that met the analysis criteria with their typology in the population of business groups listed on IDX. We used panel data analysis for four models. This relationship is more pronounced than some recent research for business group firms and firms with more highly concentrated foreign ownership regarding the effect RPTs on revenue, expenses, loans, and receivables. Related to the controlling variable, firm size shows a significant effect on every sub RPTs. The results may imply that foreign ownership exploits Indonesia with expenses such as cross-border transactions of capital goods, intangible property (royalty), intra-firm services, and the cost of debt. Therefore, there is a need for a balanced interest for government and business in Indonesia via foreign directinvestment with corporate governance implementation and adaptive regulation.

Abstract

Kompensasi, ketidakamanan kerja, stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja dapat mempengaruhi turnover intention karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, ketidakamanan kerja, Stres Kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor perusahaan CV XYZ dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 91 orang. Data di kumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan pernyataan sebanyak 25 items. Selanjutnya data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur menggunakan SPSS dan dan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat empat hipotesis yang ditolak dan tiga hipotesis yang diterima. Hipotesis yang diterima dalam penelitian ini antara lain adalah konpensasi bepengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, job insecurity berpengaruh terhadap tunrover intention dan stres kerja berpengaruh tunrover intention karyawan. Sedangkan job insecurity tidak berpengaruh kepuasan kerja, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh kepuasan kerja, kompensasi tidak berpengaruh tunrover intention dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh tunrover intention

Abstract

Perubahan tarif Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) yang diberlakukan mulai 1 Januari 2025 sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (UU HPP). Namun belum banyak siswa-siswa SMK yang mengetahui perubahan UU HPP mengenai PPN, cara perhitungan PPN, dan cara pengisian SPT Masa PPN. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan baru mengenai PPN, untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam menghitung PPN, dan memperoleh keterampilan dalam pengisian SPT Masa PPN. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual melalui empat tahap yakni ceramah interaktif, simulasi studi kasus, latihan praktik, serta evaluasi dan umpan balik. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diselenggarakan di SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta yang diikuti oleh 36 orang siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjalan lancar dan telah mencapai tujuannya. Melalui metode kontekstual, siswa berhasil memahami konsep dasar Pajak Pertambahan Nilai, Perhitungan PPN terutang, dan Pengisian SPT Masa PPN. Sehingga pelatihan ini mampu meningkatkan kompetensi dan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam menerapkan pengetahuan perpajakannya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan akuntansi syariah, lingkungan kerja, dan pertimbangan pasar kerja terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi karir di lembaga keuangan syariah. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa program studi akuntansi Universitas Yarsi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan akuntansi syariah dan pertimbangan pasar tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk berkarir di lembaga keuangan syariah. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk berkarir di lembaga keuangan syariah.
