Abstract

Poverty as a social Phenomena related with economy, social, culture and political dimension. Therefore, need all this dimension to handle that matter so that the poor people could release from the poverty circle. The approaching that should be done by strengthening social capital such social groups that create and develop in their environment. Throught this, they could develop all their potencial to release them from the poverty.Key word : poverty, empowernment, social capital.

Abstract

Sosial welfare always linked with economy growth but actually the economy growth has contributed to natural resources damaged. Indigenous people (KAT) which stay in these circumstances often get impact from damaged of natural resources. Empowerment of indigenous people (KAT) must pay attention to the relation between human with nature as eco-system. So natural resources management for indigenous people (KAT) life must be adequate proper with the natural power support.Key word : social welfare, empowerment of indigenous people.

Abstract

Our country is bordered with many other countries, such as sea border and also mainlandborder. Having two territories which extremely dangerous toward security disturbed alsosocial-economy and culture, that is West Kalimantan and East Nusa Tenggara. People who stay in that border, in general are the indigenous people which need attention in order to increase their social welfare. Humanistic approach must first priority compare with militaristic-repressive approach because they are as a border guard of our country.Key Words : humanistic approach, militaristic-repressive approach
